It was an average institute. This institute has a good campus but over-crowding is there because the admissions are increasing. Faculty members are also average. The hostel facilities are good compared to the others. Placement was good only for computer engineering students. It is worst for electronics and telecommunication branch.

This college is like a school. The main motto is to attend lectures of their unskilled professors and to complete the assignments. They believe in the 1st standard approach of writing and memorising, but that doesn't work in engineering. Self study is the best study in engineering. I will request not to go for this college. If you are looking for placements later on, you may think of this college. But that would be the only reason to select this college.

It was good college for academics. But not good support for sports. But no unity between friends and just need to improve the teaching basic. But civil faculty is the best in college. Support given to us is also good and should tell all students to attend all events and also take part into it as many students don't do that.

The Sinhagad College of Engineering in Pune has been set up by a Society-The Sinhagad Educational Society. The college has very good buildings. It has a beautiful landscaped garden. Sports facilities are also good especially cricket. Faculty is well experienced and supporting. Branches like Computer engineering, Information Technology have better placement than other branches. Average package is fairly good, around 3.5 to 4 LPA. Average package received is much less than the total fees of four...

I completed my engineering degree in Information Technology. The staff of our department is really nice, and they helped us in every possible way. There is a perfect amalgam of discipline, fun, and education. The campus is the best I've ever seen. There's greenery, departmental stores, daily needs stores, utility stores, various options for food, both private and college mess. So it is a perfect campus. Plus, campus recruitments are awesome. For our batch, there was more than 80% recruitment.

Situated in the heart of nature, Sinhgad is an engineering college situated in Lonavala. It has a proper mixture of extra-curricular, co-curricular and academics if properly used. Academics consists of class lectures, internals, externals, presentation and projects. Lecturers are not up to the mark, you will have to cope up on your own. The college infrastructure is amazing but campus being away from a city, your routine becomes very monotonous. Placements are average.

Upside: 1.) Being a private college, the fee structure is just as same as other colleges in Pune. 2.) The Sinhgad brand provides for quite some opportunities throughout the college life. 3.) The location of the campus is a bit disappointing, But, the campus, classrooms, faculty team and the facilities are great. 4.) Fests are there, though main events occur at Vadgaon campus. The placement opportunities are above average. Downside: 1.)The college has a limited availability for a boys' hostel com...

The college was not ok. Not up to my expectations. This college is not up to the mark in quality of teaching. Lab instructors do not teach well. Classes are not conducted as per schedule. Placement is pathetic and no good companies visit the college. Majority of the placements happen in pool campus in some other college, where preference is given to their college students. Pre-placement preparation is also unsatisfactory. Only Computer Science students get preference, while students of other br...

Pros: The college has an awesome environment. There are good hostels and placements for computer science & IT students. The faculty is very co-operative, and attendance is not mandatory, Lonavala is 5 km away from beautiful places for hangout and has nice cricket and football grounds. The canteen food is good, and teachers cover full syllabus. Cons: It is difficult for students to daily travel to college. The climate usually results in heavy rains. The mess food is very bad and sometimes we h...

Best college for engineers to enjoy their best four years with good placement at the end there are lots of activities for overall personality development. It offers a diverse environment, wide range of opportunities, and exciting technical, cultural and departmental fests to get the best out of everyone.

The college is not as an engineering student wants it to be. Lab instructors are just graduates pursuing post-graduation. So, we don't get any practical college. The faculty members are not up to the mark. Placement is average and no good companies visit the college. Cs/IT students have an advantage as most companies visiting are IT companies. Pre-placement preparation is also unsatisfactory. The college has nice campus with greenery all around. The hostel facilities are nice with around 4 stud...

Sinhgad College of Engineering (SCOE) got the best campus in Pune. Open air theater CC, hangout joints like Nescafe, Mandar, Relax, Durga, etc. make it a cool place to study. Since there are all sorts of colleges in the campus like dental, architecture, pharmacy, management, etc. It’s a perfect blend of students of all walks of life at one place. But faculty is not up to the mark, few are good but rest are worst. Labs and infrastructure are good for few departments namely IT, CS, E&TC, Mechanica...

The atmosphere is excellent and so is the brand name of SINHGAD. The faculty team here is helpful, but the crowd is not that good. If you want a placement, there are lots of campus drives conducted, but you have to impress them anyhow. As you step out of the campus gate, you are welcomed by a village. Plus the transportation here is very costly. But, there are lots of places to hangout here.

A good campus that is situated on a hill and hence has a fresh environment, away from pollution of city and crowd. It is also cheaper than other engineering colleges of the same university. Teaching is good enough and practical knowledge is properly given so that students get the perfect direction. Specially provided question banks and study material make a big difference. Sinhgad is a big brand name and hence many companies visit the campus and most of the eligible candidates are handed jobs by...

College Brand name is one of the factor to select this college. Ranking is also good. Sinhgad Vadgaon campus is the Best campus in Pune. Crowd was amazing at my time. Campus life is the best life I have ever lived. Many MNC's and other companies are visting campus. Almost all student will place if they fit in criteria of companies. For faculty and free I will give a rating above average. But overall it is best college in Pune.

It is one of the good colleges as per me. Engineering colleges are mainly focused on two things one is placement and the other is campus. I am glad to say, that you will get both the things here. If you are eligible then you will get 100% placement guaranteed.

This college is good in terms of teaching and the campus is excellent. It is one of the best campuses in Pune and Maharashtra. The campus is located in Pune, just adjacent to NH4. But, the travelling is a bit of a problem as limited number of public transport buses are available from the main locations. Hence, it is the best if you stay near to the college or have a bike for commuting.

All of the Sinhgad institutes are (total 7-8) combined for Central Placement. Because of this my college provides an average salary from particular company as compared to the other same ranking colleges. Hostel mess was a big issue here. Meal given was of very low quality, except this nothing is bad in our college. Excellent crowd, great campus and good environment.

A decent college. Great campus good, Faculty members teach good stuff. Campus placement is also great. Other campus facilities are also good according to the needs of the students. Principal of the college is fantastic. Just to inform that the administrative block is very helpful during the admission process. No carelessness is shown by the officials there at the time of admission.
