Placements: A wide range of companies visit our college to offer placements. Companies like Amazon, Google, TCS, etc., have visited our campus for placements. You have to appear for the selection test, and the selected candidates can appear for the interview. Companies most probably choose you depending on your qualification and confidence.
Placements: Placement chances in this college are very low. When I got into this college, my friends told me that I would not get placements. However, a few private companies come and recruit students. If you want to get good placements after B.Com, I suggest you not to opt this college.
Placements: As it's a general college, the college is not able to provide placements. But if you are a student from the science department, then your future is good. Some career counselling sessions are organised by the college, but they are not sufficient. If you graduate from SAJC in B.Com, you will get very good placements outside.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Few companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Axis Bank, and Indigo Airlines visit the college for placements. Job profiles offered are good, and the maximum package offered is 2.50-3 lacs per annum. Internships are not available. But otherwise, the placements are good, and anybody can take admission here.
Placements: The placements were not that much good. Most of the students choose other opportunities because they are interested in their higher education rather than doing a job immediately after completing their college. 30%of the students got placed. The job role was not that much good, and the salaries were also low.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Companies like Infosys, IBM came to the college for placements. The students were offered the roles in BPOs. The salaries were not disclosed. They said it would depend on the job location of the student. In my senior batch also, placements were good. Most of the students were interested in continuing further studies.
Placements: Placements in our college were quite good. Good finance companies come to the college for placements, but the roles offered by them were not good. Most of the students were doing CA, so they were not interested in that role. Companies like Infosys, IBM came for placements, but the roles and salary offered was not good.
Placements: The placement of my batch was good. Most of the students were not interested in the placements as they were doing CA or CS. Companies like Infosys and IBM visited the campus for placements, and the profiles they offered were not that good. The salary package offered was also average.
Placements: Placement are done on the basis of group discussion, then personal interview. The highest salary is around Rs25,000 per month, average Rs15,000 and the lowest around Rs 10,000. On an average around 25-30 students are selected. 4-5 different companies have come to our college for placement at the end of the third year.
Placements: The placements are inexistent, but the college provides them in small numbers. It is too sad that the roles offered are mostly call-centre executives and customer support roles. The placements do not happen for the students of key sectors. The placements in customer support are not core area placements for B.Com students etc., but the placements are provided unlike most of the colleges under Calcutta University which do not even provide placements. Even though, the placements are not in core are...
Placements: Though I'm very new here, since my joining, I have seen many placements from renowned multinational companies. Some of my seniors (who are known to me) also got a job. It is good for the students who study at Seth Anandram Jaipuria College. Percentage of placed students is also good. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Indigo Airlines hire students from my college.
Placements: Good placement cell is available, and just you have to be active for all the information provided by the college placement cell teacher. A lot of companies does not come but little genuine companies like ICICI Bank, Concentrix, and airport department etc. The problem is, at the time of placement you need to be punctual and in a proper dress code.
Placements: I am a student of 1st year of college so I don't know about the placements very well but I know something about it. In our batch there are no placements as we are just in 1st year but for the seniors there are some placements. 40% of students were placed. I don't know about the offered salary. Companies like ICICI, HDFC bank and many other banks are visited our campus. Most of the students are get job as a banking executive. 40-45% students got internship from our college. I did not know much a...
Placements: It can be said that they don't stop you for any placements as it's a government college. They do not have facilities of placement, whereas, in the private college, they do offer placements, but in the government college, they do not.
Placements: Well if you talk about placements, it will be external, not internal. You can apply for job after getting graduate from here. Your skill and knowledge may bring you success to your life and wealth. Sometimes internal recruitment comes in the college for that you should be attentive and awarded.
Placements: The students have the choice of the placements as you can apply for it. The average companies hire by the written examinations and then the interview round. If you are pursuing only B.Com honours degree and no other professional course, the placements are a good option for you. Last year, PWC visited the campus and hired most of the students.
Placements: I didn't opt for the placement. I wanted to do the business and be an entrepreneur. I haven't tried the placement cell, and it was not that good at that time. I don't know about the present, but at that time the percentage was good among the students of our batch.
Placements: The college students get placed in companies like TCS, Genpact, etc. Overall, the college needs much more to do with campus placements. Since the college is a well-reputed college of Calcutta University, the students get the benefit of their education at this college. There is no placement cell. Statistics of placement is not available.
Placements: A good campusing is done by the companies like Indigo, Concentrix, and TCS. The student gets a job as per their skills. You will get a job with an average salary of 12000 to 15000 if anyone wants to do. There are no internships given by the college. There is a placement cell in the college.
