My life experience in RIEM.

Faculty: Good faculty; they teach whatever is relevant to the topic. The exam is purely based on what they teach. But the curriculum we have is not enough for any competitive exams. Semester exams are not so difficult; they are moderate. Almost everyone will pass. We don't have any industrial use as it is a teacher training institute.

Good infrastructure and hostel facilities. Good study environment. Best faculty members.

Faculty: Faculty members in RIE, Mysore are very experienced, being some of the best teachers in their field. Many of them have also published several research papers. They are very good at understanding the students and are experts in educational psychology. The way of teaching is very nice, and they maintain a two-way communication in class. Most of the classes have projects, which are effectively used by teachers. The whole academic calendar is produced every year in the month of January. However, as...

Good placements, average college, toxic workplace .

Faculty: The faculty members are extremely qualified but, ironically, they are not good teachers. Most of the professors are friendly but they have a very rigid system for attendance. The course curriculum is perfect in theory but the implementation is where they lack.

Absolute choice for a teaching career.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, with M.Sc. and even Ph.D. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very appropriate. It makes students ready for their teaching careers. Semester exams are not that difficult.

Satisfied with the faculty, good placements every year, good in everything except hostel facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable. Most of them are Ph.D. scholars. Teaching quality is good but few teachers are not regular. The course curriculum is very relevant. The curriculum has internship in the 7th semester and apart from that, there will be School Attachment programme in 4 semesters. This makes the students get ready for their teaching professions. The semester exams are not that difficult. One can easily pass and get good marks. Very few in each course, probably 3-5 students will not p...

Teacher Education at RIE Mysore.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified, with significant experience in their respective fields. The course curriculum is relevant and well-divided, with a strong focus on teacher education. Semester exams are not overly difficult, with a pass mark of 15 out of 50.

It is the best institute in India for teacher training.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. In academics, we have to be careful with them. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are average.

I am very happy to become a student of this college.

Faculty: All the teachers are well experienced with doctorates and very knowledgeable. Students feel comfortable while asking their doubts, and the quality of teaching and interaction is good. The semester-based system only happens here, and the exams are moderate level. The pass percentage is more than 90%.

It is a lovely college for those who want to become good teachers.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they are highly qualified teachers and with unmeasurable knowledge. This institute is mainly for teachers' training and the best knowledge is imparted to make better teachers for the future. This is only for students who want to be teachers not for any software and hardware jobs.

In 2015, there were good placements here. The average salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month.

Faculty: All the teachers here are educated as I told you that it is for students who want to become a teacher. Most of the students got placements in foreign countries. Our college teachers are helpful, and they are very friendly to us, that's why we didn't feel any fear in front of teachers.

It is one of the best colleges if a student aspires to be a teacher.

Faculty: The college has well-qualified faculty members. They all have done postgraduation in their subjects. The selection panel of higher authorities recruit the faculty. The course curriculum followed is as set by University of Mysore which follows the choice-based credit system (CBCS) applying for different courses.

Enough satisfied for the course provided.

Faculty: All the teachers aren't helpful, and a few are not approachable. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Their andragogy teaching method is not good. The faculty to student ratio is 1:40 usually. We get exposure through going to schools, and it was named School Attachment Programme. The course curriculum has been changed, and it is a little heavy now.

Satisfied with faculty and placements every year but dissatisfied with the infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and approachable. They will provide you proper guidance. Since it is a teaching college, teaching methods, curriculum are taken utmost care. It is revised based on the requirements. It will definitely improve your personality. One day educational tours can be organised by the class representative without much difficulty in permission.

Regional Institute of education is the best college if you want to become a teacher.

Faculty: The professors are well known in the country for their work in different fields. There is a sufficient number of faculty members available in the college. Faculty members are very much friendly to the students. The curriculum is not very difficult, but it is up to the expectations for a good syllabus.
