Placements: Placements in our college are average. As most of the student opt for further studies, and they don't opt for placements. They do offer placements for other courses. For B.A. in political science and economical they don't offer placements. I think in future, they will provide placements for all courses.
Placements: Only 15 out of 30 students passed. Almost all the passed students are pursuing higher studies. I don't know much about their salary packages. Top roles offered here are educator/teacher/tutor either in colleges or tuition coaching classes. Some went abroad for higher education.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements, and they have informed about this before admission that there will be no placements. Since there are no placements, there was no recruiter for this college. But the college is quite good, and also it is very popular in Mumbai for professional courses.
Placements: 1. There were no placement opportunities provided by the course. 2. As a result, 0% Students were placed in our course. 3. No highest, lowest and average salary. 5. There was no package offered to us. 6. We did not have internships as part of our curriculum.
Placements: Overall, around 75 students from our class got placed. As we are in the first year, so we don't know about placements. But I got to know that Wipro, L&T and Infosys visit the college to offer placements to final year students. Statistician, mathematical analyst and statistical analyst are the top roles offered. I am not sure about the salary packages offered in our course and what percentage of students got internships.
Placements: I don't have much idea about placements in the Arts section but the Science section has placements. However, there are internships opportunities for Arts as well as Science students. There is a placement cell to assist students in their career which is helpful.
Placements: There were no placements in our college. Projects and internships were held, which helped us to get job. Few students got internships in Bombay hospital. A student can choose to become a research scientist, biomedical scientist, analytical chemist, healthcare scientist, forensic scientist, etc.
Placements: Placements in our College were quite less. A few students from the CS and IT department were placed in companies like L&T and Wipro during the campus placements. Students from other departments like physics, mathematics, statistics, etc., hardly got a placement in the campus interviews. The main reason for the placement of the CS and IT students is their strong programming background, unlike the students from other departments, which nowadays most of the IT companies require. The recruiter did n...
Placements: There weren't any specific placement options since B.Sc. in physics is not a vocational course. Many students continued to study masters or MBA. Non of the company visit the campus. Students had to look for internships on their own, and no salaries were offered during internships.
Placements: Most of the students are unaware of the placement cell in the college, especially the students of the arts department. Placements in college are not very great, and hardly any student opts for it. Most of the students opt for further studies. Overall, the placements in the college are not that good.
Placements: Only 7-8 students out of 60 were placed. Last year, two companies have visited the campus for placements. The number of companies visiting the campus was very negligible. Each company hired only 4-5 students, so the number of companies that visit the college should increase.
Placements: The college doesn't offer a lot of placement opportunities at least for the students of the pure sciences background. I don't know much about the placements of the IT field. But for pure science departments like botany, zoology, chemistry, lifescience, and microbiology, there are no placement opportunities. Our seniors have completed their masters and are now in the process of looking for jobs.
Placements: As graduates, most of the students were looking forward for doing masters. Placements wise, very few companies visit the college to hire the students. Most of the companies which offer sales or voice process with the salary package of 4 LPA visited the college. The company named like J. P Morgan also recruited a few students for their outbound in Goregaon. Tommy Hilfiger visited the college and offered sales roles with good salary package. Placement cell in the college wasn't very actively invol...
Placements: As there are various courses there is no specific placement offer. Ruia provides other various courses in which they may have placements and are useful for the students but courses like B.A. in political Science, economics and so on do not provide placements.
Placements: There were good opportunities in ruia before but specially after Ruia has become autonomous college, the placement guarantees have increased drastically. Many renowned companies come to ruia and if you're talented and hard-working, you will have a job for sure.
Placements: There are no many offers in terms of placements here. HOD of the department can personally help you to get better. I would advise you to be in contact with the placement cell of our college from the second year at least. Most of the teachers in the department are quite helpful in placements.
Placements: I don't know about the placement but they give us so much practical knowledge about the work not only related to the field but in other fields which can help us to get good jobs and we can be successful in life. So all and all the provide placement in and indirect way.
Placements: There is a placement cell in Ruia which works for the students. Different job fairs are held, especially for the third students they are giving them opportunities to apply for jobs. Department heads too forward internship related information frequently. I believe leading companies approach students from our college since Ruia has a name outside.
Placements: The placement cell in Ruia College has its niche in offering more of internship and skill development opportunities, for both students pursuing the degree as well graduates, than direct jobs for graduates. However, the placement record of the college is decent as at least 50% of the students get jobs via the placement cell. The biggest attraction of the placement cell in the college is the job fair held every year.
Placements: The placement statistics till my graduation was not there, but other fields had an opportunity to get placed in good companies. Interviews, internships and student exchange programmes are there in this college. Several postgraduation courses are available in this college too.
