This is one of the best colleges among the colleges affiliated to IPU.

Placements: There is a dedicated placement cell which provides internships and final job placement opportunities to students. The college has a good placement record. More than 50 companies visit the college for placements every year, and some of them are Amazon, Evalueserve, EY, HDFC, and other small and medium-level firms. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. The college organises summer and winter internship fairs and job fairs, and it is ensured that almost all students participate in those int...

Placements: The placement process of our college is good. Companies for various domains visit our campus to offer placements. However, the marketing domain students always seem to be the best employer of all time. Many companies like E&Y, Amazon, Black Rock and E Value Serve, etc., visit our college for recruitment.

Placements: The college puts a lot of efforts in organising placement drives. The college has a track record of 100% placements. As far as internships are concerned, placement drives are organised in college premises. The highest stipend offered to the interns was Rs. 10,000, and the lowest was Rs. 2,000.

Overall, the college is good with good infrastructure and with knowledgeable faculty members.

Placements: The college provides immense opportunities for students to work in different companies. More marketing companies visit the campus compared to finance companies. The average package offered is Rs. 3.2 LPA, and the highest package is Rs. 8 LPA. Almost 90% of the students are placed. I am satisfied with the college as its infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: The average salary package offered for the master of business administration course students is 4 LPA. Companies that offer marketing profiles like Byju's visited the campus this year and offered a salary package of 8-10 LPA. Many organisations visit this college every year and offer average salary packages.

I'm satisfied with the college as the placements give a proper cost-benefit on the college fee.

Placements: Placements in the college are average. RDIAS generally invites new startups which give a good amount of exposure, but the salary package offered was average. In short, placements in the college are satisfactory. Unlike provided in the prospectus of the college, none of the reputed companies such as TATA, HCL, or Reliance was invited to our college. Only unestablished startups were invited for placements.

Satisfied with the college. Faculty and staff are very good. Infrastructure is not large enough.

Placements: The placements of our college are good. Our college invites many companies to offer placement opportunities to the students of our college, and almost 60% of students get placed every year. The average salary package offered is around 2-3 LPA. The companies like HDFC Bank, Times Of India and many more visited the campus for placements. Around 60-70% of the students got internships from the college, and the stipend offered is very less. Sometimes, they do not even offer any stipends, and the comp...

Placements: RDIAS guarantees 100% placements. A lot of companies visit our college every year and hire students from BBA and MBA courses. Every year, the majority of students get hired by reputed companies. Recently, companies like Reliance Jio and Jaro Education have visited the college.

RDIAS is the most disciplined college of GGSIPU.

Placements: Great opportunities are available for all kinds of minds. It's their sole responsibility to place every student in the best possible company. So, the future of all the students can be enhanced and enriched with growth and development. They help students in preparing for drives.

Review of Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies.

Placements: I wasn't placed on campus. Only a few finance companies visited the college to offer placements, and the placement faculty were not at all good. Many companies visited the campus for marketing and human resource students. In short, placements were not up to mark.

I had lots of memories and gained a lot of knowledge.

Placements: Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies is the best choice if you are searching for an institute that provides decent placements. The college not only offers placements but also provides internships in several reputed MNCs like Airtel, JK Cement, Oxywallet etc.

Good infrastructure and facilities are provided by the college.

Placements: As I am fresher, I don't know much about the placements in the college. But according to the reviews, the placements are good enough, and internships opportunities are also provided to many students. I have attended only one internship programme of HDFC and gained good experience in group discussion. The placement cell is good and provides information on time.

Had mixed bag experience here.

Placements: There is a placement cell present in the college but don't expect really good companies to be a part of campus placements mostly are start-ups and only two or three well established companies like hdfc, Asian paints etc. Do come for hiring. I was a BBA student so talking about the same but I feel like the placement scenario is a little better in MBA.

The college efforts on students are visible and viable.

Placements: Every year, job fairs are held regularly. They conduct those job fairs weekly or monthly. This time, most of the students applied for the jobs, and only 5-10 students were not selected. So, this is a sign of great mark. This year, many companies like Frankfinn, Max, Sharekhan, Mobikiwik, and much more visited the campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 3 LPA. Almost 96% of the students got the internship from college. The highest st...

Satisfied with the staff members and facilities provided by the college.

Placements: Approximately, 95% of the students get placed every year. The average package offered, last year, was Rs. 4 Lacs per annum and the highest package was Rs. 9.20 Lacs per annum. Overall, the placements are good every year, but the drawback is, the maximum of placements are provided in start-ups.

I am not satisfied but it is an average college.

Placements: Placements are there in our college, but the companies mainly come with sales profiles. So, placements are okay. The internships are also provided but not for all, so they have to find it from outside which is difficult for many students because they do not have any references.

Infrastructure is good, one must visit the college.

Placements: Around 35 companies came for placements including Times of India, Sharekhan, IDBI, Federal, RBL and every student was allowed to participate in internship fair. Companies were providing around 7000-8000 stipend per month. From placements point of view and faculty point of view, college is awesome.

A review on RDIAS (Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies).

Placements: The placements provided by our college are pretty good. There is a separate department to handle placement issues and affairs. We will also have internship fairs and job fairs which provide decent opportunities for young lads to kick-start their careers. I have appeared for internship fair twice, and it was pretty good.

Satisfied with college and placement cell but not with surroundings.

Placements: The placement cell at the college is superb. They call all the company on a single day which saves our time and it gives us more opportunity. College placement cell also helps in making efforts by bringing more and more companies from different areas and of different field which helps to gain more and more knowledge.
