The best college for engineering.

Placements: My college provides good placements and has an average package of 4.5 LPA, which is not that bad for a fresher, and the highest package placement was 52 LPA, but it was off campus overall. My college is good at package placements, and many companies come to my college.

RGIT is a decent college with decent staff and decent placements.

Placements: I am from the 2020 CS batch, and for our batch the placements were good. Almost 70% of the students were placed from the students who opted for placements. Others went to do masters. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 10 LPA by Byju's. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Internships were done by some students but they got internship opportunities from off-campus. Software development and business analyst and other related fields for CS students were offered.

It has excellent faculty members.

Placements: In my college, about 30-40% of students get placement. About 20% of students opt for higher studies, and the remaining seek of job. Companies like Infosys, TCS, L&T and Mahindra visit our college for placements. The salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 14-17 LPA, but only a few students are able to get that.

Good placements in 2019. Nice faculty.

Placements: The placements of this year are better than the previous year. Almost all the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was 3.18 LPA. Many companies like Quantifi, LTI, TCS, Infosys, Media.net, Axis Bank, Flexiloans, and CATking, etc., visit the campus to hire students.

The college and faculty members are the best. Student council is awesome here.

Placements: Last year, Jhonson & Jhonson visited our college to recruit students from the instrumentation department. However, very few companies, i.e., 3 to 4 companies visited our campus. The mainline of placement is based on your CGPA and your extracurricular activities. You are allowed to sit for the placement drives conducted by other departments. One of my friends got selected in an IT company which visited to hire the students of the IT department. He got selected before one year of completion of his...

Placements: An average number of students get placed. The average salary package offered is 5-6 LPA. The campus placements for RGIT students are good. Well-reputed companies visit our college for placements. The college has big seminar halls and auditoriums for group discussion.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology is rocking with Udaan festival.

Placements: The placements in RGIT are awesome. Every year, more than 15 companies visit the campus for placements. Every year, around 70 to 80% of the students get placed on the campus placements. Every year, companies like Wipro, TCS, and Capgemini visit the campus for placements. Placement department is very supportive to students. They start giving placement training to the students from the third year only.

It is a good college to attend, it has good placements, teachers are easily approachable.

Placements: Placement structure is like two companies visit on a first day sharing basis, people are allowed to sit for both the companies. Reputed organisations visit RGIT. During my time it was Infosys and L&T. Other organisations which visited were Capgemini, zycus, indus Valley, Direct, IBM, L&T core and many more. The highest package offered was 6.5lacs and average package was 3.25. Software Engineer, business development executive were the roles offered by the company. As many were looking for Masters...

My thoughts about our college RGIT.

Placements: The placements of our college are good when compared to other colleges in the Mumbai University. In RGIT various core companies and IT companies come for placements. For students, good performance in placements college arranges 2-3 weeks workshop for students benefits in placements.

RGIT engineers get a full of enthusiasm and optimistic lessons from the faculty.

Placements: The placement opportunities are enticing at RGIPT. just intellectual of students ought to be there. The highest salary package at this time was around 11 LPA not sure. Well-qualified placement cell is present. The internship is available to the students. Well-experienced and highly qualified staff are available.

RGIT is probably is one of the top engineering colleges in Mumbai

Placements: The average package is 3.25 to 3.5 LPA. 50 to 60 percent get placements and others include master students and off-campus placements. Also, there are students with their own startup and business ideas so the future is good after RGIT. Internships are not offered in the college. Students who get the internship leave, though. The teachers are good for it and support for the internship experience.

Good infrastructure, facilities, professors and a friendly environment in the college.

Placements: The placements in our college are fair enough. The average package per annum is around 4-5 lakhs. The highest package offered here was of 14 lakhs. A minimum of 50% students gets a job. The students are also given a bit of training before they are ready for facing the placement interviews.

True review without being biased. Everything mentioned fits in perfectly.

Placements: Good companies do visit the campus and offer a package of 12 lacs but none of the students were able to crack the tests. Regular packages are in between 3 lacs to 4 lacs maximum. As many of the people don't prefer campus placements, this could be a reason of such low packages. As most of the students prefer going for MS or MBA and very few are placed. Mostly, a 9-6 job is offered dealing with regular stuff. The maximum offered till date was around 8 lacs, the least is 1.5 lacs and the average co...

Being a government college, RIT is a very good college with a good faculty and good infrastructure. It is a place where you can express yourself. You will get maximum placement assistance. They don't spoon feed the students. With the minimum expenditure, you will get maximum advantage. You will get every possible opportunity to prove your skills.

In RGIT, I’ve been there as a direct second year diploma admission to degree, but the faculty is so friendly and adorable that I never felt as different students then others. Crowd is also helpful and teaching is also up to mark. Canteen food is pure vegan with quality and hygiene maintained.

Well, this college is quite good. And classes are conducted regularly.

Placements: 50% of students were placed in our course. Rs 2 Lacs was the lowest, and Rs 3.5 Lacs was the highest package. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiting companies. Ten percent of my students got internships at companies like TCS and Infosys. The top roles offered in courses are marketing, programming, etc.

This college is one of the top college of Mumbai.

Placements: 98% of students were placed in my course, and the highest package offered is around Rs 10 LPA and the lowest package is around 4 LPA. There won't be much potential for onsite placements to go to except for the big MNCs that every college gets placements for, and the top won't help you get placed whatsoever.
