Sahodaran Ayyappan Smaraka SNDP Yogam College Scholarships and Funding
Students can opt for various Scholarship schemes like:
1. CENTRAL SECTOR SCHOLARSHIP
Scheme to provide Top Class Education for SC Students initiated by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of Kerala.
2.THE KERALA STATE HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP
Students from Mahatma Gandhi/Kerala/Calicut University who have passed +2 with the marks as ST-pass; SC-60%; OBC- 65%; Others 75%; Physically challenged- 45%. Eligible candidates of I year degree can approach the scholarship counter for the application form.
3. PRATHIBHA SCHOLARSHIP
The programme provides scholarship for students who have qualified meritoriously in the Higher Secondary Examination from Kerala for pursuing Degree/Post Graduate courses in Basic/ Natural Science in Institutions/ Universities in India.
4. UNIVERSITY MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
Only Students from Mahatma Gandhi University can apply. The first 15 top scorers from each class should bring the attested copies of Higher Secondary and S.S.L.C. mark list to the scholarship counter.

Placements: About 70 to 80 per cent of students were placed in our course last year. Companies like TATA, AMAZON, PEPSICO, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro were recruiting B.Com graduates from our college. Around 70 per cent of students from our college got internships from B.Com in companies like Infosys and Wipro. B.Com offers many roles like Accountant, HR Manager, Tax Advisory etc.
Placements: It is an excellent college for learning and knowledge. Almost 80% of students are placed. The college is NAAC-accredited with an A grade. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, etc., visit our campus.
Placements: Only 65% of students are securing job placements. The companies participating in the placement drives are not well-known; only a few, such as TCS, Byju's, Federal Bank, Infosys, and Wipro, are prominent. The average starting salary for students is 2 LPA.
