A review of SJC Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements in the college were extremely impressive for the students of 2014 batch. Almost 90% of students got placed. Placements were average for the students of 2015 and 2016 batches but went down drastically for the students of 2017 batch. Nevertheless, placements for the 2018 batch are geared up by following a rigorous training session for about a month.

There is no use of paying this much money to study in college.

Placements: There are no placement for civil and mechanical branches, other branches have good placement. There is no proper placement training for students. There are no placement companies also. There are no coaching classes. We have lot problem in placement. We are facing diffuclutes in finding jobs.

SJCIT is a college where a student can fulfill their careers.

Placements: In 2015, for our senior batch TCS had recruited over 50-60 members. But for our 2016 batch the number almost doubled, Tcs had recruited 100 members. Accenture, CTS, Tech M, L&T, and various other core branch companies visited our college for recruitments respectively.

A nice college with good faculty and excellent placements.

Placements: SJCIT institute has a very good placement record as almost 85 members from computer science branch from our batch got placed, that is really good. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Flipkart, Robert Bosch, HCL, etc., visit the college to hire the students. The highest package offered was 35k per month, and the lowest package was 15k. The classes conducted in HR will be very useful which helps many students.

Overall, the college is excellent.

Placements: Only IT companies visit the campus. Rarely the companies visit to recruit the students of mechanical and civil branches. Core companies are very rare. TCS is the only company which visits the campus and every year and mass placement happens. The companies like Agrima, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro also visit the campus.

Good teaching, good lecturers and placements are also good.

Placements: The placements are good. Information science and computer science students were getting good placements than other branches. Most of the students got placements in last year and before last year. For the good placements, they are teaching HR classes from the beginning.

Best infrastructure and great placement opportunities.

Placements: We had Gurucharan Singh who is one amongst the best placement officers in India. He helped me to get through 3 companies with the training provided. They provide the best training for placements for months. We will have both technical, aptitude and soft skills training provided to crack the interview.

Placements: Placements were good. MNC Companies like Capgemini, Wipro and Amazon came for placements. Good placement training facilities provided in our college, aptitude training provided was awesome. Almost each and every student got placed in one of the companies.

Good infrastructure and faculty, but not satisfied with the placements in 2017.

Placements: In the placements in SJCIT, the average of 60% of the students got placed in different companies in the last 4 years. The reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Oracle, Capgemini, etc., visit our campus every year. In 2017, the campus placements were much reduced when compared to past 4 years. A separate HR department is looking for the placements, and a very well placement training is provided.

Sri Jagadguru Chandrashekaranatha Institute of Technology.

Placements: There are a good placement cell and good training classes, but without our efforts, college can't do anything. The placement of computer science and information science are very good. HR classes are provided by the college which is very useful for attending placements which really helps in cracking interview.

I am happy and satisfied for getting a degree in SJCIT.

Placements: When I was in the final year, 2013 placements were very less, but from 2014 onwards placements are more. On an average 15-20 companies will visit for campus selection, and the average of 150-200 students will get placed per year out of around 500 students. The college will conduct personality development activity for placements as well.

Think before to take admission in SJCIT.

Placements: There is no placement option for civil engineering students. The placements are good for CS/IT students. The mass recruiters like TCS and Wipro hires a good number of students. The placement cell is also good, which organises the placements for students from the 7th semester. Big companies visit the campus for placements.

East or West, SJCIT is the best.

Placements: The placements are very good in the college. Many MNCs, INCs, and startup company will be visiting our college. More than 30 to 40 minimum companies will be visiting our college every year. Per year, minimum of 160-180 students are getting placed in our college.

Dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: As per placement is concerned, it is fine. They provide HR training for all students which is required very much for this college. Also, not much of companies visit. This year, Tech Mahindra hired many students. And many teaching jobs were offered by the companies. You'll get companies in this college. But as compared to the reparation and history of the college, it is very far behind the time because it has crossed 30years and still it is not becoming better.

Good and respected college. Eco friendly environment. Gives 100% efforts for students bright future.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. Many companies come to hire the students. TCS is the main company hiring the students from this college. Before two years, Amazon has also taken three students. The placements are good for CSE and mechanical. Regarding the internships, the students have taken the initiative on their own. The college faculty only provides guidance for the internships, but the college provides no internships.

Satisfied to a certain extent with a couple of good faculty. Placements are less

Placements: Average placements. Our senior batch students had good placements. In our batch till date, around 6 members have been placed in companies like Wipro, Capgemini and First American. More companies are to come in the future. The HR manager in our college is not performing his duties well. They have collected an amount of Rs. 7500/- from each student compulsorily in the name of placements and no development has been done on the same.

Review of SJC Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements are good here. Many renowned companies come here, take the students and provide good them starting salaries. The number of students taken by them is also good. The placement activities are started quite early. The companies are TCS, Infosys, Tech M, Infinity, Shoba and many other companies (at least 15 companies every sem). The average salary is 3 lakhs. Then there are off-campus placement drives which you can attend by yourself to get a higher salary. ...

The college is okay and the rest depends on your performance.

Placements: The placements are average. Here, you have to attend HR training from the 2nd year, then only they allow you to attend the interviews. Companies are good but not many students get placed. If you have good marks, you will be placed. Many students get placed in TCS from branches like ME, EC, etc. It all depends on your skills and academic marks and how you perform in the interview. Top companies offer a package of 3.5 LPA. Some companies also offer internships.

Companies like Mahindra, Sony, IBM, HCL, Accenture and Wipro visited the campus. Most of them offered technical support and Project Developers. The internship was obtained from the college by about 85% of students. The highest stipend offered was 12,000, the lowest was 8,500 and the average was 10,000.
