Review of SIES College, Nerul.

Placements: The placements offered are decent. More placement opportunities for the marketing students. The placement cell works hard to get placement for every student. In senior batch, all were placed and made sure every student gets a job. The package offered varies according to the company and the position offered.

A systematic and decent B-school.

Placements: The placements of our seniors were good. Almost 95% of them were placed. The highest package was around 12LPA. The lowest was 3.5-4 LPA and the average salary offered was 5-6LPA. All the companies mentioned in the college brochure visited our campus, some of them included SBI, Lodha, Asian Paints, E&Y, LG, Ugam, etc. The roles offered for marketing was that of sales for both B2B and B2C. Everyone from our college got internships from the college so 100%. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 50,00...

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placements offered in the college are good. More than 100 were placed in the first month only. TnP team is really good and approachable. The highest package offered is Rs. 14lacs per annum and the lowest offered is Rs. 4.5lakhs per annum in the previous year. Almost all of them get an internship from the college only. But we have to wait until the last minute to get the information from the TnP department. Most of them get the role of management trainee position in the sales department of a ...

SIES-The best educational hub.

Placements: In terms of placement, my college is one of the best colleges. Every year, nearly 50 big companies visit our campus and recruit students. Nearly 70% students are being recruited. Some of the companies that visited are Amazon, Wipro, Micromax, Tata, Reliance, Dell, Hero, etc. The highest package is Rs. 35,00,000, while the lowest is Rs. 1,00,000.

Don't come with high hopes.

Placements: The companies offering core profile have a low package and vice versa. So you have to choose which one to settle for. Majorly it is sales profile. The college offers 100% internship. However, you should be ready for no stipend as well. The highest stipend offered was 50k per month (just 1 student).

SIESCOMS - your partner for post graduation.

Placements: A good set of companies with an average package of 6LPA come to the campus. To name a few, we have Asian paints, L&Tfinance, Amazon, HDFC bank, Lodha, Piramal. Most of the students across all the streams are placed. Seniors were placed in companies like TCS, Vodafone, Zee. The highest package is of 16LPA, and the lowest is 4LPA.

Better option for freshers compared to other lower level colleges.

Placements: A lot of opportunities for marketing students and comparatively fewer opportunities and relevant profiles for other specializations. Marketing students get placed in mostly sales profile and very few into non-sales. Non-marketing students also have to take sales profile because the number of companies that come for other core specializations that compel them to do so as not many companies offers core specialization profiles for non-marketing students.

Join at your own risk and not worthy.

Placements: There would be no particular order in which companies come as per the packages they offer and also the whole process is so haphazardly handled that you wouldn't know what's happening. There have been instances where it would seem that the placement committee is formed by the companies coming to college and not by the college.

Good infrastructure, nice location, more profiles other than marketing would be great.

Placements: The placements from my batch and till now have been going good, but hiring has slowed down since November. The average package stands at around 5-5.5 LPA. A lot of marketing companies coming. Comparatively lesser companies for finance and other streams. Roles mostly offered are sales, relationship manager. This counts even for finance students. Few core finance profiles come to the campus.

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placements for marketing students here is phenomenal whereas for other specialisations is a bit slow. The senior batch faced a very good placement session whereas the current batch is facing a slow placement due to the industry slowdown. The companies like Asian paints, Jp Morgan Stanley, HDFC, SBI life insurance, are some of the early recruiting companies. Roles offered in the college for finance aren’t much but for marketing, there are variously offered. All students got the internship and...

SIESCOMS - Enough worthy.

Placements: Amazing opportunity for students in all specializations, especially in marketing as compared to other similar colleges. The students are trained in acquiring the skills necessary from placement point of view which facilitates the overall campus conversions. Some colleges showcase different pictures on their websites regarding average placements. Whereas, that is not the case with SIESCOMS. The numbers shown on the official website are pretty accurate, as per my experience. ...

Adjust your expectations not to be high, especially those who are not coming through minority quota.

Placements: The placements in the college are decent. Typical tier 2 kind of the placements. The marketing placements are better than any other specialisations. The finance specialisation folks do not expect anything other than BFSI. 6 CTC is the average in the campus. Top finance companies do not visit the campus to hire the students. Alumni connect seriously weak. The companies coming for the internship is far too less.

Go for SIESCOMS only if you are a graduate fresher and want to do a university approved MBA course

Placements: Average placement. Job profiles are better for marketing students. For operations specialization, the average CTC is around 4 to 4.5 lakhs. They are offered a very low profile with a big company or a somewhat okay profile with a small company. Most profiles are suitable only for fresh graduates. The summer internship is the worst for operations. I'm from operations.

Please don't do MBA with the Mumbai University.

Placements: There are the average placements in this year regarding compensation and job profiles. Some of the top-notch companies backed out of the process this year which is bound to lower the average package. Operations do not get their desired profile and start with sales. Same thing with the finance. Marketing guys were bombarded with BFSI industry profiles related to sales.

Perfect balance of good placement, good infrastructure, and faculty

Placements: Placement scenario is very good in SIESCOMS. The college provides 100% placements. Asian Paints, Lodha realty, TCS, HDFC, ICICI, L&T are some of the prime recruiters. Marketing students gets more offers as compared to other streams. Average package is 6LPA to 6.5 LPA. Most of the students get sales profile. However, companies also provide roles like business analyst, etc.

Decent College to do your MBA.

Placements: The placement season is still going on for our batch, and more than half of the batch has already been placed. The placement has been best for marketing batch followed by finance, HR, operations, and systems in that order. The average salary as of now stands at Rs. 6.5 lakhs and is expected to remain the same by the end of placements. The highest package has been around Rs. 14 lakhs while the lowest has been around Rs. 4 lakhs.

Excellent college with great placements.

Placements: SIES college is well-known for marketing specialisation, and to live up to this every year, marketing students placements are always good. The average package is 7 lakhs per annum, and the highest package is 11 lakhs per annum every year. For finance, the companies offer good profiles and packages too. So placements are always good at SIES. The Internship for 1st-year students is also through the college, and everyone gets placed.

SIESCOMS - The Growth Story

Placements: The placements season this year kicked off with a great start with over 100 students getting placed in just initial 10 days of placement season. The top recruiters are Asian Paints, Morgan Stanley, HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, etc. Both summers and final placements have been always in line with the expectations.

One of the best if you are thinking about ROI. The campus life is electric.

Placements: The placement season is going on for the seniors. The placements are really good this year compared to any previous year stats. Especially for marketing, the placements are very good, along with the profiles. Internship for juniors is also in the process and all will be placed in good companies by February.

Review of my management institute in placements, infrastructure, faculty and other facilities.

Placements: As I am studying 1st year MBA, I haven't experienced the placements of my college, but I got to know from the seniors that the placement in Siescoms is pretty good and that more than 75% of them have been placed. Reputed companies like Morgan Stanley, federal bank, Asian paints etc. come to our campus offering good packages.
