Satisfied with studies, good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest package in my course is 25 LPA. The lowest package in my course is 3.5 LPA. The average salary for my course is 6 LPA. The college placement cell is working hard so that every student will get a proper package.

Review of School of Law, UPES.

Overall is good, and the placement is good.

Placements: Placement is good about 95% of students get placed every year. Wipro, Nykaa, etc. companies are coming. The internship from my course is not good. If you find an internship on your own then it is good. But if you think that college will get you an internship then forget that thing.

UPES has professionalism.

Placements: Placement cell works hard in providing good placement and internship opportunities. The average placements in law go around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. At first, it seems like it's not the price tag that one is paying but one has to keep an eye out for the fact that it's average. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA.

Our college is a good private college in Dehradun.

Placements: Our college provides placements for approximately 80% of the students. The placements are quite good and they provide for the overall development of the students. Moreover, the college also provides internships. Apart from this, the college also focuses on social development by providing social internships.

I am satisfied with good faculty and infrastructure, but not very high fee structure.

Placements: Placement cell helps in getting internships, but the placements are not that high when compared to the fees. The placement and internship cell is very active and always tries to attract better placement opportunities for students.

Dissatisfied with placements, but the infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark. The average package is 3-4 LPA. Many fraud companies have also offered joining letters to students, which ended up by taking security amounts from students and not handing joining letters. The placement cell is ignorant about the fact and not helping students.

I would preferably rate the college 7 out of 10.

Placements: In my batch, about 50% of students got placed till now. The highest package offered is 8-9 LPA, and the lowest package is 2-3 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Tata, HCL, Bajaj, Hinduja etc. Students got very good internships in Trilegal, S. Rana, Singhania and Partners, JSA, and many others under eminent personalities in the field of law and were placed as legal trainees.

Our college has good infrastructure, new but qualified faculty, and average placements for law.

Placements: Around 30% placement was done in Energy laws. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL and Tata. Internships are offered on campus for around 20 students from all courses. So find your good internships. The roles offered are analytics in the energy sector.

UPES is a decent NAAC A+ college, which is accessible to all, with enough money.

Placements: The placements depend on the performance of students. The top 20% of students with good academics like GPA and internship experience are bound to get good placements. Realistically speaking, around 6-7 LPA is the starting package offered, depending on how good you are. It can go up to 12-15 LPA too.

It is an expensive college situated in a beautiful location and has good faculty and placements.

Placements: Our college provides 100% placement guarantee, and around 70% of students are placed for sure. I don't know much about the highest package, but the lowest package goes around 4-5 Lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Wipro etc.

One of the best in itself.

It is a beautiful campus with good placements and a peaceful environment for learning.

Placements: I am not sure, but our course has almost 200 students or above enrolled under it. The placements are with average packages but can offer more depending on your skills and knowledge. The top recruiting companies include HCL, HP, Eaton, ONGC, etc.

Capitalist, inefficient and poor education.

Placements: About placements, on paper, it is claimed that 94% of placements were given but I don't think it's true. The highest and the lowest packages were 12 lacs per annum and 4 lacs per annum. Luthras, Khetans are the top companies that visited. Most students got internship under relative lawyers. Top roles could be lawyer, judge, magistrate.

UPES is the top among all private colleges.

Placements: I am a 1st-year student here. The placement cell here is average. Due to the high number of students studying in our college, the less percentage of students get placed. The highest salary package offered here is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Adani, Airtel and Jio are top recruiting companies here. About 40% of the students get placed from here.

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is a place of dreams.

Placements: About 70% of the students get placed every year from our campus. Currently, our university has also met hands with School of Law, London, so it might be an advantage for students' placements. Moreover, placements depend on the academic performance of a student.
