Placements: Better placement opportunities for the eligible candidates. 65% through is required for any stream to get placement opportunities. It's better if placement's officer give equal importance to all the streams. MCA Department has given it's best to it's students.
Placements: The placements were not very good for mechanical engineering students in 2014. Only one core company named Quest Global visited the college for placements, but most of the people got placed in IT consultancies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The product-based companies did not visit the college for placements. However, a lot of companies visited to recruit the students of CS, IT and EC branches. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA.
Placements: The core companies visiting the college are very poor. Some of the software companies permit the mechanical students to attend the campus drive but most of them fail in coding section. TCS is one of the option for job seekers as it is one of the mass recruiter. Attend the campus drive only if you are willing to join or else simply you have to pay the placement fee.
Placements: Almost all of the students with more than 60% aggregate marks and no paper backs were got placed. TCS and Accenture are the mass recruiter but the number of companies visiting in the college is good. Although most of the students get placed in IT companies, if you're hard working you can get places in core companies as well.
Placements: Placements are good for all branches except civil and mechanical Departments. Placement was around 90% for seniors and 95% for ours batch. The highest package was 10 Lacs the lowest was 3.5 Lacs and average being 5 Lacs. Internship was given to around 100 students on 15000 per month average. Placement cell is very good and supportive. TCS was the major recruiter others being l&t Ernst and young oracle etc.
Placements: If you are in CS or EC, you will get placed easily. TCS and Aricent are mass recruiters. Try to avoid going to Aricent as they won't give you offer letter even if you got placed. You will get a chance to attend multiple companies even after getting selected for one, that is the good thing about our college. You will get multiple core companies like Microsoft, SAP Labs, Oracle, Yodlee, Nutcrackers, etc. Overall, we will get more than 100 companies for CS students. The college provides an option f...
Placements: The percentage of students placed were good. Some students were offered a nice package but the placement cell can do better in terms of attracting companies for placements. Number of students offered internship from college is also very less. Many reputed companies visit the college of placements but only a few students get into those companies.
Placements: Placement is average. But branch is very hectic, instead of taking admission in telecom u can opt for ECE department, because ECE is very much affective in comparison to telecom. Placement is also very good in ECE dept. But both branch have same expose.
Placements: Lots of companies come here for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys take approximately half of the batch. Overall, the placements are 100%, but the quality of companies that visit and the package range is quite low. The placements of computer science, IT and ISE are the best. All other streams do not have good placements.
Placements: There are no placements. Only one member got placement luckily. All average companies visited the campus, and the package offered was also very less. I passed out from here, so now, I can get only maximum of Rs. 25,000 package which is very pathetic. Only some branches are good. CS mechanical, electronics branches are good, and other branches teachings are not up to the mark.
Placements: The placement in IT companies are good, but only 3-4 core companies come to the college, in which the placement is highly competitive, but in short, the placement in E&C is more than 80% which is far good than various other colleges residing in India. For more details about placements, check out the official website sit.ac.in.
Placements: The placement for mechanical field is tough as usual, but there are 6-7 core companies that attend to recruit, and the IT companies will also recruit mechanical engineering students. With 180 people per year on recruitment the competition to get into the core companies will be tough.
Placements: All branches placements are there but numbers are good in CS IS and EC. The highest package was 10 LPA by VMware. TCS is a major recruiter for SIT. Visiting companies include Sony, Siemens, continental, Nokia, Oracle, Mercedes, Redbus, Quintiles, Musigma, Zs associates, Tvs motors.
Placements: Mostly it companies come, placement ratio is almost 95 per for CS is and ECE and for rest branches, it is 50 t 60 per as my brother is in 4th year in sit only he is from EEE branch he has got his placement in quintiles with a package of 5l And average package for ECE is 4.5l.
Placements: TCS recruits nearly 200-300 students from all the branches, so there is no doubt of placements immaterial of branches. But as of civil is concerned, it has comparatively fewer placements because this is a branch in which your talent rules but not the marks card.
Placements: The placements are good, and more companies are coming for Computers and Information Science students. For mechanical and civil it is a bit less, but training and placement department are working hard to get the maximum number of students to get placed. The average package for mechanical is around 3LPA.
Placements: There are no placements provided by the college for architecture branch. The students are free to get into the firm of their choice. The students of B.Arch branch are supposed to do intern for a year. The students are free to choose the firm of their choice where they would want to intern, or the college placement cell would help them get the internship. The stipend ranges from Rs. 0 to Rs. 10,000.
Placements: The placements in this college are good, but it depends on the student skill and his CGPA. One must have a good practical knowledge and have an idea about the extracurricular activities and the courses offered in college; then the placements might become easy. In the year 2017, more than 30 students got selected in the campus drive and some of them not selected are because of low CGPA.
Placements: Computer science students get good placements. We have companies like Zscalar, RedBus, NetCracker, Informatics, Akamai, Siemens, TCS and many others visiting our campus. About 40% of the students get placed. Other branches also get average placement.
Placements: The placements are not too bad, but many reputed companies won't come. But the only company like TCS and the other companies visit the campus once a year. I request our placement department and the principal to call some more good companies and make good placements in the future.
