The college has an average placement, good faculty, and the best infrastructure and events.

Placements: As the Pune is IT-Hub, the placements of mechanical are not good compared with the IT and computer branch. Only, 40% of the students get placed. Less than 10% of the students get the internship from the college. The highest package was 12 LPA, the average was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA.

The college is quite good. The infrastructure is attractive.

Placements: The placements are moderate in this year. Many companies are coming, but they are recruiting limited students. You can get one if you are ready to take some efforts. There are many dream companies. Many mass recruiters are also there in this campus. You can get placed easily in the mass recruiter companies.

Review of Sinhgad College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements for the college are good, and for the civil department, the placements are increasing in the college. The highly and top-rated companies are coming to the college for placements, so if you get admission in the college, the students future is bright definitely.

Sinhgad College of Engineering, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune.

Placements: For our senior batch, the placements are good, but due to running conditions of institutes, I don't think we can get good placement opportunities. Our institute is good for placement, but there are central placements which mean all branches are attending for placement under a single roof, so it becomes quite hard for an individual student to get placed.

Dissatisfied because of lack of technical focus and this college is going to be closed.

Placements: The management brings mass recruiters. The average package was 4 to 5 LPA, 10 out of 400 usually gets the package of 7 lacs per annum. The staff is poor in practical knowledge. Pune university has an old syllabus. The staff members and students are marks oriented and are not having technical skills. If they practice from the internet, Youtube, they get better. Nowadays, the management is not giving salaries to teachers. Hence teachers may leave the college very soon. It is declared that this c...

Moderately satisfied because of good faculty members and good campus environment.

Placements: The placements are good for BE students, but masters did not get opportunities. Among the total 70 to 80 students from masters, only 2 or 3 got placed from the college. Talking about my seniors, I think 8 to 10 got placed. In short postgraduate, students don't have future from this college. I am talking about my branch (ECE) as well as all masters branches.

It has good infrastructure, good quality of teaching, poor placements and public transport.

Placements: The placements for the civil branch are quite less as compared to other branches like CSE, mechanical, IT, ENTC etc. Few companies are coming regularly for campus recruitment, and offer package between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA but select limited students. In our batch only 10 people are selected out of 30 (only 30 students were registered for placement).

Sinhgad College of Engineering review.

Placements: The placements are good. Actually, there are three on this campus. So, there is a combined placement for all these colleges, but it does not effect too much. It is best for those who are doing B.Tech with computer science, and for other branches, it's average. The environment for the study is also good.

Not great placement, especially for the core students. Great infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The college has a placement cell. There were 333 students in our batch. Nearly, 10 students got placement in core companies like Atlas Copco, Saint Gobain, Varroc, etc. 70 to 80% got placed in IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. So, in total approximately, 100% of the students got placed. The average salary for core companies is around 3.5 lacs per annum. For IT companies, it is 3.15 lacs per annum. There wasn't any internship programme for our batch. None got an internship thr...

Good college to spend four years in. But the knowledge you will acquire can be zero (like me).

Placements: The placement was mostly in mass recruiter companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Cognizant, with the average package of 3-3.5 LPA. Most of the students were placed here. The placement can be considered negligible for the civil, mechanical, and production. The only handful of students have placed from these departments altogether.

Overall, it has a good environmental structure.

Placements: Sinhgad placement is good, and it is providing the opportunity to the new and freshers student where it improves knowledge and skill in our college. Many of the product-base and service-based companies have visited the college like Accenture, Infosys, and Microsoft, Tipco and other services based company recruit the students in the colleges.

It is a very good college in every way. There are good placements, cultural fest etc.

Placements: Sinhgad, Pune has the placement cell on the campus. Every year, students of every branch get placed with the maximum package. Average salary paid to the student is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA, for the role of an engineer. So, overall, the placement is good enough.

College is situated on the mountain. Lively and quiet place to study. Study properly and get placed.

Placements: The placement is very good, and its supporting staff is also good. Good companies come only in the curriculum after that non-technical company hire them. But the problem is that you have to pay extra money to attend the placement drive at once for all the companies. As it has several campuses across Pune, a centralised placement takes place for all the campus, so that around 2,000 students attend the placement drive.

Fully satisfied with my decision because this is the place, where I learnt how to live.

Placements: The college placement is better because the college gives an opportunity for every student for their better future. The salary package offered to the students ranges from 2 LPA to 12 LPA. The criteria for the placement is that the student who passed with the distinction, will get first priority and then after, the other students will get.

Good faculty and the infrastructure. The placements are average.

Placements: The placements were quite good for CSE and IT people. But, for mechanical students, it was hard to get placed. At our times, many good mechanical companies came, and the placement was good. The mass recruitment was done. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Mahindra, Bosch, Everest, Tech Mahindra, etc., came for campus recruitment.

It is a good college as academics is considered, but cant assures placements.

Placements: There are only 5% of the placements in the year 2017-18 academic year for mechanical branches. For other branches also not more than 30%-40% placements happened. The average salary range between 2.5-3.5 Lacs. No more companies are interested in placements from college. Junior or trainee engineering is the role of students in companies for their enhancements. Not more than 20% of the students got the internship last year. The placement cell is very good and helpful, but still, companies are not i...

Only teacher is qualified but with less knowledge. The campus is nature friendly. Bad management.

Placements: Many companies visit every year for the campus placement including Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Amazon, etc., and other local companies. But by considering today's situations, fewer companies visit Sinhgad campus. The companies visit the whole campus including Vadgaon, Ambegaon, Kondhva, Narhe, Lonawala, etc. So there are many students and fewer chances to select in the campus. There is a separate campus authority for every branch. 400-500 students were selected through the campus. But now...

Satisfied by faculty and good placement in the previous years.

Placements: 80% of the placements were offered my branch, and 3.4 lacs per annum is the average package. Almost 200 IT companies visited my campus for offering a job every year. Amazing campus view. The faculty is good. 50% of the students got the internship from my college. Near A graduation college in Pune university.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, infrastructure, and campus placement scenario.

Placements: I have seen placement scenario of all colleges throughout India, but among all these colleges, I came to see that it is quite good for placement. Not all but a good percentage of students get placed in good companies with a healthy package. Good to see such thing in today’s world.

Overall, it is a good college to study.

Placements: Placement structure is excellent. The timeline perfectly fits for the students for interviews. Various companies visit the campus, and every student gets an equal opportunity to sit for the placements according to the cut-offs of respective companies. The whole STES placements are organised at SCOE, Vadgaon campus only.
