Go grow with Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
Placements: The placement of our college is good; more than 70% students were placed. The placement cell of our companies has tried to work with some recruiting companies, such as Deloitte, ITC, Idea, etc. They hire many students, mainly for Human resources role. Internships are very important 80% students, after an internship, join as employees of the same company but local companies offered internship. In interview, good communication is very important. same companies are coming for PGDM HR and for our branch.
Infrastructure: Rajagirl College is a very minimal place for students to enjoy campus life. The college building is inspired by Western architecture. The library of Rajagiri deserves special mention; it spans four floors and gives an amazing view of the city through its windows. The library staff is extremely supportive and helpful. There are plenty of books and journals, and they have e-resources that students can purchase. There are many clubs on campus for youth: the Red Cross, drama club, NSS, and encon club. Hostel is the only thing that disappoints; it is highly expensive at 1 lakh per year. But have quality in the rooms and food. But sometimes authorities do not respond to our complaints to the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is extremely talented and highly educated. Some are pursuing Ph.D.s; all are minimum Masters-qualified. After completing the syllabus, they provide notes and study material. Notes are enough for passing; they cover all important points. Recently Some major changes happen in the curriculum, but they improve the quality of the course. Exams that are difficult are perfect—not very hard and not easy.
Other: Demerits: 1: lack of extracurricular activities; 2: some teachers are boring.

It is the top-ranked college in Kerala. I am absolutely satisfied with my study duration.
Placements: About 50 percent of students were placed last year. The minimum salary was INR 15,000. The highest salary offered was INR 30,000. The top roles for our course include resource manager, office manager, occupational psychologist, etc. Top recruiting includes Connective Link, LMES Academy, Zartek Technologies, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is accredited with an NAAC A+. Classrooms are wide and have all kinds of teaching facilities, like boards and projector facilities. Suiting arrangements are also appreciated. The college library is vast, and it contains a large collection of books. Wi-Fi facilities are available for computer labs, libraries, and sitting corners. The college hostel for girls is Nirmala Hostel, which provides high-quality food and accommodation. The food and drinks in the canteen are good. Taste and quality are acceptable. Primary medical facilities are arranged at the college. A limited number of sports grounds are present. Also, a limited number of park areas are present.
Faculty: The college has recruited a number of well-qualified teachers. Our faculty members had great experience in the teaching field. Their teaching quality was awesome. The curriculum and syllabus are up-to-date, and they are able to make the students ready for the job. Exams were conducted in each semester, and the minimum pass percentage was 50.
Other: I completed a B.A. in sociology. So I decided to move forward with an M.A. in human resource management. I selected this college as it is autonomous, and my relatives suggested I join it. Many events were conducted in each academic year. Mainly, onam, ramzan, culturals, etc. are celebrated there. Many related programs and events were also conducted there. The campus is large, and it is fully decorated with shrubs and trees. Many ornamental plants also glorify beauty and give us good ambience. Students are eligible for scholarship schemes offered by the government as well as the college trust.
