LLM is offered in five specialisations, namely Environmental and Energy Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Cyber Security and Digital Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. To get admission in one of the LLM specialisations, candidates must have valid scores in entrance exams such as CLAT and ULSAT. There are a total of 240 seats for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. UPES shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. The university fill seats up to 20% through the Board Merit/CLAT AIR/UL-SAT India Category. If seats are left vacant, then those can be filled through ULSAT. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.
