Absolutely dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: My batch passed out in 2020. Vere low percentage of students were placed in campus recruitment. Kia is the top recruiting company for mechanical engineering. Very few people got internships in mechanical engineering. Technical roles are offered in mechanical engineering.

It provides a good environment, but placements are not good in this college.

Placements: No MNCs had been there in our college in 2017. Some of our friends got placements from college, but not in MNCs with an average salary package. The highest salary package ranges from 4 LPA- 5 LPA. This was way back in 2017, I think now it was getting better.

I am dissatisfied, and yet it is a moderate college to study in.

Placements: I am a student of RGMCET of 2017 alumni of the electrical and electronics engineering branch. Maybe less than 10% of students or none of the students were directly placed with the help of college, but some placements are fake institutions for internships which don't offer salaries. From other branches, students were offered a salary package of 6 LPA. Placements were less for our branch. Internships were not an option during our tenure at the college. Our branch is famous for engineering assistan...

It is an average college with a quite good environment.

Placements: Nearly 35 to 40% of the students got placed in our course, but most of the students among them got placed in off-campus drives. The highest salary package offered in our course is 4.5 LPA, but only 3 students got placed with that salary package. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. Most of the students attend off-campus drives for MNC companies as they don't visit the college. During our tenure, they use to invite few companies, which are mostly non-registered or very small.

Placements: Most of the students got placed through off-campus placements. In our college placements, a maximum of 25 to 30 students got placed. Our college should have to interact with more companies and get placements as it is really helpful for students in their life. I suggest our college should focus on placements and help students to succeed.

Placements: Placements here are very bad. All companies recruit students only from the CSE branch and some relative branches. For the mechanical branch, placements are very bad. Some companies visited, but their selection is very bad. The salary package offered is very less, and some companies which visit here are fake companies.

Placements: Most of the placements are available only for ECE students, but that too also call centre jobs. There are no placements for our branch, and we fought with placements officer, and he didn't respond to our concern. Placements are low here, and the fee structure is high. Practical knowledge is not provided.

Placements: Placements in our college are the worst. All the companies visited the campus for placements are start-ups where students can't build their career. I am not satisfied with the placements. The college management should concentrate on placements other than admissions and syllabus. Students are paying a hefty amount, so they need good placements.
