Rajkiya Engineering College Band.
Placements: There are 60 students. I am a B. Tech 2nd-year student in this college. Placement is not good, so most of us leave; you do not get placed on on-campus. Your average package is like 3 Lacs. The internship is not good; we get internships from outside, as the college does not provide internship programs or paid internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided in the college are not bad, but not too good either. Everything is there in the lab infrastructure. The building from the inside is good, but from the outside, it's in very bad condition. We do have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The college provides medical facilities, and they are open during academic timing.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and they are well-qualified. The teachers hold Ph.D. degrees, M. Tech degrees, and B. Tech degrees. The teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is also good. The semester exams are quite difficult, but the passing ratio is nice; it's above 72 to 80%.
Other: I chose the school because I wanted to basically do this B. Tech degree. Facilities are permanent, but it would have been better.

Our college atmosphere is very good. And faculty are very hard working and motivation to students.
Placements: Only 40 to 50% of the students were placed. The highest package was 6 lacs per annum, and the minimum package was 4 lacs. Only 65 to 70% of the students got internships. I don't think there are any more offers in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best, and the campus is so green and happy. There is Wi-Fi in the classrooms and library, and the computer center is great. The faculty members in the hostel are good and treat us like family. The food in the mess is okay, and medical facilities are always ready. The sports facilities are the best, and the college provides the kits.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members were IITians and Ph.D. holders. Their teaching methods were very good. The course curriculum was very good and students were made job-ready. Semester exams were not very difficult. The passing criteria was to get 40% marks in each subject.
Other: I chose Electrical Engineering because it is a field that is growing and developing rapidly. The best course is Computer Science, but I started out in Electrical Engineering and I think it is a good field. I have been improving myself and I think everything is good. Events are organized every two or three months, and the surroundings are very beautiful and happy. Scholarships are provided by the Uttar Pradesh government.

If you want IT branch, don't take this college because everything is very poor including faculty.
Placements: No placements are provided by the college. Only a few companies offered a 3 to 3.5L per year package.
Only 60% of students got placed. Only one internship in Softpro India is provided by the college. But that is not good. No placement-oriented session is taken by faculty. Training and placement cell here is only for namesake.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very poor. Its an engineering college, but you are not allowed to go into the computer centre with a laptop. The hostel building is good, but the condition of the bathroom is not good.
The AC in the classroom has not been working for many years. Specially in the IT department, only faculty cabin ACs are working.
Faculty: Faculty of IT department is very poor. If you're thinking about the IT branch, please don't take this college. Faculty is careless; they will teach you nothing. Government faculty is required in the IT department; only one or two faculty are good and overall are very bad, including HOD.
Other: I have taken this college because of its government-funded institute and IT branch. And some of the reviews on the Shiksha website are given very good, but that is not correct.

College review of Rajkiya Engineering College Band.
Placements: The placement of our college, Rajkiya Engineering College Band, is not good. The average package at our college is around 3.5 LPA. The highest package is around 10 LPA in the Information Technology branch. To secure a good placement at our college, Rajkiya Engineering College Band students must prepare for the GATE exam.
Infrastructure: The faculty of our college, Rajkiya Engineering College Band, is highly educated. Most of them have cleared the GATE exam 5 to 6 times, such as Dr. Deep Singh Thakur. Others have completed their M.Tech. One notable faculty member is Dr. Admit Tripathi, who is a professor of Mathematics and previously served in ISRO before joining Rajkiya Engineering College Band. However, there are several problems in our hostel, including issues with water and the mess. The college provides Ethernet and Wi-Fi facilities.

The faculty staff are very supportive and provide quality content, including GATE exam-oriented material.
Other: I chose B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Rajkiya Engineering College Band through the counselling of AKTU based on JEE Main scorecards. I opted for mechanical engineering because I have a keen interest in mechanics. To secure a job, students should prepare for the GATE exam.

This college offers good and average facilities.
Placements: 50 percent of students are placed. Some students don't opt for the placement. In 2023, the highest package for the Information Technology branch is 8-9 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 4-5 Lacs, with the lowest package being 2-3 Lacs. Top recruitment is by mass companies.
Infrastructure: This college has all kinds of facilities. There is a digital board in every class, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet in the labs. All books are available in the library, and there is also a dedicated room for studying. The quality of hostel food is average. There is one canteen on our campus. All sports are available on campus, with 10 different games. Medical facilities are average.
Faculty: The faculty is well-qualified, and their knowledge is very certain, but they don't teach very well. The Information Technology department is very good; they strive to help students gain high skills. When students are self-motivated, they keep growing and don't face any problems in the semester. College teachers guide them on how to study.
Other: My interest is in programming, so I chose this course, which is highly demanding and rapidly growing. One thing I wish for is a bigger campus because the current campus is very small. The college fest happens every month. The campus crowd is less, and the surrounding area is rural. Every student receives a scholarship.

Not satisfied with faculty members. Average placement is 4 LPA.
Placements: 50% students who sit for placements generally get placed. The highest package is 6 LPA. Byjus, Oracle, Krishworks technology and research labs, etc. are the top recruiters. Internships are not paid.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the hostel including LAN. ACs are there in the academic campus. Library is present. A study room is also present here. Good labs are there with all the equipment. Food is average and mess is there. A canteen is available. Total 10 sports including cricket, football, etc. are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is still relevant. It doesn't make students industry ready. They have to study on their own. Semester exams are not very difficult. 95% students easily pass in the exams.
