On Fees and Eligibility

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

College life in SAT I college .
Placements: Last year, 80% of students in the computer science and engineering core branch were placed. The highest package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest package offered this year was 3.45 LPA.
Infrastructure: SATI provides Wi-Fi, but the signal is not very good in the hostels. The labs are average, and the classrooms need improvement. The library is well stocked, and the sports facilities are good. The hostel rooms are good, and the mess food is average. However, the mess timings are not convenient.
Faculty: The teachers are good, especially the maths faculty. They follow the new curriculum from RGPV University. The college provides on-campus internship opportunities starting in the first year. As an autonomous college, the difficulty level of the semester exams is average.

My college, its infrastructure, and the helpful nature of faculty members.
Placements: In my college, 60-70% of students are placed. The highest package of my college is 16 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. The average package is 6 to 7 LPA. The top recruiters in my college are Yash Technology, Rapidos, and many more technological and non-technical companies. 70 to 80% of students get placed. The top role is SDE.
Infrastructure: In our college, there is full Wi-Fi, and smart rooms are there for lectures. Each department has different labs. The classrooms are well maintained. There are big libraries where we get all types of books related to the course or moral books. The quality of the hostel is very good, and they are fully maintained. The food in the mess is good. The canteen is also there in our college, and medical facilities are also available. Different sports and games buildings are there.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful. They are Ph.D. holders, and some are Master's holders. They are NET qualified. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it helps in applying applications to the industry. Semester exams are of medium level, not too hard and not too easy. The pass percentage is 40% in each subject.

Good college if you want to get placed on your own or want to pursue your own stuff.
Placements: I don't know the exact percentage placed but approximately 40–50% of students get placed by the college; the rest get placed through their own capabilities. For our branch, as it started recently, our seniors have just reached 4th year so they will be placed next year. 45% of students got internships, but they did it on their own, not through college, as they give more priority to CSE students than to blockchain.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that bad but not that good either. The wifi is good and the labs for first year are way better but the computers are not bad. But the main issue is the library. They have good books but we aren't allowed to issue them as we please. There is this beautiful round sitting table with a good view, but we aren't allowed there either. And the most important issue is the number of seats in the library. They literally only have 24 seats in total and it's only open till 6 pm and it's only open on weekdays.
Faculty: The senior teachers are really knowledgeable and helpful but a few teachers literally don't know anything. The curriculum is quite nice and not that hectic and it covers almost all the necessary topics. The semester exams are not that hard if you study the notes properly; actually, they are quite easy compared to other private universities.
Other: I chose blockchain cause I was interested in it and according to me, I think it's a pretty good course as you can associate with the finance industry. I haven't studied that deeply about my course yet, as I'm still a 2nd year student so I don't think I am qualified to do so. Scholarship is good but the events are worse than those of school. If they are club events, it's another matter but college official events are not good; we don't even celebrate or organize garba nights and stuff.

Good experience of college life.
Placements: This year, some companies arrived on our campus for placement drives, offering packages from 3.75 lakhs to 8 lakhs. The top recruitment company is Yash Technologies, giving packages from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs. 30% - 45% of students got placement in our college. This college was considered a very well-reputed college in the past.
Infrastructure: The college has three labs for Computer Science, which are well-furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi facilities, ACs, etc. The college has a library too. There are two boys' hostels only for first-year students, and they are getting renovated this year. It has two girls' hostels, one for first-year and one for second, third, and fourth-year students.
Faculty: Faculty members are good if you respect them and share a good bond with them. They will help in academics whenever you need. The curriculum is well-organized. They will teach you some coding languages in your first semester. Semesters are not that tough if anyone just pays attention in their class or only attends class; then he/she could pass the semester easily.
Other: The college is very good. You can learn many things at this college; you just need to put in some effort from your side.

It's not that bad as people rumored about that college because there are some good faculty.
Placements: In our course, 40% of students take campus placements, and others are out of campus; some students prepare for GATE and other government exams. The highest package of our college in 2024 is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3.86 LPA. Intellipath and RapidOps are some companies that hire our college students. Computer Science is the top course in our college.
Infrastructure: If we talk about college infrastructure, then we can say it's okay because some parts of college are like a vanishing library, and one chemistry lab and a computer lab are present. There is a separate hostel for 1st years, and if we talk about infrastructure, it's decent, and there is also Wi-Fi, but the mess is so unhygenic. There are no medical facilities in the hostel and common room where you will play in a group.
Faculty: Some of them are doing internships, but some are really good teachers with good holding degrees. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant for students and also helpful for their bright future. It's like one night before the exam, it's so easy. The total mark of the exam is 20, in which we have to get 9 to qualify.
Other: I chose this course because this course is currently running in some college, like I am doing blockchain, and obviously I think in the future it will play a major role. I think a teacher should upgrade himself/herself. There is only one fest in our college called Samrat Utsav, and scholarships are awarded according to your capabilities.

Placements: Placements are quite low. The average package is 4.2 LPA or something. Only a few companies come for the placement, and that too in pool drives; no on-campus placements are provided. Only Salem and BDE roles are coming, and 1-2 companies provided IT roles. On-campus internships are not provided. They do not help us get any internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very bad, with very old classrooms. They charge money for internet, but the internet is never in working condition. Canteens are given on tenders, so the food is okay, but I have not visited much. The library is fully furnished, and there is a Wi-Fi connection available properly. It's a good place to study and do our work.
Faculty: Teachers provide appropriate notes and also pyqs to help students study for their exams. The course is very good, but we don't gain much practical knowledge—only theoretical. Exams are not that tough; they're easy to crack if you study properly. Everyone manages to pass the exam, but 1-2 students get failed.
Other: As I saw that the name of the branch contains Blockchain, IoT, and Cybersecurity, it was a new branch, and only a few colleges offer this branch in their courses. I thought it would be good for me to study three fields at a time, and I would get to explore them.
