Though the companies like TCS and L&T visited for placements, but for B.Com students, there were hardly any placement opportunities.

Dissatisfied with placement.
Placements: In CHM college, placement opportunities are provided but very limited, and there are so many who are placed at the lowest that I know. B.Com graduates, it may be 3 to 4 LPA as the highest, and graduation in B.Com feels very low, around 5 to 6k per year. There are all the courses available.
Infrastructure: All the infrastructure is well and good, and Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are top-notch good. There is no hostel available. The next one, the canteen, is so good. The masala dosa is top-rated and good. Sports are also available, both indoor and outdoor.
Faculty: Teachers are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers are 5/5. The course curriculum is good, and industrial visits are good. Last time, they offered a visit to the Gujarat industry. Semester exams are moderate, not very high in my time. Passing in B.Com requires a minimum of 40 marks in each subject.
Other: Because they are providing a very low budget.

My CHM business culture college.
Placements: My batch is B2. My roll no is 124, and my course is B.Sc-CS. I am in the first year, and I will pass out from this college in 2026. Percentage is not available on the internet or by college staff. But there is a 100% placement guarantee. The average package is 3 to 5 LPA per year in my course. The highest is 9 to 10 LPA per year. The lowest is 1 to 2 LPA per year. The top recruiting company is Wipro. 100% of students get internships in the first year. The top role offered in my course is the manager of a company.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi labs are there. Free Wi-Fi facility is available. The classroom is something that is a problem; it's not well-maintained, and some fans are not working. The infrastructure is not that great, but it's okay and good. There is a library, but the availability of books also lacks in the college. The canteen food is good, above expectations. Sports, especially volleyball, are well supported here. Medical and first aid kits are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very strict, but they are for our good future. They are helpful and very qualified with industry experience. The course is updated, and the curriculum is very relevant. The exam pattern is hard. There are two semesters per year, and the passing percentage is also hard.
Other: Computer Science is an emerging field. The demand for this course is high. AI and technology are the future of the world. I think the modification needed would be practical knowledge. Events are held here during festivals. Scholarships are not available. Campus life is great. The Sindhi community here is business-minded, and connections here help in the future. Extracurricular activities like poster-making activities are famous.

My college life and experience.
Placements: The total number of students in our course was around 200-250. The highest package that I remember being offered was around 5.5 Lacs, and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs. The top roles that one can get offered are as an accounts executive or an accounts department manager at a firm, as one gains sound knowledge in this area.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in our college were very poor while I was studying there. After I left, they actually painted and restructured the college. There was no Wi-Fi, and the classrooms were furnished after we left the college. We had good food outside the college campus.
Faculty: The teachers were really helpful in solving queries, as they assisted me with many doubts during my college life, making it easier to understand things. Accounts and tax were particularly difficult for me, but they made it a cakewalk. The exams were very competitive, and I had friends with whom I would compete regarding results.
Other: The best thing about my course was that I was able to maintain my classes while pursuing CA, and I am still in the process of becoming a CA in the near future. The accounts course really helped me with this.

Don't take admission here.
Placements: In the classroom, there are students who have 55-75 percent. TBH, my college doesn't even provide any type of placement. There are rarely any companies that recruit us, but their names are Tata, Jio, etc. As I said, they just provide paid internships rarely.
Infrastructure: They don't have free Wi-Fi for students. Their classrooms are more like school classrooms; they don't have projectors. They have a decent library and computers for the students. Canteen food is the worst; they have zero hygiene. They don't recruit freshers for sports.
Faculty: They don't have enough teachers for our course, so they pay other colleges to ask professors to teach us if they can. They don't even teach properly; we have to do everything on our own, mostly. Exams are very difficult as compared to what they teach, and passing marks are like 20.
Other: I love coding, that's why I chose this course in B.Sc. CS. You can learn many things like handling databases, ethical hacking, and many more.

Allrounder college of Ulhasnagar CHM College .
Placements: There are more than 1,500 students enrolled in B.Com in my batch because there is high demand for B.Com graduates in finance companies. This is a very good bachelor's degree that will be helpful. The salary packages ranged from 5 LPA to 18 LPA, which was quite nice.
Infrastructure: In CHM College, the campus is very good, and there are more than 2 buildings available for students. The college provides good infrastructure facilities to meet students' needs and requirements. A very big campus is provided.
Faculty: In CHM College, the teachers are very highly trained and professional, especially in solving doubts for students. With more students and more queries, the semester exams are not difficult, but the hard work of the students is essential. The passing ratio of the students is very good.
Other: CHM College is near the railway station, just a one-minute walk from it. There is a heavy crowd on the CHM College campus due to the high demand for the college, as many courses are offered by the institution.

Review of the CHM college.
Placements: College do provide placement but on a very small scale. Not so big company approach. With the help of teaching staff, you can get some good placement if you have a good relationship with them. I don't prefer placement from the college. 50–60% is the rate of placement in the college .
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good, not bad. The college has a library, labs, and gymnasium. Campus is also good and you can sit with your friends. The canteen is also very good. We can play many sports like football, kabaddi, volleyball, chess, carrom, and table tennis.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they are well qualified and they have experience in the IT field. Teachers give us ideas about the industry and help us to be industry-ready. We have to get a minimum of 30 marks in the subject to get a pass out of 75 marks. With the help of teachers, you can easily clear your exams .
