Faculty are good, zero placements, average environment, bad facilities

Placements: There are no placements for the mechanical branch in this institute and no companies came for mechanical. Mostly, companies came for the CS branch. The minimum salary offered was 1.2 LPA and the highest was 2.8 LPA. Only some companies visited like Motif, Capgemini, etc. Only 1% students were offered internships.

Good infrastructure, faculty members and placements.

Placements: A number of companies visited the college including Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Persistent, etc. I was placed in L&T Infotech. The college also provided all necessary training and mock practice of online exam and interview from experienced faculty members, due to which a number of students got placed in good companies with an average package of 2.5 lpa to 3.5 lpa.

Placements offered in 2015-16 along faculty and training are very much satisfactory.

Placements: SRIT offered maximum placements during the years 2012-15. Also, there were few placements in 2016. Approximately 70% of the students were placed in 2015-16. Salary offered during placement ranged between 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. The designations offered were appropriate to the course students pursued. Few students were also offered the roles they were interested. SRIT provides internship training on C/C++, Net, Java and much more driven by HP professionals.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, placements, fee structure, facilities and learning environment.

Placements: The college has a record of placements for the maximum number of students. Many MNCs visited for the campus drive and candidates from different streams are offered good packages in good MNCs like Infosys, TCS, Hexaware, Persistent etc. For the 2015 CSE batch, almost 80% of the students got placed in MNCs through the college campus drive. The salary offered by MNCs is 3 LPA and higher.

College is in developing phase.

Placements: Placements were quite well for engineering students. Big companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, etc. participated in campus placements. TCS selected max. number of students approx. 120-150 per year and rest of the companies selected 10-15 students only. The average salary provided was 2 LPA to 2.4 LPA. Regarding internship, students had to do by their own.

Not satisfied because of unavailability of core companies for core placements.

Placements: The placements for my batch were average. This year, TCS and Infosys did not visit our campus for the placements. More than 50 % students were placed in our batch. The lowest package offered was 1.7 lacs PA and the highest was 7 lacs. Various companies through open and closed campus visited our college. Core companies like Prism Cement for electrical and civil branches, and software companies like Capgemini, Syntel, HCL and various companies through the Cocubes portal made a campus visit. Our co...

According to fees, this is the best college.

Placements: 90 percent of students get placed per year, with the highest package of 89 LPA received by a girl last year (2023) and a minimum package of 3-7 LPA offered to students annually. Companies like Google, Amazon, and TCS hire many students from this college. All subjects are available here, but engineering is the most offered role at SRIT Jabalpur. I recommend SRIT JBP because, based on the fees, it is the best college in M.P.
