Dissatisfied with the overall placement scenario.

Placements: Placements for our batch had an improvement than in the last year. However, the figures were still not up to the mark. Only 15-20% of the batch was able to get placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3.2 LPA. TCS continued to be the major recruiter and other companies which visited included Cedcoss and Nucleus Software. There is a placement cell in our college, but it is not very effective.

Very less exposure in college.

Placements: Placements are good in EC, CS/IT department. Many companies visit college. The average package offered is almost 2.5-3.5 LPA. Even mechanical students get placed in companies like Adani Power, etc. In our EC branch, the maximum number of students get placed.

The campus life is memorable.

Placements: Placements for IT and computer science branches were good. Almost all the students of those branches got placed in one or the other company, but placements for electrical and electronics branches were not satisfactory. Only two companies recruited a few of the students of these branches. Companies like TCS and Infosys were our major recruiters.

The overall experience was satisfactory.

Placements: About 5% of people were placed from our batch and about 10% from our senior batch. The highest salary package offered for our senior batch was about 3.25 LPA. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 3 LPA. TCS visited the campus and offered software engineer profile. Amazon visited the college and offered tech support profile.

Lack of student engagement and poor placements.

Placements: The placement records have always been hyperinflated and only the companies which have visited the campus are mentioned. As per the information gathered from word of mouth. In our Previous batch hardly 90-100 stydents were placed from a pool of 3000~ students. And from my batch 50-60 students were placed again from a batch of 3000~ students. Internships are almost obsolete. No information is available on those. Companies visited were mostly IT (Amazon, TCS, Nuance, Daffodil etc.). Lack to Nil co...

A decent college in Lucknow, but poor overall.

Placements: Placements have been good for CS and IT branches since past year. Hopefully, better companies shall visit next year too. The average package was about 3.5 Lacs. Some were even placed for 6 Lacs. A good load of seniors were placed this year from CS/IT branches. Companies like TCS, Daffodil, etc. Visited this year.

Overall, the college can be rated 7 out of 10.

Placements: Placements in our college are below average. Only three or four companies used to visit the college. TCS is one of them. During my final year, the placements were the worst as only one company has visited. The placement percentage was less than 5%. The profile offered was BPO.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college because of placements.

Placements: Hardly any core companies visited the campus for placements. Everyone had to go to job fairs conducted by other colleges to gain experience for interviews. The placement department is not aware of the current trends in the market. Around 10% of students from the whole batch were placed.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, poor placements and ambiance.

Placements: Placements in our college are poor. They used to bring companies related to BPO and KPO sectors. They also conduct seminars for placements, and it's mandatory for students to attend the seminars to get attendance. The only technical companies which hired students from our college were TCS and Infosys. The placement scenario is the same in previous years.

The college teaches you how to work hard, cope up with the pressure, balance life and get results.

Placements: Although the college holds a good reputation of being the best college in the city, the placements in 2018 were quite average (way better than the previous batch). Some companies like TCS, Invecas, Shapoorji Paloonji recruited the students for technical posts, but rest were of BPO, KPO and other profiles hiring for non-technical posts. The placement cell has conducted placement exams like AMCAT and Co-Cubes on the campus to increase the number of placements. The situation was somewhat better for...

Not satisfied with academic curriculum as the schedule is very hectic which leads to lack of time.

Placements: Not placed from college but after searching for 3,4 months got placed in Wabco India Ltd. Condition of placement in Mechanical core from any of the college affiliated to AKTU is nearly nil and same is with my college. Only 1 (out of 240) student got campus placement in mechanical core (nearly) company. The general package offered to mechanical fresher from AKTU is varies from 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA.

There are possibilities fir this college to become much better in the coming years.

Placements: The placement from my batch was not that good. We can say less than 50%. Placement from the previous batch was better compared to us, can say 50%. Companies that came during my time were amazon with some technical support profile which I don't believe is that good for an ECE student, package was near 3.5 LPA. Others were: apeksha telecom with the profile of a telecom engineer with package of around 3.5 or more. But later people who joined end up regretting being there. The company didn't provide...

Average infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements scenario of the college is very poor. Mainly software companies participate in recruitment process. For mechanical and civil branch students there were not much opportunities of placement. Internship offers from college is close to zero. There is a placement cell but it's not that useful.

Placements: The placements were average for previous batch, while were decent for my batch. CS/IT students got 60 percent placement while other branches has to suffer because of poor placement. The average package was 3.2 LPA. Companies like Wipro, TCS and other MNCs visited.

The college is good for studies but average for placements.

Placements: Placements were below average for our batch as well as our senior batch. Out of a strength of 240, only 10-15% of the students managed to get placed. However, the placements for other branches like CS, IT and ECE were very decent. Companies that visited the campus included Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Cedcoss. The role offered was junior engineer trainee.

Our college needs much improvement over the coming years.

Placements: Placements in our batch were bad. There were very few companies and that too offering minimal salary package and some unrelated profiles. Some branches got just a mere single company to attend for placements. Students did not get placements through the college campus programme.

Placements: Placements for my batch and my senior batch were very bad. Only 1 or 2% of the students were placed. Salary packages offered were very poor. Only two companies have visited our college, and those were fake companies. Both technical and some non-technical roles were offered to the students. Placements: I heard that this college has a good placement record, and many people suggested me to take admission here as this college has good capabilities. But I don't know what happened during our final year. The placements of our batch were the worst. So I think what happened at that time can also be a slip of faith.

Placements: Last year, placements in our college were good as TCS offered good placement opportunities. But the placements were very limited earlier. There is a placement cell in the college, and they prepare you well for the placements. But the problem is only a few companies participate in the placement activity. So this is subject of concern. If you can study 24*7, then you can take admission in this college.

Placements: For our batch, only 2 to 3 companies visited the college for recruiting the students. Most of them were BPOs. Placements for the students of the previous batches were decent. Companies like TCS recruited most of the students. If you are thinking about placements, don't join this college. There are chances that none of the students of your batch get placed.
