Diploma in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2022

Three years is a waste in this college because of no better placements.
Placements: No students get placements. Though they scored more marks, unsuccessfully in my course, there is no better placement in our college for our course. In our course, the teacher tells us that when you get maximum marks then you can get good or the best jobs, and having good confidence then you can achieve goals.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in our classroom but when we connect then it shows you are currently not usuable. Labs are very poor and no classrooms are good. The fans are broken. The class seats and windows are also broken. There are no best things in my civil course.
Faculty: The teachers will not teach us in a good way. They will come and tell us to study on our own. When we do not understand and if we tell them, they ignore us and tell us to focus so that we get our solution.
Other: When I came to this college, I thought this course is very good and teachers told me that this course is very good and in your future, it helps but no placements even if well studied.

Placement are good but maximum number of student get failed in their exam .
Placements: Placement are good maximum number of student get placed it has very nice placement. You can get placed with maximum number of re-appearance and the training and placement teacher will help you alot in getting placed in any company. Mechanical engineering is only a branch from where you can get placed.
Infrastructure: Hostel are very bad, food are not good, staff's are not supportive, there is no Wi-Fi, there is no library. The food which we get is very bad and dirty there is no water filter provide in our hostel they is no hospital and first-aid feature in hostel .
Faculty: Maximum number of student get failed in their exam, teacher are not supportive, they discrimination between Bihar and haryanavi students. Only some teachers are supportive and they help in completing our work and HOD of mechanical branch is very bad.
Other: Campus Life is okay u will find many friends but no girlfriend. And it is valuable for money .

Review of Rani Jhansi Laxmi Bai College.
Placements: Students don't get any placement. The highest salary is Rs.15,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs.8000 to 9000 per month. TDK bawal, INEL, Havells, DBG, and other electronics companies hire students mainly Gurgaon, Bawal, Noida, and Bhiwandi. No one got internships. Diploma engineer trainee is the role offered.
Infrastructure: College has no facilities. Wi-Fi is 34 Mbpd. Hostels were good but the food and security are not good. Local students stay at night. There are no CCTV cameras, no paid canteen, and the mess is not hygienic.
Faculty: There were one or two teachers. Teachers don't take the lectures. Students were supposed to read themselves. Semester exams were very difficult to pass. I got 66%.
Other: I choose ECE because I always wanted to learn about electronics. They should start teaching and give them tasks or conduct any kind of competitions to show their skills. Until our batch, there were not any events any farewells.

I would recommend joining this college.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good as many companies come to our college. Approximately 10 to 20 students got placements in various companies like Mahendra Tech, Lumax, and TVs Motor. Our training head is very good. Even in the pandemic, we got our placements, when no companies had vacancies.
Infrastructure: Our hostel was very good because of the good facilities provided. We had 24 hours Wi-Fi and unlimited data access. The classrooms were also very good but the library was not good. Labs were also not good. Canteen in our college and hostel was very good.
Faculty: In our college, teachers were very helpful and the teaching quality was also good. A few teachers were very good. Semester exams were hard in our college but checking was still good in or outside the college. The pass percentage was approximately 50%.
Other: I chose electrical engineering because I think in the future it has a good scope. As India is developing, the demand for electricals is also increasing.

Overall, it is a very good college, but the faculty are not much good.
Placements: Rani Jhansi Laxmi Bai College, Loharu, is an average college. 30% of students got placed. The highest package offered last year was 2.50 LPA, and the average package was 2 LPA, and the lowest package was only 1 LPA. The recruiting companies were Mahindra and Subro for our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is poor. No Wi-Fi is available in our college. The classrooms are average. The library has a capacity of 20 students at one time, and no students go to the library to study. The hostel building is very good, and the rooms are very spacious. Sports are very good in our college. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to us. They understand us and are friendly with us. They teach us regularly, and they teach at their best. All the teachers are well qualified, and they have very good practical knowledge. They make us industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it provides a good career.
