The best place for the college life and the best education.

Placements: If you score first class in all the consecutive 4 years, then you are granted for the 100% placement. Very well known companies, dream companies provide with the average package of 4 LPA. The highest package offered to the students was 12 LPA. The institute guides in the best way to face the placements and various activities are inculcated in the daily timetable to be aware of the placements process.

Great experience of this college.

Placements: Here, the placements are good. Till now, i.e., 25th January, minimum 60% of the students are placed, and few of them are joined too. About the internship, good companies were there for internships like ICICI and Return on Web. There was Bajaj Finance also for the internship.

Good placements. The infrastructure is also good but can be better.

Placements: This year, the number of companies was less than last year, but in the period of recession in IT sector, the figure is a good one. As I am from the department of computer engineering, the number of opportunities are lot more. The only drawback of placements is the placement of all Sinhgad Institutes takes place centrally.

The placements are good for CSE and IT, and bad for mechanical.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average. There is the number of IT companies than the core mechanical companies. So, the maximum students get placed in the IT companies like Accenture, etc. The average salary offers between 3.5 lacs per annum. The mechanical companies like Mahindra & Mahindra do come, but only 3 to 4 students got placed.

The college is on a hill, so we have very soothing environment. Huge infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Though Sinhgad College of Engineering is the main branch but campus placement of Sinhgad College of Engineering, Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering and NBN school of Engineering of Vadgaon campus are arranged together. The average package for the mechanical engineering student is about 3-4 Lacs. And, the highest package till the date is 9 Lacs.

Satisfactory performance.

Placements: A lot of good companies come to the campus. The highest package goes up to 12 LPA. There are a plethora of mass recruiters coming to the campus who recruit the students in large number. So, placement isn't a big issue for the college. A lot of start-ups and upcoming tech firms also visit to recruit; they offer lower as compared to others. But mostly, everyone gets placed.

Great campus and a fair mix of knowledge and exposure.

Placements: The placements were good. Many students got placed in IT sector with a reasonably good package. Companies like Accenture, Infosys and Cognizant did mass recruitment. Also, few got selected in core companies. The overall packages offered were fairly great.

Good faculty. Not good placements. Good infrastructure. Good facilities are available.

Placements: There aren't any good placement options in the civil department as compared to the other departments. But the other departments such as mechanical or electrical also do not have any good placements. The average package offered is nearly Rs. 3,50,000. Some third-year students got the internship which is very helpful for the practical knowledge, and some debt is also given to the students.

SCOE is excellence at its best, and the return on investment is huge in SCOE.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Many MNCs recruit the students from SCOE such as Accenture, TCS, Cognizant and other than that the most reputed companies such as NVIDIA, Oracle, Mu Sigma hire the graduates from here. So, it is the best when it comes to the IT sector. When it comes to the mechanical sector, there were huge placements.

Good placements in 2014, with amazing campus life.

Placements: Placement scenario of my college from my batch as well as senior's batch was pretty good. Almost 80-90% of students were placed. As far as I know, the highest paid salary from my college was 9 lakhs per annum. There were many companies which all visited the campus. Among the brand names, nVidia, ACI Worldwide, EQ technology, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys etc. were present. The roles offered to students varied from company to company. A few offered associate software engineer, software analyst, t...

I'm happy with my college and the knowledge I got there but I wish there were more job opportunities

Placements: For placements, campus interviews were conducted which mostly focused on IT companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and Infosys. Some students were selected in those interviews. Some students opted for off-campus biotech jobs in companies like Hi-tech Biotech, Springer Nature, Sula wines etc. Most of the people opted for higher studies.

One of the best engineering colleges in Pune with the good placements.

Placements: Sinhgad College students have the central placement along with seven other colleges of Sinhgad Institute. The mass recruiter's like Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys and followed by the medium recruiter like Tech Mahindra and Capgemini visit the campus. In 2016, Accenture had the highest number of recruitment, which selected 948 students at a time. Infosys hired 300 students, Cognizant hired more than 350, and the medium recruiter hired more than 200 students. Except this, more than 70 companies are...

Placements: I got placed in BILT Graphic Paper Product Ltd. The college placements are good, here. My seniors & Friends got placed in various companies like the Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Atlas Copco, Tech Mahindra, Bosch chassis, etc. I also got an internship at the college. I have done my internship in the Atlas Copco & in the Universal Tools Inc for 2 months from the college.

If you are good, then the campus is good.

Placements: The placements are not that much good, but the placements for IT and computer science are very good. For other branches like electrical, electronics and mechanical there are very low placements. Some good local companies like Atlas, Copco, Mahindra, Bekaert come to college for campus and selects top-ranked students directly from respective branches. Mass recruiters like Cognizant, Infosys and Accenture take about 200-500 people of any branch. The salaries are also good, for mass recruiters, it's...

It has a very good infrastructure and a satisfying faculty.

The highest package offered is around Rs. 9 lakhs and the lowest offer was Rs. 1.8 lakhs. The avrage package offered is around Rs. 3.5 lakhs. A lot of companies offer the placements during the first semester of BE. The placements start from the first semester of the last year. The college also provides the internships.

The college is great for learning.

Placements: The placements are good for IT, but only a few core recruiters are visiting the campus, and only about 5% got placed in the core. The core recruiters are TATA Technology, Sandvik, Thermax, Crompton, Atlas Copco, etc. Overall, the placement percentage is about 40%. The competition is a lot since it has centralised placements process, where about students from 7 campuses under Sinhgad institutes come for getting placed. The package is not encouraging, the average being about 4 LPA. The core compan...

The college is situated at high elevation, where the climate and the facilities are awesome.

Placements: Though it is the main branch of Sinhgad Institutes, here, the placements are common for Sinhgad College of Engineering, Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, and NBN College of Engineering, which lies in vadgaon campus. The average package for computer engineering students is about 4 LPA. If you are talented enough, you can achieve at the peaks of 6 LPA.

The campus life and the infrastructure is worth the money.

Placements: Average placements are offered by the college. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 1.2 lakhs and the maximum salary offer is Rs. 10 lakhs. The placement was mostly in information technology and less number of core companies were provided to the core students. Some average placements were provided as well. The placements did take place up to 1.5 years and gave us a lot of opportunities to get placed in various companies. The stipends are provided from Rs. 10,000 to 20,000 depending on the company.

Life at the Sinhgad Institute.

Placements: The placements are good enough. It totally depends on the students. If you study and do not have any live backlogs, then you can get placed. I think the highest package offered in my college was 6.5 lacs per annum and the average was 3 lacs per annum. Various companies visited the college such as EQ technology, Xoriant, Amdocs, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, and many more.

Placements: As far as placements are considered, the average placement percentage in my college, every year is about 80%. In my department, 75% of the seniors were placed in the companies like the Nvidia, Persistent, Accenture, Amazon, Infosys and many more. The average package that the students get in placements is about Rs. 4.5 lakhs per anum. And the training and placement cell of our college is really cooperative and helps in understanding how to get the best job.
