SIT, Lonavla is best! Go for it to shine your career.

Placements: Placement for my batch was around 80%. Placement wise college is good. The highest package offered is 6.5 Lacs per annum. Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys like all MNCs and small scale both. Programmer analyst trainee, software engineer, data analyst roles are offered to students.

Worth of money, Excellent infrastructure, Sports Facilities is best, Well qualified Teacher staff.

Placements: The placements for IT, COMP, E&TC is good but for MECH and Electrical is not so good. There are many opportunities for COMP, IT, E&TC. Reputed companies come here for placement. Also, special training is given to student that how to get placed.

Sinhgad has the best education society.

Placements: It's too complicated to tell that the placements are better for some branch and the worst for some, but there are lots of companies which visit Sinhgad like Microsoft, and many more multinational companies like Google should also visit Sinhgad because of the quality engineers are prepared in Sinhgad.

Really good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Good number of companies come there for placement and packages are also pretty much good. Some renowned companies used to come like TATA, MERCEDEZ, etc. Minimum placement is around 2-4 lacs. At last, a good college with good number of companies with good packages.

Fantastic free drives to focus on your career goals.

Placements: Actually, the placement cell was too good because, many times, it depended on the students' performance. Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS and many such companies came to the campus. There are 4 to 5 rounds arranged for the selection of students for their particular organization. Alumni always try to support all their juniors in every possible way to have faith for a job opportunity. It's a great opportunity to learn at Sinhgad and get a good start for your job and career. And also, to make a...

I learnt more in 1 year of schooling than in 4 years of college.

Placements: The placements offered are very poor. There is no provision for the core branches. Most of the students from the core branches are placed in IT firm, where their skill set is wasted. The college doesn't provide any industrial training, so after completion, the student is not only unemployed but also unemployable.

Best college with crowd, good infrastructure, well-known teachers.

Placements: There are nice placements in this college. 4-5 LPA is an average package. So many good companies visit our campus for the recruitment. Selection of students is well-classified with student skills. At the GPA of students, they are offered for a job category and on that basis of salary.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of management, but not the faculty.

Placements: The placements are poor. No lectures are conducted since one month. 10% of the students were placed in the campus placements. The highest package offered was 4.5 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. Not all the companies visited the campus. We did not get a single internship from the college. There is no placement cell.

Absolutely satisfied with all the things they are providing to us

Placements: Good placement. Many companies came here for the placement of students in their company. 60% of the students got placed last year. Mainly, Mahindra, IBM and many more companies came. I have no idea about internship but some of the students were offered a package of 32 lacs.

My college on an average, is very good.

Placements: The placement is good with much competition with not much scope for jobs. IT jobs are available in abundance. The placement process is centralised among the campuses, that means during placement drives, the students across various other campuses of the Sinhgad institutes come under a single pavilion to compete for the placements.

A good curriculum if you really want to study.

Placements: Placements in Sinhagad Institute take place centrally. So no matter whether you are enrolled in SCOE or SKN. Unfortunately, the placements here are not up to the mark. About 40% of the total students get selected. The percentage is so less because 20% of the students do not qualify for the criteria.

Good faculty, average placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Internships are not provided by the college. The students have to do the final project and it is preferable if it is sponsored by the company. Placements are good but since most of the companies come for pool drives, a large number of students for few positions makes it difficult. Most of the companies offer software engineer profile. Companies are good like Nvidia, MuSigma, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. More than 60 companies visited during the 2014 batch with few off-campus p...

It is an average college with a rating of 3 out of 5.

Placements: Placements were not so good. 20 students are selected in companies but out of them, only 8 got the appointment letter while the others are still waiting. The salary range offered was between Rs 12000 to 20000. There are many companies are visiting Bharat Forge, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS etc. Production engineer, quality control department and design were the roles offered to students. Some students are going to the internship.

Sinhgad college has a great future.

Placements: Placements are good and there are no worries about IT companies. There are a considerable number of companies coming to the college every year and selecting a considerable number of students. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Persistent etc and other multiple companies visited our college.

No different than other Sinhgad Colleges in Vadgaon campus. Good placements, facilities, and staff.

Placements: Placements are very good as Sinhgad has centralised placements. Companies like NVIDIA, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata Technologies and Mahindra are the few that visit our campus. The average package of Sinhgad campus is 3.75 lakh. Like other Sinhgad colleges, you are able to enjoy campus placements for a whole year. Near about 200-250 companies visit every year for placements.

Good college with great infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are average. The average package is around 2.5 lacs and the maximum package is 10.5lacs offered by Microsoft. For branches like mechanical and civil, the placements are very bad. Only a handful of core companies visit for campus placement and very few students get placed in core companies. For other branches like computer, IT and EnTc, they have good placements ratio. The placement rate is around 90% for them. Accenture and Infosys are the bulk recruiters. The college won't be pro...

Placement is good, infrastructure is very good, faculty are good, crowd average, accommodation good.

Placements: Placements are excellent for computer and IT departments. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Whereas, for EnTC, mechanical and civil, it is moderate as core companies for these streams are less and they are diverted towards the IT companies and the mass recruiters. For other non-mainstream branches, core companies are very less and placement opportunities are quite less compared to other branches.

Advance, appropriate and one of the best colleges to pursue graduation.

Placements: My senior batch, of the passing year 2016, got many opportunities regarding placement. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Mahindra, Nvidia, Oracle, Tata Consultancy Services, L&T Infotech etc. visited the college every year and hire the deserving candidates. The students are offered packages according to their academic performance. The previous batch got a minimum package of 3.2 lakhs per annum and a maximum of 8.4 lakhs per annum. Companies like Google and Microsoft visit every year but they pi...

I feel very lucky to be a part of this college!

Placements: Sinhgad College of Engineering was ranked 2nd all over India in placements after VIT Vellore and was highest in Maharashtra. SCOE's average package is 3.8LPA and has a very good placement percentage. I don't think it requires any more explanation when the college had the 2nd highest number of placements made in 1 day at all India level.

One of the best colleges in Pune with excellent infrastructure and good placement opportunities.

Placements: The institute offers undergraduate courses in 8 departments. Frankly speaking, the placement scenarios for the departments of computer engineering, information technology and electronics and telecommunication are great whereas it is once in a blue moon when a student from biotech or chemical is placed on campus. Mechanical, production and civil engineering are offered average placements in core companies. In non-core branches, around 75-80% students get placed. The highest package was 8.5 LPA by...
