One of the good colleges under Delhi University.

Placements: There is no placement cell in the college. There is only a common placement cell organised by Delhi University in which any student from Delhi University can take part. One place drive was organised by the college where Genpact came and took an aptitude test.

Overall, it is one of the good colleges to complete your graduation under Delhi University.

Placements: The college doesn't have a placement cell. Delhi University runs a central placement cell for all the colleges affiliated to it. Students can enrol and sit for placements. Only one placement drive was arranged by the college for the final year students.

The college was average.

Placements: I don't know about the placements of our seniors, but the placements for my batch were not up to my expectations. Only a few students from my batch got placements as only a few companies visited the college. The packages offered were very low.

It is an average college to study.

Placements: I got enrolled for the placements, but I was never interested in that. I heard from my friends that a few good companies visited the college to offer placements to the students. Many students who were interested in placements went through the procedure and are in good positions now.

I didn't have a good experience in Satyawati (evening) College.

Placements: The placements in our college are average. Only a handful of companies visited the college to offer placements. Students were suggested to fill the central placement cell form and attend the placements on the main campus as not many companies come to our college. I didn't have a good experience with placements.

The college has good faculty but an average infrastructure.

Placements: I am still pursuing my second year of graduation but I have heard that some of the top notch students of our college get placed from the campus itself. A lot of internships are also offered by the college to the interested students on account of their studies and an interview.

It might not be a dream college, but we can try and surely make it one for others.

Placements: The teachers took the initiative to get all good companies in the recruitment drive. They even help us prepare for the interviews. There were good job offers and packages. Many BPOs like Genpact, etc., visited our college and offered jobs to the students in their various departments. It was very helpful as it gave us the experience of how to prepare ourselves for an interview.

Dissatisfied because of the faculty members and placements issue in 2016.

Placements: There were no placements at the time of our batch. Nobody got placed. Everybody got disappointed. Even after doing such a good course nobody got placed as there was no placement cell or placement committee in our college not even in the morning shift.

Good college in terms of faculty and internships but requires a bit more exposure.

Placements: The placements are average with salary package ranging between 2-3 lakhs per annum. Various companies like Wipro, Infosys, Genpact, Infotech, Accounting Corporates etc. visit the college for recruiting students. The college also provides internships with stipends ranging anywhere between 3000-6000.

Satyawati College as seen during my three years.

Placements: There are no placements for English Honors students. Placement cells are just for name but they don't deliver their purpose. You have to study further or do MA if you are looking to go in teaching line. Students are requested by the placement cell of the college to make a group and visit companies and to invite the company in college.
