Review of MITWPU. Teachers in the college are helpful.

Placements: Placements provided by this college are good. If you work hard, you'll get placed. Many companies visited the campus to offer internships. Some of them are well-reputed, and they also offered the stipend. Placements depend on your knowledge.

Moderately satisfied with the college as I expected it to be more good.

Placements: Placements in our college are moderate. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Many companies visited the campus ranging from FMCG to the engineering sector. Companies such as Deloitte, Uber, KPIT, Edelweiss, Oyo Rooms, Treebo, Cloud Nine, IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank visited the college to name a few.

A college which is not worth the money you spend.

Placements: The overall placements of the college are good enough. Approximately 50% of the batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Companies from every sector visit here for recruiting the students. The profiles commonly preferred is of sales executives and market researchers. Overall, the college is average.

I am not that satisfied with college, but faculty members are good.

Placements: Placements in college were good for our senior batch. Many good companies visited the campus for placements. The average salary package offered was around 3-4 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, PwC, Kotak Mahindra, Velotia, Parag Milk Foods, etc., visit the campus for placements.

The crowd at MIT WPU is vibrant.

Placements: For the students of marketing domain, placements are good when compared with specialisations in the college. For the students of other specialisations, companies visit for placements, but you should have a good skill set for getting a good job. The placement department is working very hard, so many new companies are visiting.

It is a good college with average placement.

Placements: Placements are good at MIT. The opportunities are good for marketing branch followed by operations and HR branch. If you are planning to pursue finance here, then take it at your own risk as even though the teaching is good, placement opportunity is not too high and student applications are more.

It's a good college to take admission.

Placements: Placements are good for marketing and HR branches. If you are planning to pursue finance in this college, you must think twice as very few opportunities are available for finance branch. Placements are good for operations branch as well. Flipkart visits the college to recruit students for their logistics department, but one can't expect high packages.

A college with the best faculty members and course curriculum.

Placements: The placement record of the college is good until now. As it is an autonomous university from this year, it would be interesting to see the placements. Not much high packages are offered until now except by Deloitte for the finance department. Top companies in the market are offering low packages. Hence, students are bit worried about their placements.

I am happy with this college.

Placements: Placements in MIT are good, and marketing students have many placement opportunities with good packages. The highest package offered last year was 12 lacs per annum, and the average package is 4.50 lacs per annum. We get value for the fee we pay. Many MNCs also come for the campus placements.

MITSOM is one of best colleges in Pune.

Placements: Placements in the college are quite good. About 60% of students from our senior batch got placed in good renowned companies. The highest salary package offered in the college was 12 lacs per annum. The college gives us a great platform to showcase our knowledge and to get placed in renowned companies.

The college, placements, facilities and campus are good.

Placements: The placements were a little bit shocking for everyone. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, and the students were offered jobs in Maharashtra and different places across India. But I'm satisfied with the placements because most of the students are doing family business or going to start their own startup.

Good enough for MCA, best college in Pune.

Placements: The placements are good in MITSOM. Almost, 90 to 95 percent of the students get placed with an average package of 4.5 lacs per annum. Also, they provide summer internships for students from the first year. MIT also provides you 100% placement assistance. MIT is a brand name, and it is very famous for its placements.

Absolutely satisfied with the college, faculty, excellent infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are good and there is a record of placing almost each and every student. The placement head and the department are really good and they are very helpful. Communicating with the placements department is really fun. Students also get the opportunity of being appointed as the member of placement department and he also gets the opportunity to experience the corporate world.

I am satisfied with the faculty but lack of management is seen.

Placements: MITSOM is known for the good placement. Whereas college tries hard to bring good companies for the students. Average package for MBA is 4 Lacs for MBA the highest package is 12 Lacs which was given by Amazon 100% placement is not seen in MIT. Intake of students have been raised so I doubt placement percentage will decrease.

College is running on brand name of MIT-Pune. After paying 6.5 Lakhs you will get only around 3-3.5.

Placements: This college provides placement support to all the students. In 2016 batch in marketing, more than 95% student got placements in finance & the HR placement is a little lower which is around 80%. More than 100 companies come for the placement here. But the package & the profile offered here are quite lower. This college will place students surely, but the package & the profile is not up to the mark. In our batch of 2016 pass-outs, higher package offered was RS. 6.5 Lakhs offer by the Aditya Birla...

The college has helpful faculty along with great campus and placements.

Placements: The highest package was 14 LPA, and the average was 4.5 LPA. The companies like Barclays and NVIDIA are invited for the same. There is a very well functioning placement cell which trains the student from scratch. There are international placements as well which grossed the highest package of 22+ LPA for students.

The college is good for graduation, but for post-graduation, there are few good options available.

Placements: There is a good placement. They assist every student to get placed. They organised a session for placements. The average placement is around 5 lacs per annum. A few students are placed with a payment of around 10 lacs per annum. A few students didn't get placed. I got placed in IndusInd Bank with a package of 4 lacs per annum, but I didn't join that company.

The college dropped their standard entering into the academic year of 2017.

Placements: The placements team and the training and placement officer definitely take lots of effort to make sure that companies come from all the domains of the courses. From the marketing department, almost all those who applied for placements definitely got placed. The highest salary offered was about Rs. 12 LPA while the average salary remains around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Of all the companies that visited our campus- Amazon, Launchpad, Deloitte, Coffee Day Beverages, Right Management, Global Market Insights,...

In 2015, the placements were good in marketing.

Placements: You can get the placements easily in the marketing as well as in finance, but the international business is the worst as they didn't provide the campus placement. Around, 25% of the students have been placed till now. There is an effective placement cell which provides many good opportunities and guides us according to our job requirements.
