Placements: Hardly a few students got placed with the maximum salary package of 10 LPA. Students are offered as a software engineer analyst role with the lowest salary package of 2.5 LPA. The college provides internships for 4 semesters with a total of a 7-month internship. Companies like Mu Sigma, Concentrix and Amazon recruit the students by conducting aptitude test.
Placements: It was the first pass-out batch in the school of engineering, but unfortunately, there was no proper placement department. Only 2 to 3 core companies offered placements, and the rest all were a marketing company. Placement wise, it is not that good. However, it provides 5 months of industrial practices. The first two months of industrial practice are at the end of the 4th semester and the beginning of the 5th semester. The second round is in the final year for three months of industrial practice...
Placements: Placements happened for the first time, and it seems to be very good. Companies that came for the placements are one of the bests companies in India. Students are pretty thrilled about the placements, hope this will continues for the upcoming batches also. I'm pretty sure that in the coming years more reputed companies will come for the placements and the competition increases. Overall, the placements are brilliant.
Placements: I don't know exactly about the placements at our university as the university was built 4 years ago. I don't know exactly about the school of engineering. However, placements for law and MBA students are great. I think by the end of 2019, we will be knowing about the placements offered by the university.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Most of the companies visited the campus, and almost half of the batch got placed in good companies. But, the most important thing is that the packages offered are average. Students are offered all types of roles like sales etc. For internships, no student gets a stipend. The travelling allowance is also not given (some students have to travel almost 100-150 km every day). A few companies provide lunch facilities. Companies visited our campus are TVS, Hindware...
Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. Students of the petroleum engineering department got placed in companies like IOC, ONGC, Shale, and Essar. Mechanical engineering students got placed in TVS Motors and L&T. CSE students got placed in companies like HCl, Wipro, and many more companies.
Placements: The university provides minimum placements. The education provided is good. This is the first year for the university to provide placements. It is not much good as compared to other universities, but we can gain good knowledge from this university. We got UGC certification so that we can get placements as per the criteria.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very good. Right from the first year we are prepared for good placements. We have 2 internships. One is during 2nd year and the next one is during 4th year. Lots of companies visit our college for placements. As this year was the first batch to pass out, the average salary package offered was around 4-5 LPA. I am sure it will increase a lot in the coming years. Our university is one of the best emerging university in south India.
Placements: Placements are provided in our college. More than 20 companies visited the campus. For the students of all the courses, professional particles are conducted in the 8th semester for about 12 weeks. From our senior batch, majority of the students have been selected. The minimum mark required for the students to be eligible for placements is 60%.
Placements: Presidency University has a great reputation in terms of placements as it invites top most companies to the campus. Lots of companies are ready to offer jobs and internships to the students of Presidency University. Most of the students with good grades are offered internships at the end of their second year which is really helpful.
Placements: Several companies are visiting the campus for placement drives. Many of our seniors got placed, and we hope the same for us. Companies such as Reliance, Wipro, TCS, TVS, etc., visited the university for placements. There will be even more companies next year.
Placements: Placements are really good. Reputed companies visit the college for placement drives. Our college has a separate course in which we are given an idea of how placements work and what companies expect from a candidate. It gives us a clear view and gives us the courage to face drives with confidence.
Placements: Reputed companies like Wipro, TCS, Thesis, etc., visit the college and offer placements. We get internships in the second and fourth-year which helps us to develop our personality and communication skills. We get to know our situation when we get out of the campus. Most of the companies are joining Presidency University.
Placements: The university has tie-ups with 95 well-known and good companies in Indian as well as other countries. Internships are provided to the students after their 2nd-year so that they get a better opportunity to get a job in future. Other colleges don't provide this opportunity. The industrial training practice provided is very good. It is given by the best teachers. About 95% of the students got placed.
Placements: I am completed my 1 st year. So I don't know more about placement. In 2019 one batch will pass out. Our college assured us that they will give us job. Even they assured that they give internships. From 2 and year we will do internship. Our Senior also did. And college provide some good company to us where salary will be in between 25000-60000 in a month.
Placements: Students regularly get to interact with professionals from the industry to understand the careers opportunities and practical aspects. Along with academic excellence equal focus and importance is given on preparing our students to face challenges.
Placements: Students regularly get to interact with professionals from the industry to understand the careers opportunities and practical aspects. Along with academic excellence, equal focus and importance are given on preparing our students to face challenges.
Placements: Ours is the first batch, so we are expecting good placements. Industrial practice is quite good. All the students are getting industrial practice/internships. However, there are some criteria to get an internship. You must maintain a good CGPA to get a good internship. If you are not interested in internships, you can take up project making.
Placements: We had two industrial practices, one was for two months and the other for six months. We are looking forward to good placement assistance from the university. They have 100 companies that hire around 1000 students every year for industrial practices with a decent package offered.
Placements: The percentage of the placements that are taking place at our university is around 10% because our college is not yet that much experienced. It is a developing college, and It is the number one college in Karnataka for MBA. So our college is the best in every perspective.
