Placements: Most of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 11 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included DE Shaw, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, etc. For an internship, only 1 or 2 companies visit here, and the rest have to find an internship for themselves.
Placements: The college provides 100% placements. Some salary packages offered were as good as 16 LPA but with a bond for 3 years. The average salary package offered is ranged between 8-10 LPA. Companies like Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, DeShaw, HCL, EY, etc., visited the campus for placements. They offered roles in consulting, investment banking, marketing, HR and sales. The college claims 100% internships but around 80% of students get good summer internships. The lowest stipend offered is nil. The highest ...
Placements: We had to look out for internships ourselves. The duration of internships differs from department to department. But a lot of good companies like DE Shaw, EY, Tomas Cook, Cox and Kings, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, IBM, and many more visited the campus for placements for our batch and the previous batch.
Placements: The college provides ample opportunities for students to apply for various job roles. The college provides a wide range of employment options such as full-time, internships and NGO fellowships. It is up to the students how to grab the opportunity. I have seen packages offered to students ranging from 3 LPA to 18 LPA. They make sure that every student gets placed in any of the companies.
Placements: Placements were very useful for the students and almost 40% of my batchmates were selected. The companies related to travel and tourism such as Orange county, Cox and kings, also visited the campus along with various other finance and management related companies.
Placements: The placements depend on the departments. The departments of commerce and social sciences had comparatively better placements than the department of professional studies. The highest package offered was Rs. 14 LPA by DE Shaw & Co., the lowest package offered was Rs. 2.5 LPA by Wipro and the average package was Rs. 3.5 LPA. Various companies offered assurance, risk advisory, audit and a few other roles based on marketing.
Placements: Placements for our batch are not started yet. But for the previous batches, many companies visited our campus for recruitment. Companies like Goldman Sach, D.E. Shaw, Earnst and Young, KPMG and TLC recruited students from our campus.
Placements: Every year, reputed companies visit the campus for placements. Placement percentage on the campus is good. The students get good opportunities and exposures. Placements are obviously one of the strongest areas of Christ University. The students are well-prepared in different activities so that the students can crack interviews.
Placements: The placement in BBA is around 70 percentage which varies each year. There are a different variant of BBA in the campus thus it becomes somewhat difficult. The average package is 3-6 Lacs depending on your skills and core competencies. The quality of the companies have improved in the last couple of years.
Placements: At present, the placements have been done for few reputed firms including the big four. Other than that, Bengaluru brings a hub for a large number of MNCs has also lead to these companies coming in for campus placements to the college. Moreover, even opportunities from firms all over the country and globe are accessible through the placements cell.
Placements: Placements at Christ are very challenging in my opinion as every company tries to pick only the best. Several companies such as Accenture, DE Shaw, Deloitte, KPMG, Amazon, Exxon Mobile, etc. offer excellent packages at an average of 5 Lacs, which is indeed very good for a UG degree. Most students in finance and HR specializations get placed whereas marketing placements are slightly on the challenging side as in the year I passed out, not many marketing companies looked to hire. ...
Placements: There are good placement opportunities in the college. Every year, more than 100 companies visit and offer various kinds of package. A few mass recruitment companies like Deshaw, EY, which are good took more than 60 students, and McKinsey took more than 30 students. For placement, the marks are the last thing they consider, and the only requirement is 60% plus and no backlogs in all the semesters.
Placements: The placements are good. I got placed in Ernst and Young with the package of 3.2 LPA, which is a good start for BBA graduates. The various companies will come for good placement, and you need luck and hard work. Deshaw offered 17 LPA CTC(cost to company) to the students. A few internship opportunities like Goldman Sachs gave Rs. 30,000 per month to their interns and also pre-placement to a few, who performed well.
Placements: The placements are average for those who are in desperate need to at least start something in career, but according to me I want to carry forward my dad business, so it's of no use, otherwise, the packages are normal, and some are below expectations. Mostly job description is for sales, and they want you to handle the foreign clients. The internships have to find on their own. Through the college, only 3-4 companies come for the internship offers.
Placements: The placement is very tough in the Christ University, because of its competition between students of all BBA varients, i.e. BBA regular, BBA FIB, BBA honours, BBAT etc. This makes more than 800 students placed in the initial campus recruitment. There are companies which give both a great and a bad deal to the students, which depends on their hard work.
Placements: The college placements are good, but it is also advised to apply for the outside ones. The package is of all kind with companies like Deshaw, and Golden Sachs offering a great package like 6-8 LPA and also few companies which offer like 3 LPA. Again, it depends on student luck and the personal hard work matters a lot. For the internship, there are a few opportunities available through the college. Otherwise, the students apply by themselves only.
Placements: Placement is average but highly competitive; it is tough to get placed as more than 1000 students start sitting initially, mostly it is on the luck of the students. Even the students who are good at studies sometimes don’t get placed. Average package is 3.5 LPA which is satisfactory for starters in BBA. Tourism companies even offer an average package of 2.5 LPA which is very less.
Placements: The placement opportunities are good and can sit in any place that is for all BBA varients. You should also understand that in tourism industry starting package is not that great but once you enter you may grow rapidly in your career. The average tourism package is 2.5LPA, but we can see a lot of tourism alumni who are now at the high position in tourism companies such as Thomas cook, Mercury Travels, etc.
Placements: The placement is not good for tourism students. It's like no money, and there is also no guarantee that tourism companies will come to hire. In a year, 10 companies come to hire the students but sometimes not even 5 companies visit the college. It’s better if you try from outside, initially salary is low, but future is promising for betterment in the salaries.
