Faculty: Many teachers are knowledgeable in their fields. They teach using PPTs and boards. Exams are conducted regularly in a disciplined way. They are friendly. The course curriculum is not up-to-date, but students can learn many things by themselves. Our college organises industrial visits.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and they try to be helpful. The teaching quality is not very high or upto expectations. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what they are saying due to poor pronunciations. The difficulty level of the exams depend on the extent of the student's preparations.

And college follows strict rule about exam. Alll the faculty members have come from top universities and they are highly potential to help students achieve their life goals.

Some teachers were providing the same notes from the day they started working in RCM as teachers. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. If you work hard, it's very easy to score good grades.

In the first semester, the syllabus of decision science, business law, and business environment subjects were not completed. The syllabus of other subjects was completed before 2-3 days of end-semester exams where students stop attending classes and prepare for exams.
