An excellent academic institution which focuses on moulding its students both academically and personally. Very good friendly and technically strong faculty, faculty members are available round the clock to help students. Excellent placements almost 100 percent every year.
Always on the top in the list of private colleges in Kerala, SSET is one of the best options if you want to pursue an engineering career. The college is located in the midst of a 27 acre rubber plantation and has all the needed facilities like labs, hostels, cafeterias and administration offices. SSET comprises of an excellent faculty who are capable of training students into professionals. The students of SSET are always the most sought after freshers for placement by prestigious organizations....
It has one of the best mechanical faculties in Kerala of our time. Rich and good lab facilities. Good student-teacher relationship. Good library. Better canteen. Hostel is spacious n splendid. No proper playground. Less interest in extracurricular activities. No sports and arts teams.
Classes at SCMS are interactive with a mix of lectures, case studies and presentations. Internal and external exams get equal weightage. Tests are conducted regularly. No handouts are given to students but most teachers share their presentations. Seniors are supportive. There's no ragging. Average packages are around 12.40 lakhs p.a. and go up to 22 lakhs p.a. Examples of campus recruiters: Amazon, Google, P&G, ITC, Airtel, Flipkart etc.
Placements: I am not in the stage of passing but placement opportunities are literally high. Students were placed in high income jobs. The placement training will start at 2nd year and they will train you till you achieve a placement. Top companies like Wipro, Infosys are recruiting from here.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. The placement percentage depends on students' performance. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Amazon, etc. The highest salary package offered is 8.4 LPA. Placements start in the third semester. Our college provides internships.
