It is a college where you will get your life.

Placements: I'm from the batch of 2015-2018. We had nearly 30 students in our computer science honors batch, and among them, 15 students were able to make it to the final year. Compared to the other colleges which have the same B.Sc. degree, our college had much better placement opportunities. Almost 60 to 70% of students got placed in different companies like TCS, Concentrix, Indigo Airlines etc. The highest package offered was 1.8 LPA by TCS. The average package offered was 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting com...

I am satisfied with our college.

Placements: The college has a placement and career counselling cell, which conducts campus interviews through which many students got placements in renowned companies with various positions. Around 30% of the students got placements in 2019. Top recruiters here were Concentrix (which hired about 64 students), Amazon (which hired about 25 students) and TCS (which hired about 30 students). Other recruiters include HDFC, GE Capital, IBM, Wipro, Balmer Lawrie, etc. The average salary package offered was around ...

Overall, especially for physics, our college is a very good option.

Placements: Few companies visited our college after our 3rd year for placements. About 50-100 students get a job opportunity each year. In the other subjects also, there is a similar opportunity. There is no scope for an internship. As it is a B.Sc college, so placements are not deeply available here.

Overall, I would give 4 rates out of 5. It is a very good college to make a career in.

Placements: During our admission, students need to score a minimum of 60% of marks. In our course, the average salary package offered is nearly Rs. 5,000 for 3 years. Many top companies visit during campus placements. I think students need to score 55% in academics to get internships from top recruiting companies.

Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is a basic platform for our life and career.

Placements: Our seniors said that every year some companies visited our college and conducted interviews for students of various departments. In the last year, they offer a salary of around Rs. 25,000 to 35,000 per month. We believe that we can also get a chance to get placed from our college.

There are good, knowledgeable and friendly faculty members for physics.

Placements: Some of the seniors of our department got placed well, while some are still searching for government jobs. Some are working in TIFR Mumbai, IIT Kharagpur. Nearly 10% of the students got internships from here.

Totally satisfied with the college, faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: There are placement opportunities for students who achieve decent marks in university exams. 20 to 30% of students get direct placement opportunities in various companies like Amazon, TCS and other major or mid-level IT companies. Some of the top roles offered in our course are software developer, website designing and providing security etc.

The campus is not huge and does not have a suitable ground to play.

Placements: Above 70% of the students get placed every year from our college. If you want to join in mathematics Honours course, then I suggest you join because there are great opportunities in this college. Faculty members are very much helpful and pay attention to every student.

Our college management is strict about any malicious activity done by students.

Placements: Almost 2%-3% of the students were placed from our course. Salary packages are not offered in our course. None of the students has been recruited by companies throughout my course session. None of the students got internships from our course. Internships and placements are not provided for the commerce section in our college.

The college has good faculty members, but I am dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: Very few companies are showing their interest in selecting employees from this college. Mainly final year students get the opportunity of placements. Only 30% of the students got placed in our course. In the last year, the highest salary package offered in our course was 4 LPA.

Numerous professors for each subject.

Placements: About 60% people were placed from our college. The highest package is almost 80% and the lowest package is 50%. Several companies from Kolkata and for outside came to our college for giving the students opportunity to work in other respective companies. Students are satisfied in that college by reading.

I am satisfied with the college but can be improved.

Placements: A few of us got placed from college. Some students got placed in TCS and Accenture. But the salary packages offered were very less. As far as I remember, the highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, which is noticeably low. Mainly job roles offered were financial analyst and data analyst. Our college did not provide internships.

It is an average college, and I won't recommend due to infrastructure issues and faculty members.

Placements: Around 20% to 30% of the students got placed in banks and NBFC, including a few small companies. I would never recommend this college for placements. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Many students, i.e., around 70% of the students got internships from our college. Roles were offered in accounting, finance tax law and audit assurance.

College is affordable but no good facilities, faculty and placement.

Placements: Placement of the college is average. I'm not sure about the internship as we don't required to do it and neither college has taken any initiative for helping students in getting internships. 40% students got placement from the college rest will go for higher studies or search for jobs on their own.

A good college with good faculty & course structure. More practical knowledge should be provided.

Placements: Around 68% of candidates got placed in my course with the highest package being 3.5 Lacs and the lowest being 2 Lacs. Amongst the top recruiting companies were TCS, Amazon and INDIGO. Around 30% of candidates got placed in Concentrix.

I am satisfied with the college because of the office faculty members.

Placements: I'm not sure about internships as we were not required to do it neither the college took any initiative for helping students to find internships. I heard once that Tata Consultancy came in for campus placements, but only because the college needs some companies to come.

Not really very excellent, but satisfying enough !

Placements: Not really good placements are done by them. And since these days most of the students are already preparing for other courses along with B.Com like CA CS cma, they don't find the college placements worthy. They want to focus on higher studies and aim higher placements which these colleges don't meet.

Since it's a government-funded college, it works best for a lot of students as it is affordable.

Placements: In our batch, in the beginning, there were around 50% of students. By the end of the third year, the total strength declined to less than 30% of students. There are no many placements in our course, i.e., English (Honours). So, none of the students got an internship in either of the companies.

Placements: I am studying in this college since 2018. Almost 80% of the students from our course were placed. The maximum salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month in CA, CS management, etc. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month for the junior post. Many salary packages are offered to the students to create a good life in the budget.
