Not good to take admission here and don't expect for a good placement.

Placements: We got companies like BPO and small start-ups which want us to sign an agreement for 5 years for low packages. They organize placement drives which are not useful. The college only invites a few companies which only hire students of the web development field, so the students from other domains don't have to hope for placements.

Satisfied by the college, but education and placements are not that good.

Placements: Placement is not good here; even if you get the placement, it's not guarantee that you will be in good job or in a better company. Nearly 50% of student get placed. The highest package was 20 LPA and the lowest package I heard was 3 LPA. It depends. Flipkart, Tech Mahindra, IBM, TCS, and Froza Technology are some of the top recruiting companies. You can become junior engineer, safety technician, etc.

Good infrastructure and faculty. But placements are not too good.

Placements: This college is not so good if you are looking for placement. Yes, the placement percentage is good, but the quality of placements is not so good. The highest placement I have seen was 16 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Flipkart. For internships, you have to search for them by yourself; no company will come for an internship (I have never witnessed that). The top roles were engineer, junior engineer, technician, etc.

Satisfied by the college, Great placements and infrastructure.

Placements: From my personal observation, nearly 60% of the students get placed, but some students pursue further studies or take a gap year. Speaking about the package, the lowest was 2.3 LPA, and the highest was 16 LPA in companies like WIPRO, TCS, etc. 90% of students secured internships, with top roles being research and development, communication engineer, and electronics engineer.

I am disappointed because of the management.

Placements: Around 20 students are placed in our course. The highest salary package is around 5 LPA, the lowest is less than 1 LPA, and the average is around 2 LPA. Top companies that hire from here are TCS, Wipro, etc. About a fourth of students got internships from our course.

If you want to enjoy college life then don't come to this college.

Placements: About 80% of our CSE students have been placed in some companies but 50% of those 80% have taken campus placements. Our college doesn't give much placements. The highest package was 5 LPA. Our college doesn't provide any internship so you have to manage it on your own.

The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college are Flipkart, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, NathCorp and various others.

It is a good college, but students should look for other colleges in Odisha.

Placements: Last year, more than 20 companies visited here for placements during the period of September-November. More than half of the students got jobs with an average salary package offer of 2.5 LPA. The highest salary package offer is 4.8 LPA. The top recruiters are NathCorp and Kreeti Technologies. There are almost 110 students in the batch.

Our college was good for everything like good study, and every facility is available here.

Placements: Our college placement has very bad placements as more companies don't visit for placements. Only a few companies visit, and the salary package offered is very low, i.e., approximately 1.5 LPA is the lowest salary package. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for our college is Tata Steel. Almost 97% of the students got internships from our course. Students get internships in Flipkart, Tata Steel, ACC Cement and Dalmia cement companies.

Review of R.V.S College of Engineering and Technology - RVSCET.

Placements: I was in the 2013 batch, and I did an undergraduate course in electronics and communication. We had 120 students for each four engineering courses that are electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication and computer science engineering. At that time, about 20% of student were placed from the college campus. The lowest salary package offered to the students at that time was 2-3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 3-5 LPA. Review of R.V.S College of Engineering and Technology - RVSCET.

Placements: I am from 2009-2013 batch, and our branch was ECE. Some BPO companies from Kolkata visited our campus for recruitment. Some students were selected, but due to late-session, none of them joined. The average salary package offered was only 2 LPA. One MNC visited the campus for placements but after several rounds selected none.

Overall average in all matter.

Placements: On paper the placement of rvscet is very good. There is good placement in reality but not as students want. Company comes here to hire his good employees bt he does't got, because of lack of knowledge in student. Many companies don't want to come here. Overall average could be said.

Awesome college in Coimbatore.

Placements: Many companies came to our college for placements. Around 50 companies came to the college. Around 150 students are placed I think. I was also placed in Accenta Education System. RVS placement cell is best when compared with other colleges.

Dissatisfied because of the placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are improving so far, but one can't assure about placing in a company or so because mostly regional companies make through the campus. Very slight to few renown companies such as Mahindra tech, Amazon pooled here for the first time this year. For the intern, you have to apply for the college and wait what the best can happen to you.

A private college with a normal hostel. It has 15% placements and a good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: There is a maximum of 15% placement in our college. The highest salary offered I think was around Rs. 5 Lakhs and the lowest salary may be of Rs. 1,20,000 LPA. The roles offered to the students depends on the stream, but mainly it is of supervision. But, 0% of the students got an internship from the college. There was a placement cell, and in my opinion, for some extent, it will be 60% efficient or useful for us.

Present scenario about RVSCET, Jamshedpur.

Placements: The placement offered in this college is not good, about 15%-25% of the students get placed. Last year from the mechanical branch the highest package offered was Rs. 4 lakhs per annum. As per the placement concerned this college is not performing well. From many other branches, hardly few students get placed on the college campus.

RVSCET - Jamshedpur college review.

Placements: The placements are not that good at my time. Only 2-3 companies visited the campus. Now placement team is doing good, and more companies are coming. Recently, I had gone to my college website and got to know that, now placements are happening far better when compared to the year 2014.

It's one of the natural environmental college access Tamil nadu. It has more no. of departments. Hostel is good for one. If you want to enjoy your college life then you must join to RVs. But job is not guaranteed. In the college, all staffs are very friendly. Some departments doesn't has lab facility. Sports facility is good.
