In many M.Tech branches, there is no placement. But for B.Tech, it is one of the best colleges.

Placements: Placement ratio is too far than any other colleges in Maharashtra. Every year, about 300 students get placed in a single company, and nearly about 100 students got placement in core branch companies such as IBM, TCS, Bajaj, Bosch etc. This is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra.

The college is average in terms of gaining knowledge but great in placements.

Placements: In my four years in this college, there was hardly any placement, but in this year, we were the highest placement holder branch. 2 of the students got placed in Honeywell, and the rest of them are placed in Reliance industries. In future, the college management has promised the students to give 100% placement.

Good placements, culture, nice environment and infrastructure.

Placements: The college provides very good placement opportunities. I got selected in Cognizant Technology Solutions company. It is better to take admission in this college. Reputed, government and autonomous college. 170 to 200 students got placed in Cognizant. 70 to 80 percent placements happened at that time. The college director is putting more efforts to get companies into the college.

The college is to enhance your knowledge.

Placements: The placements on the campus were good. Almost, 70% of the students got placed in well-reputed MNCs. The highest salary was about 3.8 LPA, and the least was 2 LPA. There is a placement and training cell on the campus, and for that, there is the head. Overall, SGGS has the good placements.

Disappointed with the faculty recruitment team and placement percentage is degrading continuously.

Placements: The campus placement was at below par, and the number of companies arriving for campus placement was very less when compared to other colleges where my friends are pursuing their engineering. My batch placement percentage was very low, and I can't even tell you that. The guidance by the teacher was poor, and the teachers continuously demotivated the students. They didn't even supported us for our final year projects as per our level and kept on demotivating us regarding our future. The internshi...

Happy and satisfied third year of engineering at this college.

Placements: There were 90% placements at our institute last year. Our instrumentation department has 98% placement each year followed by mechanical, computer science, electronics, textile, and production engineering. We are having companies like TCS, Mahindra, NVIDIA, Petrofac, etc. TCS is our core company for computer science, electronics, and information technology department.

Satisfied with placement, other activities, infrastructure.

Placements: Nearly 50% placement is done every year through the campus. CSE branch has the highest placement ratio, i.e. 80%. Most of them are placed in TCS. Other companies that are visiting the campus are IBM, Hella, Immersion, etc. The average package offered is 3 to 4 lacs per annum. The highest package offered is 5 lacs per annum this year.

It is a really awesome college and I am satisfied with the teaching in the campus and its placement.

Placements: The placement of the branches like the computer science, information technology, instrumentation, electronics, electrical, production is very good. But there are no placements for the civil engineering in the college. There is also a placement for the mechanical department. The only problem is the package that the companies offer is really low.

I am satisfied because of the good teaching staff, good placements, and the facilities.

Placements: The placement percentage is 60% in my institute. The college provides the great infrastructure. The college provides the chance to get recruitment in the companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Semiconductor Pune, etc. Till now, lots of students got recruitment in the various companies and in the abroad too. The average package is 4 to 5 LPA. Our institute also provides the chance for the internships in the various companies.

It offers quality education by the outcome basis system as per an IIT. Go, grab your seat.

Placements: Nowadays the placement availability forms the biggest question by the parents and students. If you choose this institute, your placement problem is about to get fixed when you do your curriculum well and stay in distinction. If you have that quality and ability which the company wants from you, then no one can stop you from getting placed. Many companies like the Bharat forge, Garware Ltd., Forbes Marshall, TCS, IBM, reliance, etc., have visited the campus. The companies also hire quality engine...

The college campus is very good and the best hostel facility I have ever seen.

Placements: I'm studying in the second-year of ExTC department. I know some stats of placement. The placement in our college is good. If I have to rate on the scale of 10, I will give 7.5. The placement varies from department to department. Stats say that there is 95% placement of instrumentation branch, and then on 2nd position comes our department, i.e. electronics and telecommunication engineering department.

Satisfied with my department's performance, not satisfied with overall college.

Placements: The mass recruiter TCS hired around 180 students this year for the placements with an average package offered of Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. Unlike last year IBM were one of the missing companies. HCL visited this year and hired 5 students for a package of Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. Hella hired four students for a package ranging from Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs per annum.

The best college in the region for technical education.

Placements: SGGS provide good placement opportunities to all of its students. Most of the companies coming to campus drives are large scale industries. All of the students from my senior batch are placed in reputable organizations. The overall placement percentage is about 85-90%.

The best place to study engineering for a low cost with good faculty.

Placements: The campus placement in this college was very good for seniors, but from the last 2 years, the campus placement is declining. About 80% of the students from this college got placement until 2015, but after that, only 50-60% students are getting campus placement every year. The highest salary offered to students is Rs. 5,00,000 which is offered to the students by Honeywell, Emerson. The lowest package offered to the students is about Rs. 3,00,000 which is offered by many companies like Sarvah, In...

SGGS - one of the top colleges in Maharashtra

Placements: SGGS is one of the top institutes of the state and it ranks 89 all over India. In spite of its popularity, the placements are comparatively low since it is located in Nanded, which is far away from the eyes of recruiters. Nearly 20 companies visit the college every year, out of which, TCS is the company which takes away most of the students. The companies include TCS, Bharat Forge Ltd, HCL Technologies, Honeywell Ltd, Thermax India, Welspun India, Johnson Controls, Emerson Export. The average pa...

Absolutely the best for creative and research field.

Placements: Placement is quite good. At least 60% students get placement. The average salary offered is 3.36 - 6 lakh/annum. TCS, HCL, Hella Electronics, Krishangi Solutions, etc. are the companies that offer jobs. Majorly, the roles offered are related to IT, networking, IOT, and cybersecurity. The core sector has less number of placements.

Satisfied because of facilities and good placements in 2015.

Placements: The placements of my batch were excellent and almost 80 percent student got jobs. Companies like TCS, Persistent, IBM, and GGK Solutions visited. The packages offered by them were between 3.15 lacs to 3.5 lacs. Maximum jobs offered by them were for IT application development, maintenance and support.

Not satisfied because of placements and practical exposure.

Placements: Placements are not up to mark. Mostly IT companies come for recruitment. More than half of the placed students were placed in a mass recruiter. The training and placement department doesn't care much. Hardly half of the batch is placed. The average package is almost around 3-4 lakhs per annum. Very few core companies are there. No product based companies, all service based companies.

Placements: The placement for my batch and my seniors was very good. Every year, nearly 1000 students got placed in multinational companies. 25% students got the internship from the college. Placements from TCS, IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Hella, Reliance and many other companies were very good and students got good roles in these companies.
