Civil engineering in SCMS School of Engineering and Technology.

Faculty: As civil engineering in our college is one of the oldest among private colleges, faculty members are well experienced, and most of the faculty members are PhD holders. Faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable, providing class notes for every subject. The course curriculum is enough for working in industry but it would be better if attending internships compared to other departments semester exams in civil engineering were easier and had a good pass percentage.

Much satisfied with the studies and with the quality of education we get.

Faculty: The faculty members are so friendly. Teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is so good. This course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are quite good, and the pass percentage is almost half of the students appearing.

Campus Life at SCMS Engineering College.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in studying. They are well-qualified with doctorates, and the teaching quality is good. They can teach using our common language as well. However, the course curriculum for the first year is not relevant at all; it's just a continuation from our schools and not required for our job industry. Semester exams may be difficult for an average student, and the average percentage is around 6 SGPA.

Good college. Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. 1, 2 faculty members show partiality. The exam was conducted with no malpractice. There are two internal exams conducted, which provide a good future for the student. Faculty members are friendly. Electronics and communication is hard to study, but it is a good course.

My Experience at SCMS School of Engineering.

Faculty: The faculty are friendly, and students are free to ask their professors for explanations. All faculty provide notes and presentations, and there is no shortage of faculty members here. Programs like arts days and sports tournaments are arranged for students.

Satisfied because all the facilities are average.

Faculty: Earlier, the teachers were pretty good at teaching in our studies. But now the standard of teaching is too bad. Even the teacher does not know properly what she is teaching in the class. Most of the students in our class are self-studying because the teaching is so poor.

It's my college review and it's helpful for you to know about the college and the courses .

Faculty: Faculty give all kinds of support and helpful minds, and they teach everything beyond the syllabus too. The course is one of the toughest subjects in the world and its too complicated to pass an exam. If you fail in any of the subjects, it will lead to supply, and if we clear that, we will have the opportunity to have college placements and degree certificates. The engineering is a tick mark where the curve indicates the semester s3, s4, which is one of the most difficult semesters. The maximum ...

Good placement opportunities with really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Faculty: All the faculty members are pretty good in their fields and have very good qualifications. The college only picks good faculty with experience and qualifications with most of them being professors or having doctorates. They know how to do their job well and try their level best to help us. They do not compromise with their teaching quality. I chose this course because I wanted to join and study this from a young age. I always wanted to become a software engineer and get a job in the IT field. J...

Completely happy about the placements, faculty, staff and the whole infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty are well qualified for their role in teaching. 2 internal exams, each worth 50 marks, are being conducted in each semester and even model exams before the semester exams are conducted. Faculty do assess the students weekly; revisions are also done. The faculty keeps the students well prepared for the semester examinations so as to crack them easily.

Right now we are dissatisfied.

Faculty: Teachers are of normal standards. Some of them are highly qualified and some of them are not that qualified but the overall quality of their teaching is good. They are supportive. Some are not good at supporting students but most of them give good support.

Best college you could ever find.

Faculty: Teachers were hundred percent cooperative and helpful minded persons. They are extremely hardworking and teaching every module with an ready way and help us to remember the topic by explaining it by showing pictures or by making us understand by telling examples.

A just above average private self financed college.

Faculty: I felt that the teachers are well qualified for their position. They are helpful in terms of academics but not up to the mark when coming to extracurricular and co-curricular activities. The teaching quality is good. I don't feel like the curriculum is relevant but makes the students industry ready but the whole university follows the same curriculum. Semester exams are fine. I have felt that apart from the knowledgeable faculty members, the students are not putting much effort into their studie...

Our campus is good but placements are not properly provided.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and friendly. The pass percentage is great. Teachers put a lot of effort into teaching. Before every semester exam, teachers revise every topic and provide learning materials.

It is a great campus with good placements.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. The course curriculum makes students industry ready. We have 2 internal exams followed by semester exams. Internal exams follow the pattern from the syllabus which are helpful with semester exams.

It is a good college if you consider academics.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. But apart from that, they also promote extracurricular activities like sports and dance. There is a separate team for that. Exams are a bit tough. You need to study well enough to pass.
