Really good faculty, best infrastructure, best campus life, good placements.

Placements: Due to the slack in infrastructure sector as a whole, the placement scenario for civil engineering department everywhere in India is poor these days. A handful of students got placed through campus placements. The institute follows the rule of single job opportunity per student, and there is nothing like dream job and core job opportunities. Once you get placed, you are out of the system. If you reject an offer, you are out of the placement system. Still, many students get placed through off-cam...

You can go for this college.

Placements: In the placement drives, there are students from all the engineering colleges of STES so there is bit tough competition for placement. Many reputed companies like Bosch, Atlas Copco, Mercedes, etc. come for placements. The salary ranges between 2.5 to 6 LPA. Some companies may also offer up to 7 LPA.

Good campus life but disappointing academics and teaching style.

Placements: Placements are good for the students of computer and IT. But Placements for civil engineering students are very less as goes nil. Only 3 to 4 students got placed in civil engineering in my batch. But if you are looking for a job related to computer and IT, then you can go for it. But still, placements are not good as other top institutes in Pune like PICT and COEP. Very few companies related to civil visited the campus for placements. The college did not provide internships nor it was promoted. ...

Excellent infrastructure but the placements are poor.

Placements: 90% of the placements are available for IT and COM. The placements are not available other branches. Various placements activities organise by the department to improve personality development. The teachers provide the information about the placement. Training and placement sector hold various sessions.

We direct you to your bright future

Placements: One of the most integral parts of the life of an engineering student is their placement and Sinhgad College of Engineering helps us make our dreams true. The placement here in Sinhgad College of Engineering is marvellous. Almost more than 90% of our students were placed and the highest package was in the computer science department. Big companies like Nvidia, Infosys, Amazon, Accenture, etc. and many other companies have visited our campus. The students are satisfied with the recruitment procedu...

Infrastructure and surrounding environment is good. Faculty is also good.

Placements: The placements are good. The highest package was 12 lacs, offered by Amazon to a student of the previous batch. The lowest packages are around 2.5 to 3 lacs. The average package is around 4 to 4.5 lacs. Lots of companies visited the campus such as Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Idea, etc. The percentage of placements is good.

A very good infrastructure and college life with a bright future.

Placements: The placements are average in here, as seniors students didn't get good packages as they were expecting, but no need to lower your hopes. Mahindra, Bosch, Accenture, Tata, Bharat Forge, etc. companies visit this college every year, and many students get placed. The previous year, due to low availability of the job vacancies, the rate of placement was low.

Great institute but not up to the mark, but you will definitely enjoy.

Placements: I have no good idea about placement in our branch, but what I saw was 3 civil engineering students getting placed in different companies. Salary offered to them was 3.25-3.35 LPA. A total number of civil engineering students (1st shift+2nd shift) = 180 (final year).

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure, placements are not great but overall a good college.

Placements: The placements here are pretty good. The recruiters from core companies are less, but the kind of exposure provided by the institute is good. Giant companies like Accenture Technologies, Tata, Mahindra, Infosys and Cognizant are the good picks amongst the student community.

Satisfied with the faculty, and the placement was decent.

Placements: The placement was decent for my batch and senior batch. Total 65 % of the students got placed on my batch. The average package was around 3.5 LPA. The companies like TCS, Infosys visited the campus, and the roled offered to them was a trainee. The college had not provided internship for our batch.

Sinhgad college is the best part of your graduation.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is good. All the branches of the college are having a good facility of placement in renowned companies. Almost 60% of the students got placed. Last year, the highest salary offered was 15 lakhs per annum, and the lowest was 3.5 lakhs per annum. Internship facility is good too. Offering a stipend up to Rs. 20,000 per month. Companies like Atlas Copco, Oracle, Bosch, John Deere, Amazon, L&T, Mahindra, etc. visit our campus.

A good college for students in every aspect.

Placements: Around 3-4 lacs was the average package. It's a great hub of good students so good companies arrive here. Companies like Accenture and Infosys recruit at a mass level. Last year, Google arrived and took a few cream students from our college. Brilliant faculty members in each and every department of our college attract recruiters for applicants.

Great infrastructure, good placements but crowded.

Placements: The placement is good in this college. For our batch, most IT companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Barclays, etc. came for placement. Around 70% students got placed in my batch. Most companies gave more than 2.4 lakhs per year package. For core branches, placement is limited but good companies came for the placement. Burckhardt Compression offered 5 lakhs per year and Nvidia offered 6 lakhs per year.

A huge campus and with good infrastructure and facilities. Good placements in 2016

Placements: For our senior batch, the placement drive has not started properly yet, it is scheduled in the last week of September. Still, we got 3 companies on the campus i.e. Amazon, NPCL and Oracle. They were offering 12 LPA, 6 LPA and 4.5LPA respectively. The 2016 BE batch of our branch had got the highest number of jobs in our college. Almost 80% of students were placed. The highest salary offered -10 LPA, the average salary offered- 3.5 LPA and the minimum salary offered- 2.4 LPA. In the electronics d...

Placements: The placement is good. The average package ranges from Rs. 3.5 LPA to Rs. 10.5 LPA. A handful of core companies visit during the campus selection. Companies like L&T, Exide also select students from mechanical and civil branches. Computer science, information technology, and electronics and telecommunication branches students get 75-80% job opportunities.

Good placements if you maintain decent academics.

Placements: Placements are good. There is a 70-30 ratio of service-based to product-based companies. Most of the dream companies (Microsoft, Barclays) usually recruit students as interns in the 3rd year itself and offer PPOs. Good academics are necessary criteria for good placements.

Really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placement is good on an average. Maximum students get placed in software companies and those appearing for higher studies like MS are not allowed to sit in placements. Each of department is having their separate placement cells. Major company recruiters are Accenture, Persistent Systems, Wipro, EQ Technologies, Nvidia, Microsoft, L&T, Amazon, Oracle, etc.

Placements: Placements are only in service-based companies. The average package is around 5 lacs. Most of the companies are IT companies. Core companies are there but very few. Also, they are paying very less. For better placement you need some extra achievements, otherwise, don't even think about it. There are some companies who are giving very well.
