It is a good college to excel in the future.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, but they are useful just to start your careers. You have to walk ahead on your own. They help you improve the skills that you need to crack interviews. They help you by providing a variety of jobs so that you can find the best one for you. Overall, placements in our college are quite good.

Sometimes, I am not satisfied because there is too much strictness.

Placements: Placements are good. They offered students' satisfactory placements with a good pay scale. They also cleared doubts of the students regarding placements. There are internships fairs, which provide deep insights regarding companies and placements to the students.

I enjoyed my college days a lot, and my overall experience is amazing.

Placements: Placements in our college are good but not impressive. More startups visit the campus than the reputed companies. These startups offer as good packages, but there wouldn't be growth in the near future. So, I have decided to start my own business than doing a job.

This college makes a student competitive.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for some domain, but the placements are not much effective for other domains. As far as the sales and finance domains are concerned, the students are offered a lot of options. But there are only a few options available for the students who want to get into marketing and the sub-divisions of the marking sector.

This college is a good platform for studies.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for marketing students but not really good for finance students. For finance, very few companies visited the campus to offer placements. You need to find a job on your own. Job fair and internships are provided in a year for students. The placement cell is good, and it works well. They provide opportunities for students. Students can be a member of the placement department to help in coordinating with various placement drives held in the college.

Satisfied with the faculty in the college.

Placements: In terms of faculty, it's an awesome college to take admission. The college provides good opportunities for students to learn, but placements wise, it is not that good. One may take admission in this college because of its low fee structure. The management is trying to give you maximum rewards as per the fees.

Average placements, small campus but good teaching staff.

Placements: The placements are average. Companies such as Sirca, AIMS, etc. visited here. Highest package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. There is a placement cell which works very hard during placements. Big companies do not visit here.

Overall, the college is worth the money. But it lacks a bit in infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Students have been placed in companies like Ameriprise, capital IQ, Dineout, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Fidelity, and PVR Cinemas etc. The average salary package offered was 4-4.5 LPA. Most of the companies offer marketing and sales profiles. A few profiles are of digital marketing, financial analyst, management trainee, etc. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA.

Review of Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies.

Placements: Our college provides very good placements for marketing, HR and finance profiles. Most of the companies visit the campus for marketing profiles. They offer the highest salary package of 10 LPA. Finance companies visiting the campus are low. The medium level finance firms visit the campus and offer low salary packages. So, it would be problematic for finance students.

Placements are good. The infrastructure of our college is small. Our faculty are well-educated.

Placements: Placements in RDIAS are good. The average salary package offered was 4-5 LPA. Almost 80% of the students were placed from the 2017-2019 batch. The lowest salary package offered was 1.75 LPA, and the highest package offered for our batch was 7 LPA. The companies which come for placements mostly hire the students of the marketing specialisation.

Overall, the college is average, and it is not good for extrovert students.

Placements: Placements in our college are average, and it depends on the capacity of the student. The college also puts its efforts for placements. Many good companies like Jaro, Fortis, Naukri.Com, Indian Bulls, UAS and Byju's visit the campus. This year, Byju's has offered a package of almost 10 LPA, and only one or two students got selected.

RDIAS is one of the good colleges affiliated to GGSIPU.

Placements: For placements in MBA I have heard the college makes a lot of effort in getting the best companies to our college and even trains the students for preparing them to get final placements. The highest package offered till now is 10 lacs per annum and the trainingand placement department make sure every student get into the corporate world and is placed.

All about Rdias that one must know.

Placements: Placements are really good as per the level. They donot bring big brands but vast number of small brands. Most importantly, the faculty try to get more companies to their level best I don't think any college can ever bring more than 250 companies for a single batch. No matter how big or small companies.

Very satisfied- Good placements.

Placements: Placement cell of RDIAS is very well organized. They offer multiple opportunities to students of every specialisation. RDIAS achieved new heights when they touched 100% placement mark for MBA batch 2016-2018. The institute also offers numerous internship opportunities by organizing internship fairs, seminars, and workshops.

For BBA its a good college!

Placements: Placements for BBA don't offer much. Since its graduation many people don't sit in placements. Yet some good companies visit during the campus placements as it's for both MBA and BBA students. Organisations like hdfc american express mobikwik, etc. visited the campus Even some startup companies like Panache visited the same.

Moderately satisfied as the faculty is good, but too much discipline is followed.

Placements: Placements are good, almost 70-80 percent students got placed in the current pass out batch. The only constraint is that the companies which are coming to the campus macimum out of them are sales profiles. The highest package is 10 Lacs and the lowest is 1.5 Lacs around. Average is 3-4 Lacs. The companies which are visited till now are byjus, jaro education, naukri. Com, ameriprise, ICICI, HDFC etc. Maximum students got internship from the campus only. Even I got internship in 2 companies.
