Absolutely not satisfied because of the faculty members behaviour.

Placements: The placement cell of this college is good but not much companies come to the college. The college conducts the STP means Students training programme sessions to train the students to face the interviews of the companies coming to the college. Average college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the quality of teaching and the curriculum.

Placements: 6 to 7 LPA is the average package one can get from this college after completing third year. Lots of students got placed and are working across the country. So I would say undoubtedly for placements, it is a good college.

Review of SITS - Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science.

Placements: The college is not good at providing placements. You are not so lucky when it comes to placements. It is true that companies like Accenture, TCS, etc., visit during campus placements but they hardly pick 8-10 students, and that too from CS/IT branch. You are required to struggle a lot for placements. Basically, you don't have any other option than off-campus placements. Placements are pretty good for CS/IT students like 60-70%, but for other branches, it is hardly 20%.

I suggest not to opt for this college if you have better option.

Placements: 1. Merely 5% students got placed through campus from Mechanical Branch in 2019. 2. The average package is 3 Lacs. 3. Core only Tech Mahindra recruited rest were all IT companies. 4. All were almost sales executive just one was in production. 5. Top colleges offers the highest of 18+ and the lowest of 6+ and average of 12+. 6. 0% students got internship through college and among 220 students in batch 5-10 students did internship on their own.

I had a satisfactory experience in B.E.

Placements: Almost 85% of students were placed in IT firms with the highest salary package of 8 LPA and the average salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Accenture, Infosys, TCS, etc.visited the college. Companies visit the college throughout the year, so students having 6.5 CGPA gets placed definitely.

Placements were decent. The campus life was also good.

Placements: There is no placement cell for individual college of Singhgad. However, there is a central placement cell. The average salary package offered ranges between 3.5-4 LPA. The placement cell doesn't provide internship opportunities for students. The highest salary package offered ranges between 6-6.5 LPA.

Join Sinhgad for extra curricular activities.

Placements: Placements are very nice for the students of our batch, but the placements for the students of our senior batch were not good. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, etc., have visited our campus for placements. Roles like software developer and marketer are offered. Nearly 5% of students were offered with internships by the college. The college has an efficient placement cell.

A satisfactory college to be in.

Placements: There were a lot of companies, from MNCs to start-ups, that recruited students. Placements have always been good in our college and more than 80% of the students got placed each year. The average salary was around 3.25 lacs ler annum. There were, although, no internships provided during the course. The companies that visited the campus were accenture, infosys, capgemini, cognizant, tech mahindra, screen magic, LnT, symantec, etc. Mostly job roles related to IT were offered to students, even from...

Faculty is good and placements ratio is not bad. Infrastructure wise it is not that good.

Placements: Placements are not that bad in this college. Total 115 companies visited last year. 70 % placement were done with 3.75 Lacs per annum average package and with 12 Lacs the highest package in amazon. Most of the placements were in Accenture. Mechanical and civil core companies does not visit. Mostle IT companies are their.

Institute with good infrastructure, but currently lost its old quality.

Placements: As far as placements are concerned, SITS has placements for mainly IT and computer sector companies like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. Many students have got placements in last 3 years. But from this year overall placements have lowered. There are not much companies for core branches like Civil and Mechanical engineering.

Reviewing My College : SITS.

Placements: Talking about placements, for mechanical students the opportunity to get placed is less in core companies comparing with other engineering branches and companies that visit for placement drives are mostly of IT and Comp sector. So most of the mechanical students to get placed tries for this companies rather than waiting for core companies.

Good, but needs to work on some things.

Placements: Currently, I am in the 2nd year and placements was average for the senior batch. About 50% of students were placed from the college. The lowest salary offered was 3 lac per annum, and the highest salary was 12 lac per annum. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant visit the college for placements. Internships are nearly to 10 students approximately from the college. There is a placement cell in our main Sinhgad campus, and its efficiency will be known to me when I will be in my next ye...

The numerous reasons why one must aim at getting into a college better than Sinhgad.

Placements: The placements of our senior batches were much better than the ones who'd be graduating this year. The senior batches had a placement percent of about 50%. The placement of the ones who are graduating this year has been mediocre. Only four companies have come for recruitment until now, they are Accenture, Amazon, Byju's, and Screen Magic, as far as I know. Accenture and Screen Magic selected six students, and two students respectively, and each getting a package of nearly 3.5 LPA. Being IT compa...

This college is good. The college has supporting average staff.

Placements: The good placements. Only 10% of the students were placed. About 10% of students got the internship from college. There is a placements cell. They are useful for students to participate, give the direction for placements. The package offered by companies were about Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000.

Dissatisfied with what institute providing because of less interest of faculty while teaching.

Placements: Placements scenario in SITS are not upto the mark. Even they are not providing assistance in placement. Only few companies arrived to campus all are IT companies. Only one or two Mechanical companies arrived. They also not able to recruit students. Now the condition is very bad in placement because of some pay issue of lecturer's.

Infrastructure and faculty is poor. Not satisfied with placements.

Placements: Placement for computer and E&TC are good, however there is no placement for civil and mechanical. Civil and mechanical students don't get jobs in core companies, they have to try their luck in mass recruiters. The highest salary offered was to computer Science student in amazon of 12 Lacs per annum.10-20% students only get internship from college. Average stipend offered is 2000.

The faculty can do better, management is not that good, but placements are good.

Placements: The placements are centralised which is good. Companies are well famed. The packages are decent. The average packages include 4 Lacs per annum. The college is good for placements. Other companies also come for drives. The maximum placement is 6 Lacs per annum. Also, a student got placed last year with 12 Lacs per annum.

The placements and the infrastructure in the college are not good.

Placements: My course is not completed yet. I am a 2nd-year student with no backlogs and 8.2 SGPA. I am sure that I am not going to get placed in this crowd because they don't value knowledge they only value marks. So I made some friends with whom I am going to start my own E-commerce website.

The review of SITS Narhe.

Placements: The placements are only for toppers not for others. No other students than topper get placed here. You have to struggle a lot for placements and if you are a mechanical engineer then leave about placements. You will be placed in a software company, a mechanical engineer in a software company how odd it is to hear but it is the truth.
