Amazing campus life with good views.
Placements: Great placements with top-tier firms and companies coming to campus for placements such as Lakshmi Kumar Sridharan, JSA, HSA, Adani power, Tata power, Tata Power, Adani ports, Reliance Ports, Reliance Communication, etc. The passing percentage in UPES is 35%.
Infrastructure: Great infrastructure, amazing lobbies with huge sports grounds, clean hostels with proper sanitation, proper washrooms, the whole campus connected with well-connected Wi-Fi, and a new air-conditioned library. With dedicated space for working and research. Mac and Gym are also superb.
Faculty: The faculty is well trained and well educated from international universities; they help us with research papers and publishing books and cases. The faculty gives us the us the best conceptual knowledge for exams and does their best to let us sit in exams. The curriculum is updated each year.

Show of incompetence, poor work ethics and madness.
Placements: The process has not begun thus far. It would not be right to comment yet. However, the Career Counselling Department is active enough. The Man in charge of career counselling is approachable and good nature. Moreover, the specialisation professor gives real time advice.
Infrastructure: The building infrastructure is good enough, with sanitation and hygiene. The cleaners are always seen active. There are ample dustbins is every nook and corners. However, the technological infrastructure is upsettingly poor. The Wi-Fi never works and it feels like a waste or poor use of our money.
Faculty: The teachers have mostly been supportive enough. Some professors have been available even off working hours. Almost None of them have been reasonably rude or appropriate, barring a few instances. However, the marks distribution in the previous exam was unfair and insensible because by the end, all of us had to rush our time.

Slightly dissatisfied because of the type of crowd .
Placements: Placement is okay; the career services team tries its level best to get all the students placed, but the crowd that has worked or performed in different places has spoiled the name of the institution, and because of it, all the good students had to suffer. The highest placement for the 2024 batch was 8–9 LPA, and the average placement was 3.5–4 LPA. The top recruiters were Tata Power, Hero Energies, LKS, and mostly boutique firms.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, faculty is good, but the crowd is not at all good. Faculty members are top-notch, and infrastructure is good, though underutilized mostly as the crowd is least interested. We have good libraries, excellent online infrastructure, and access to various research papers, sites, and portals.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified and knowledgeable, but at times, the college fails to retain such good minds as, at the end of the day, they sometimes feel dissatisfied because of the least interested students whose sole purpose is to get attendance. Semester exams are decent, but the college sometimes changes the paper patterns, overlooking the students' concerns about time, hence failing in time management.
    Other: No.

    Exempleary overview of UPES.
Placements: 1. Approximately 60–70% of students are placed in our course. 2. The highest salary is 16–28 LPA, with an average of 6-7 LPA. 3. Top recruiting companies include HSA, Spice Route Legal, Hero Future Energies, etc. 4. 90–95% of students secured internships at top firms and received callbacks for assessment internships. 5. Top roles include in-house counsel, consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities: The course department is fully equipped with amenities such as a library, moot court halls, meeting rooms, and auditoriums. Quality of Food: The available standard food is satisfactory; however, multiple food outlets inside the campus offer a variety of cuisines, available until late at night.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful as they coordinate well in the class and are available after classes for doubts and assistance in the preparation of moot court competitions, ADR competitions, or international competitions. The course curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, as per BCI mandates. Semester exams, according to the course, are not too difficult.

    Best college in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Placements: 75% of students are placed every year. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top roles were in corporate teams and dispute resolution. Firms such as HSA Advocates, Agama Law, Panag and Babu, and LKS come for recruitment. Around 80% of students get internships from the Career Services Department.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and classrooms are designed well enough to accommodate students. The library also has books from each and every field, allowing students to explore various fields. Hostel facilities are very good, as they have enough space to cater to the needs of the students.
Faculty: Teachers here are very understanding and helpful and operate to their fullest when any student faces any difficulty. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant, but they should add more recent developments to their course so that students can gain real-life experience.

A lot of people view our university as one we see in movies, and somewhere that's true.
Placements: Less than 50% of the students get placed. Students mostly lack basics about the subject. Though teachers prepare you well for the interview, students tend to mess up. As a student, you cannot solely rely on campus placements only. You need to have a backup plan as well.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities provided by the college. This university has very nice infrastructure. You'd love to chill inside the campus more than chilling outside. Winters here are heaven. Classrooms are top-notch. Though ACs and heaters don't work, they are just for show. Wi-Fi too sometimes messes up, but it’s rare. Hostel food has a lot of variety. Hostel buildings and rooms are very well built as well as clean.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are polite and open-minded (of course, there are some exceptions). Overall, they are really helpful, encouraging, and motivating. Exams, though, for law students are a bit more challenging than the rest.
Other: I chose law as my family’s background was in law, so I have always been inclined towards law. Feasts are not that great, like a good 6/10.
