Overall, it is a good college to study.

Placements: The placement scenario is not at all good. Only if you are a very hard-working and meritorious student, then you can think of being placed. Cracking GATE exam is the only option left for students. The campus is beautiful. The placement scenario can be rated as 2.5 out of 5.

The campus has a very good infrastructure, teaching and facilities are good. The placement is weak.

Placements: There are very weak placements for mechanical branch. About 20% of the students were placed from our senior batch. The maximum package of 6.5 LPA was offered to the students, and the minimum is 3 LPA. The placement for CSE and ENTC has the highest placement for this course This is the only disadvantage of this college. The placements are very low.

If you are going to make a serious career with expensive service, then you can opt this college.

Placements: In the starting, the college shows it's the last record that 50 students were placed in top MNC, but in this year, only 30 students were placed out of 250. So, if you are dependant on placement, then choose another as a better option. There are more colleges with less cost like D. Y. Patil College in Talegaon. I'm suggesting it is not as a better option in terms of placement, but for less expense, if you belong to a middle-class family.

Good infrastructure and teaching staff.

Placements: If students qualify the criteria set by the company, he/she will get a placement. The placements are pool campus type. Students have to go to the main campus (Singhad College of Engineering, Wadgaon BK) for attending the placement drives. Many MNCs visit the college for placements.

Best college for sports enthusiastic students, average placements and the worst faculty members.

Placements: In my college, I would say it had above average placements. The companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys and many more recruited students every year. The students who have 60% of the aggregate and more have high chances of getting placed from my college. The average salary for the students of my college was 3.2 LPA.

A heavenly weather college. The weather of this college is too foggy in winter and rainy season.

Placements: The placement ratio of my batch is good, but as compared to our senior batch, it is not enough. Maximum of 8-10% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was approximately 3.2 LPA. The companies such as Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, Vodafone, etc., visited the campus. The job role offered to maximum candidates is developer or testing. Around 2-3% of the students got the internship. I don't have the idea of stipend offered to them. There is a placement cell, and they are good.

There is a good for campus life, but is not much good for career.

Placements: For mechanical students, campus placement is tough. 3 to 4 companies visited this year. Not much package was offered to the students. For other branches, it is good. Not much internship opportunities are provided. You have to find your own internship. There is a placement cell but not active enough.

It is the worst college, there is no placement in this college.

Placements: For mechanical engineering, there are no placements. But, for IT and computer science, there is 100% placement. In 2018 batch, there is no single core company coming to our college. For mechanical engineering, the placement criteria are always low. For IT and computers, there are 40 companies coming for 2018 batch, and a lot of students are placed.

Please read the reviews first before taking the admission.

Placements: There are a good number of placements. There are many companies, but the main problem is the placements are central, so we need to travel a lot for placement and stay is also a problem. I went to 5 companies, and there were around 1000 students from different colleges.

The best college for the environment, weather, and studies at low fee.

Placements: The college is perfect for studies with enjoyment. The college provides average placements. Around 15-20 companies come for placements, mainly Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc. They hired a good number of students. If you are an average student, you can get placed by some hard work. The core placements are negligible. Around 30% of the placement are provided through campus. The average package offered is 3.3 lpa. I prefer this college for enjoyment with studies, and t...

Dissatisfied with the college because of its management team.

Placements: Placements in Sinhgad are not up to the mark. Students are offered a low package of Rs. 1.8 Lacs per annum. Companies come only to the main campus, situated in Vadgaon. So, the students from Lonavla campus have to travel all the way to Vadgaon to sit for placements.

Satisfied with the good placements on the campus.

Placements: The college has the good placements. About, 60-70 companies visit the campus per year, but the placements are common for all the Sinhgad Institutes. Thus, it is the mini pool drive. The average package is around 3 LPA. The dream companies like NVIDIA, Microsoft, Barclays come for the recruitment. There is no scope for the internship. The college does not help in finding the internship.

The college is good, but the current situation is bad.

Placements: The placement on the campus is good. Approximately, 65% of the students got placed in 2017-2018 till now. The highest package is 7 LPA, and the average is 3.80 LPA. Accenture, Mahindra, TCS, Oracle, Vodafone, etc., are the companies that visit the college this year. Our college holds the student training programme for the 2 and the 3rd-year students for having no difficulties in the placement. Around, 70-80% of the students from our department got the internship in the various companies in Pune ...

The placements are good and teachers are hardworking.

Placements: The placement is good in our college. If you fulfil the companies selection criteria, you have 70% of the chance to get the placement. Vodafone, TCS, Mahindra, Accenture, Capgemini are the major companies that came for placement for our senior batch. Our college runs the special placement cell to enable the student for the placement. Our college is attached to local companies to provide the internship. The stipend for internship depends on the knowledge that you have. The highest package was 7 L...

Good college in Maharashtra.

Placements: The placements for the students of the previous batch are very good. Many companies like Infosys, Accenture, Vodafone, Amazon, Reliance, and many visit the college for placements. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The college provides very good chances to get placed.

Absolutely Satisfied. Good staff, placement are good but not that much.

Placements: The placements are good for the Computer & IT branches. It has a lot of companies from IT industry which hires from our college. Last year 60-70% placement was done, and currently, it should be near about 50% who are eligible for the placements. It offers from 1 LPA to max 12LPA.

The college has a good infrastructure only, nothing else.

Placements: There are very poor placements and no internship provided by the college. The highest salary offered is 2k, and the lowest is 1k. All IT companies visited, and no core company has come to the college. The students may face difficulties in engineering, Other curricular activities are not entertained by the teachers, and they are not helpful.

The faculty members are not good, and the placements are less on the campus.

Placements: The true scenario is that there is no core placement for the mechanical engineers, but you can expect IT jobs. In my batch, about 1-2 students got placed in Tech Mahindra. In IT sector, about 15-20 students got placed out of 440 mechanical engineers. I think you should drop in the first year and prepare for JEE well and go to IIT or NIT or any government college then it will be worth of doing the engineering.

The placement for IT and CS are very good. Infrastructure is very good. Faculty are not that good.

Placements: The placements are not that good nor that bad. It completely depends on a students capabilities. The college gives the opportunity to every student. But, for the mechanical, E & TC, and electrical department, the core companies, are less as compared to the IT and CS. More than 75% of the placements are offered for the IT and CS.

The campus is good, gives you an opportunity to explore. You will surely enjoy your 4 years.

Placements: Firstly, ask yourself if you really want to do engineering or not, placement should not be your mindset. What I discovered is that many people come for engineering because they don't know what else you can do after taking science in 12th. Your mindset should be very much clear in your career options. Now regarding placement, as I am in 2nd year, I don't know the whole process, but what I know is if you are good in your field, here I am to write for you on paper that you will get your placement. ...
