Review of my college, Shantiniketan.

Placements: 50–60% of students are selected on campus and the average package was 2 lakh per year. The top recruiting company was Maruti, among many others. Most students were selected as company supervisors as freshmen in the quality maintenance department. The lowest package was 1.5 lakh per year.

Placements: About 80 percent of the students are placed here each year. The highest package is INR 5 lacs, and the lowest package is around INR 1.5 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include HCL, Tata, Suzuki, and many more. An internship requires approximately 70% of the marks. Software developer, system analyst, etc. are the top roles offered.

Overall, the college is good with world-class infrastructure and good placement opportunities.

Placements: The placements are average. Only 1 company for your domain visits the campus. So, you can expect a salary of around 20,000 per month.

I am dissatisfied with the placements and food facilities, but the faculty members are good.

Placements: Very few students got placed. Some of them get back as the job which was not up to the mark as they have to work as a labor. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 7,000 per month, and the maximum salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. There are no such top companies that come here, but a couple of companies visit like Havells, Ujala and some small companies. None of the students got an internship, but all of them got a job. There was no such profile, and it is just normal as a worker.

It is a good private engineering college.

Placements: This college is well connected to every big city of West Bengal. Every year many students got placed in many well-known companies with average salary packages and average benefits all over India. Generally, students get a job of diploma engineer trainee initially.

A good college for studying.

Placements: So, if I talk about placement of our college then I want to say it's not that much great but companies are coming in this college for picking students from computer Science department but they have some typical conditions and most of them are out of state based company.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of the location of the college and faculty.

Placements: Placements in our college were good enough. As far as the placements of our batch are concerned, almost 300 students were placed from the mechanical branch. About 90% of the students got jobs in Kerala. The salary offered is about Rs.15,000 per month. Their work starts at 8 am and end at 8 pm. It's too hard to work in that company for that salary.
