It is a good college in Ajmer.

Placements: Placements are pathetic for B.Sc and BA students. Combining Biology and Maths branches, there are 3 students who have got a placement that too in completely different profiles, i.e., business Analysts at Accenture. It was the only placement opportunity that was offered to the Maths branch students. The highest and the lowest salary package offered are the same, and that is 3.4 LPA. Internship opportunities are not offered in our course, nor does any company come for the placement for the Biology branch as there are no roles in MNCs for these branches other than customer support.

Infrastructure: There are separate laboratories for each branch. Labs are well-organised and maintained as they are huge enough for 40-50 students. But equipment is lacking for performing individual experiments. The library is huge enough with books of all departments and all possible genres. It has reading rooms separately along with an e-resource room where you can access internet facilities. It has a huge playground and a half Olympic size pool. Classrooms are normal, just like schools with fans and projectors. Classrooms lack air-conditioners. There are in total 25-30 rooms in the hostel. About 2-3 girls live in a single room, but beds are separately provided. Wi-Fi is not available, and mobile phones are given only on Sunday. The food served is average, and non-vegetarian food is cooked only on weekends. The canteen is good, and the quality of food served is also good at reasonable prices. Sports like chess, basketball, football, tennis, etc., are highly encouraged. Inter-college games are organised from time to time.

Faculty: Teachers in our branch are qualified and have a lot of experience and expertise in their particular subjects. They are excellent in teaching and are also helpful. Course quality is poor as it just is an overview of the concepts we learned in 11 and 12. So overall, 3 years of learnings and assignments are in vain as it does not make us stand anywhere in the long run. Exams are not hard to crack with normal passing criteria of 30% in all subjects. It can be passed easily if basic concepts are clear because nothing new is taught.

Other: All students enrolled regret opting for B.Sc as there is nothing new to learn, or no value is added after being graduated. Scholarships are not provided according to the performance but can be given to students who are really in need. Extracurricular activities are good and the events organised are also huge with a good participation number. The campus crowd is average as the college offers just simple undergraduate courses. Postgraduate courses are much limited.

It is a perfect place for girls in Ajmer.

Placements: Around 60% of students who registered for placements got placed in well-reputed companies. The college fee is around 30,000 per installment, and there are three installments every 3 months in a year. Pure, Vapour, etc., companies come here. Around 50% of students got internships. Many roles are offered.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are very good. It has a good library and an indoor stadium which is the best indoor stadium in Rajasthan. Hostels are very well managed. Labs are well-maintained. I was a day scholar. But the food, medical facilities, sports, games and other co-curricular activities are organized from time to time.

Faculty: The teachers are good and very helpful. During the entire session, they were all very helpful. Students actively take part in activities. Semester exams are sometimes difficult and sometimes moderate, which helps the students prepare for every difficulty.

Other: This course is my area of interest. The best thing about my course is regular sessions and regular lab visits. Attendance is compulsory. Events are regularly organized with good management.

Review of Sophia Girls College.

Placements: Our college has no placements scenario, and neither we are guided for any placement set up. We are just taught about the subject and the emphasis over the need to go for higher education and pursue masters in the field. Hence they only provide a basic structure for our future.

Infrastructure: Sophia is a very beautiful place to be at, and it is covered with the bougainvillaea and other herbs shrubs. It is always pleasant to be inside the campus, and I like the environment of our college very much. I live in Ajmer, so I don't know about the hostel, but people who live there never complains.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very much interactive to every student, and they personally focus on students. They have strict nature, but whatever they do is for our betterment. The course curriculum is simple, and there is no such hard understanding and no leniency allowed.

Just above average college with known name.

Placements: In our college there are no placement, it is the basic college with the streams for undergraduate courses and the post graduation courses. You just need to grab the degree from the college and leave. No such companies are called by our college for placement.

Infrastructure: Our building is quite old and often seems like monument as it's the missionary architecture build an year ago which needs white wash. Hostel facilities are quite remarkable, they provide with every facilities required. Cell phones are not permitted in the campus hence Wi-Fi makes no sense.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in all sense and even very strict towards our studies and they guide us well. Qualified teachers, most of the teachers are the alumni of Sophia itself hence they have a class. Course is quite old and followed since ages.

Sophia is the best college .

Placements: Our college emphasizes over the studies and encourages us to go for higher education so there are no placement as such in our college, so there are no such average package, neither we go for internships and no such companies visits our campus .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is too good, covering the vast area. Hostel facilities are just accurate, quite disciplined environment and the sport and games and extra curriculum are also considered to be the best part of our college and the NCC being the major.

Faculty: teachers are well qualified and pre-equipped with the knowledge and their teaching is quite simple and easy to grasp and as the norms of missionary college Sophia has its own rules and regulations with the most strict teachers guiding you towards the path of enlighten .
