My Journey of Ram Lal Anand College.

Placements: I completed my Bachelors in microbiology from RLAC, but there was no placement in our course. Placements were offered in other courses like computer Science and management courses, but no placement occurs for microbiology students. Since we were part of the placement drive but as such no specific placement for Science students .

Excellent infrastructure is provided to students.

Placements: A good number of students are placed in my course. I asked my seniors about the salary packages. The highest salary package offered was 50 LPA, and the average salary package offered was5 LPA. Most students get excellent internships from top recruiting companies.

Detailed analysis of RLAC by a senior.

Placements: Approximately 2–3 students get placed in college and most students don't even have the confidence to sit for the placement. The college has a placement cell, which can help students get placed. Students and teachers are still working to make it good. I hope they will be able to do it soon.

Strong infrastructure, engaging faculty, and thriving community.

Placements: Ram Lal Anand College has a placement cell that provides good job opportunities for students in well-known companies. Ram Lal Anand College placement creates a benchmark with the increasing placement rate and more students getting placed with higher packages than last year.

Review of Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi.

Placements: The course didn't offer any placement, hence no students were placed at the college, though the college offered teaching on interviews and CV making. The internships were offered at the college but not on permanent placement offers. Students may learn through internships.

Placement problems are there in college.

Placements: There is not much placement in our course at B.Sc. level and on average, 30 percent of the total strength gets an internship. Being a student of geology, one should be a field geologist, hydrologist, mineralogist and so on. There are many, like ONGC, ISRO, Oil India and GSI, that offer internships as well as placements at M.Sc. level.

Really a good place for students who are seeking to enjoy campus life along with their studies.

Placements: In the beginning of our final year, around 25 companies arrived at our college for placement. It's not a very big placement drive. Only 25–30 students got placement in different courses, not only computer science. The average package offered by companies was around 3 LPA and the highest was 6 LPA. In our course, the top recruiting company was TCS. From 2 and a half years onwards, many students got internships; some of them got in the du, which was known as the vice chancellor internship program,...

Average college, campus life, and student crowd.

Placements: Placement is average; most of the company were BPOs. The average package was like 2–3 lacs; there were no such top companies like TCS and Wipro. If people want to seek placement there, they need to go to LinkedIn and apply for some company where they can do an internship.

It is an average college under DU.

Placements: Our class strength is over 60. Only 2 to 3 students get internships. The salary package offered is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies visit our campus.

The college is decent enough to get a DU degree.

Placements: Usually, students do not look for internships in the microbiology field. Many students also end up changing their field of study after graduation, so a shift is seen in internships in other sectors. Companies do come here, but a hefty package can surely not be expected. It is certainly not a top-tier DU college.

Just an average college, don't apply just because it's in south campus.

Placements: From what I've seen, the placement cell is not exactly inactive. During the last 3 months, it actually organized 3 events, some resume-building workshop, and internship training programme. Last year the packages offered in the Computer Science course weren't that high but they were near average. Some of the top recruiting companies for the college's course include Amazon (highly unlikely though), Wipro, Chegg and ICICI prudential life insurance. Being only freshers, no one from our batch has rec...

Highly recommended and best of luck .

Placements: 15-18 percent students of total college strength are there in this course . No packages are offered in this course. One of the highest percentage of internships offered in whole DU, placement cell is also very active and weekly internships are offered frequently.

Our college has good campus and great faculty members.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is quite active. The highest salary package offered for undergraduate students is more than 4 LPA - 5 LPA. But initially companies hire top students as freshers on the basis of interviews.

Placements: Our college has no placements, but we do have a placement cell that offers many internships that are helpful for off-campus placements and CV formation.

Review of Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi

Placements: As I'm doing my bachelor's in geology, I can't get placed until I do my master's because B.Sc. provides a basic foundation of the subject. In our batch, there are a total of 34 students. It's a small number, but there are many perks to it. Other departments provide good placements.

It is the best department in our college.

Placements: Our college did not provide placements for microbiology students. Placements were offered to students from other courses like BMS, etc. Professors in our department helped us to get a good experience with the practical techniques required for any life science student.

Our college has the best canteen and crowd.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide good placements. Placement cell tries to get companies that came to north campus colleges but is not much successful. All the start-ups offered roles in sales, marketing, and HR, with nominal to no stipend-based internships. Around 3 companies offer internships in computer science of which 2 companies hire for unpaid internships and the other company offered Rs.15,000 for a 2-month internship.

Satisfied by their facilities and infrastructure but the placement is too low in our college.

Placements: Placement is Average in geology department but computer Science and Statistics department get the best placement, many of ours senior opted for Higher studies and prepare for IIT JAM for best post graduation college. But you can opted for off campus placement as geology is in demand l.
