Real college life often exceeds our imagination.

Placements: Companies like Macleods Pharmaceuticals, Rusan Pharmaceuticals, NecLife Pharmaceuticals, etc., have hired our seniors. The average package is 1.8 LPA, but the highest has gone up to 3 LPA. Honestly, the teachers and faculty have worked really hard to get the students placed this year, and the number of students that got placed has risen significantly this year as well. The staff also encouraged you to go for pool interviews and inform you of major companies conducting interviews around us.

Satisfied but need to improve in management area.

Placements: Management needs to work a little bit more in the management part. There were few companies which came for a campus placement drive but we can not assure 100% placement for students and the company which come for the placement drive are from the marketing background. 100% Placement should be there for every student.

Review of Sardar Bhagwan Singh Post Graduate Institute of Biomedical Science and Research (SBSPGI).

Placements: Placements for our batch were not satisfactory, but the placements of our senior batch were quite good. Only a few students got placed from our batch. The students who got placed in the companies were offered roles in the production and quality assurance departments but not in the marketing domain. some of the students of our batch got placed in marketing companies through off-campus drives.

Honest review of the college.

Placements: Placements are not good in the college. Only a few companies like Macleods, Cadila and Cipla visits the college and not even 50% of the students from my batch got placed. On average, the salary package offered was 1.3 Lacs. Students mainly got placed in QC and production department.

Satisfied with the college but dissatisfied regarding placements.

Placements: Placements at SBSPGI are quite good. But placements for our batch were not good as very few good companies visited the campus for placements. Companies such as Macleods, Zydus, Cadila, and Cipla, visited the campus for placements. The salary package offered was ranged between 1.25 LPA to 1.75 LPA. The students were mainly placed in the QC and production department. None of the marketing companies visited the campus for placements.

Placements: The placements for our batch 2013-2017 were not up to the expectations as the placements for our senior batch were quite good. Only a few students got placed from our college, and the salary package offered was somewhere between 1.25 LPA to 1.75 LPA. Companies like Zydus Cadila, Cipla, and Macleods hire the students for production and QC department. However, among all these companies, Cipla visits the campus every year and hires a good number of students. No company visits the campus to hire the...

I am satisfied with faculty members but dissatisfied with the college authority.

Placements: We did not get placements through the college, but we learned many things that is enough to get a good job. However, the college needs to give more opportunities to students as marketing is in its peaks. There are many talented students in our college. They don't provide internships for students.

It is a well-known institute in Dehradun due to good faculty, placements in 2017, and facilities.

Placements: About 25-30 students of our batch have got placements in different companies that visited the college. The placement cell is good enough. They invite different companies for placements. Every year, almost 50-60 students got placements from the institute during campus placements.

Placements: Many students were placed through campus placement. There were many companies that visited the college for campus placement. Companies like Cipla placed many students from different batches for their baggi as well as Indore plant. I had the best time at this college.

Placements: Placements in our college were decent for our batch. The number of companies visited for our batch, i.e., 2013-17, were very low. Some of the best companies of pharmaceuticals like Cipla, Zydus Cadila, Macleods, etc., visited the campus for placements. Most of the students got placed in the above-mentioned companies for production and QC department. There was not even a single company visited for the marketing and sales field, and students like me who wanted to go for marketing were disappointed...

Infrastructure and faculty are good. Placements can be improved. Wi-Fi facilities should be good.

Placements: The placement procedure followed for masters courses is good. Many good companies visit the campus and almost all the students of masters courses get placed. Moreover, placements also depend on the capability of students. But, the teachers are really helpful and supportive. However, the placement numbers are not that good for bachelor courses.

Satisfied with the college as it has good infrastructure and above average placements.

Placements: Placements were segregated mostly between industrial and marketing sectors. Most of the students were placed in pharmaceutical industries. About 60% of the students were placed through pool placement drives or specific placement criteria. The average salary package offered was 1.20 LPA to trainee students. The stipend offered ranged between Rs. 6,000-8,000 per month. Placement cells are highly efficient with knowledge of the industrial and marketing sector.
