This college has very good placements and infrastructure in 2018.

Placements: The placements in my college are very satisfactory. I got placed in an IT Company, and it was higher in getting placed in my batch than in my previous batch. The salary package offered is 2.5 LPA-5 LPA. Many IT and core companies have provided jobs in my college and roles like senior engineer, software engineer, junior engineer, etc., were offered. Around 95% of students got placed, and more than 60% of them got internships from various companies. The companies like TCS, WIPRO, Embedur, Tech Mah...

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure on the campus.

Placements: The placements are good if you have no backlogs. If you have two arrears also, you can be placed in some companies, but if have more than two arrears, it is difficult for one to get placed. One can expect more than 4 placement opportunities per week during the final year of their course.

Rajalakshmi engineering College is better than Rajalakshmi Institute of technology.

Placements: Mostly all the year about 120 to 150 students are placed in campus. TCS plays a vital role of placement with 110 students got placed in 2018. The core companies like L&T, MuSigma, TVS only requit some 2-3 students. There are many programs conducted by the college for Campus interview motto but all are only for students who have CGPA above 6.

Prefer REC Instead of RIT.

Placements: The placement opportunities in Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology (RIT) are same as that of Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC). All the students are given equal opportunity to attend the placements. There is also an employability camp arranged for the third year students of all the departments for a week to enhance their skills and get placed. Majority of the students get placed in TCS. The list of core companies for ECE this year is quite small. Syrma Technology recruited only one student. ...

A good place to graduate and get placed.

Placements: There was a good placement record so far as mostly all of the students are placed here. The salary package is also good ranging from Rs. 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. Also, top companies like the TCS, L&T Infotech, Vernalis, etc., visits our college. We do have a placement cell, and it functions effectively in coordinating and in guiding the students.

The review of Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Many companies are visiting our college, and the students are satisfied with those companies. Moreover, the arrear students are also getting placed in the companies. The separate faculty members are provided for the placement purposes. The motivation should be given to the students by the management.

A review on Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements are good enough if you do not have backlogs, mostly if you study well, then you will get placed. There will be more companies visiting the college on a regular basis. The college provides you with the necessary training classes which you have to attend on a regular basis.

Satisfied with my college because the teachers aren't strict compared to other colleges.

Placements: If you are good with the skills, and the academics you shall get an internship. The highest salary offered was 6-7 LPA. Even though there are a lot of companies visiting only fewer students get placed. There is a placement cell which is average. The majority of the students don't get placed in their core companies (mechanical and ECE) TCS recruited the highest number of students.

Absolutely happy and satisfied with the way they taught me engineering

Placements: When compared between 2015 and 2016 batches, TCS and Zoho had increased their intakes from the 2016 batch. But notably, it has decreased for the 2017 batch, but still, it has a decent intake. Hence, students can hope for a better placement in the upcoming years too.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of bad placements in 2014.

Placements: The placement for my batch and for my senior batch was average only. Only 20-30% of students got placed in best companies. The highest salary offered was 25 thousand per month, the average salary was 15000 per month and the lowest was 8000 per month. Wipro, Igate, HCL, Serco, General Electrics, etc. visited the campus. Software engg, software testing, BPO and marketing roles were offered to the students. No students got an internship from the college.

In percentage, nearly 85% were placed in my batch. TCS, Zoho, Wipro and Tech Mahindra are some major companies recruiting many number of students. Nearly 2 lakhs to 8 lakhs per annum stipends were offered in our campus.

Don't invest your money without knowing about the colleges.

Placements: Many companies visit the college to select candidates. Companies like Mind Box, TCS, Infosys, etc. provide good placements training inside the campus. You will definitely get the job you’re waiting for. But you must complete your degree with a percentage of above 70%. Around 60% of the students got internships in various startup companies.
