Our college is worth it but not for every branch.

Placements: Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Tata Power, Adani, L&T, Essar, Jindal, etc., visit our college for on-campus placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant visit our college to hire CS branch students. About 70-80% of students get placed every year. In the CS branch, the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA.

It is a very good campus.

Placements: About 30%-40% of students got placed from our university. The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA-11 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 6 LPA-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are L&T, etc. Students get summer internships. Top roles offered are interns.

I am not satisfied completely with my college.

Placements: The placement scenario in PDPU is not so good. Talking about mechanical engineering department, most of the companies that come are IT based. Core companies don't come. Mg motors was the only good core company that came and it recruited girl candidates only.

It is a good option if you are not able to get admission in NITs or IITs or IIITs.

Placements: Only one batch has passed out from our college, and it was the previous batch. Placements were average here, but I hope that they will be improved since the records may be poor due to COVID-19 pandemic. Placements are expected to improve due to the influence of the college. Other branches like petroleum, etc., have excellent placement records.

Campus life here is very good. You get a lot of good memories, good knowledge and less stress.

Placements: Roles offered are analyst, in the sales, automotive, etc. The lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Companies like MG Motors, Tata Motors, Infosys, Tata Consultancy and other local IT companies visit here to recruit students, and they offer the average salary packages.

It is a good decision to take admission here because of quality education.

Placements: Top recruiters are Infosys, TCS, MG Motors, CEAT Tyres, Welspun, Cognizant, L&T, etc. Almost 50-60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is maybe around 20 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 2-3 LPA. Roles offered in the organisation are like a manager, HR, data analytics, supervisor and management department.

Our college serves good mess food, and provide good hostel facilities, sports, laboratories, etc.

Placements: Computer engineering was started 4 years ago at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University. So I can't talk more about the placements in our branch. But seniors are expecting good results. In other branches, placements are good as I heard.

Best campus life. Growing college which ensures bright future of their students.

Placements: Officially, 50% students have been placed. Rest have started their own start-ups or are pursuing higher studies and preparing for GATE or CAT exams. Companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys come for placements. 14 LPA is the highest in computer branch, but it was off campus. Almost every one gets an internship.

Review of School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.

Placements: The college has a placement department that focuses on the placements from the starting of the year. Students also act as coordinators to help them out in smoothening the process. Packages offered vary with the branches. On average, it is 4-5 Lacs per annum.

It is a good college, but there are drawbacks in placements, fees, and mess food.

Placements: Placements used to be good only for School of Petroleum Technology. However, the number of companies that are visiting our campus is getting better every year. We also have an internship cell and IIC where you can present your unique ideas, and they'll help you in achieving that dream idea.

The most resplendent part of my life.

Placements: Placement is one of the major factor, which comes to our mind when we select a college. When it comes to Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, the campus placements are also good. I was the first person to get a job in a core company during my tenure from our civil branch. Students who are capable enough will have a job before completion of their 4years.

Overall, our college is good at academics, extracurricular activities and infrastructure.

Placements: School of Technology has very good placements. As per the criteria, companies offer us a starting package of 3.50 to 8 LPA. Local companies from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar also come to our college for placements. If you want placement from PDPU, then don't come to this college.

Review of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.

Placements: ICT course in PDPU was started in August 2016. There are no placements for the first batch till now. The placements for the first batch of ICT will be held in 2020. Considering the reputation of the institute, we cannot neglect the possibilities of good placements. The college has the main placement cell and the departmental placement cells working under it. The placement cells are working very efficiently. Overall, good efforts are being done by the placement cell in favour of students.

Teaching is good, but placements are low compared to the fee collected.

Placements: They promise 100% placements, but all the students obviously can't get placements. However, almost 70% of the students get placed. The average package for the mechanical students is 3.5 LPA. Some big companies like CEAT and L&T also come to the college for placements. The highest package offered was 5.2 LPA. I can surely say that placements in the future are going to be better. Our college has international exposure programs which are very good and recommended for the students.

Absolutely satisfied with the campus life and platform provides for my future 8n any fields.

Placements: There are good opportunities for placement through campus but package provided is bit lower if we campared it with IITs and NITs. Taking to my batch we were around 70 students who were eligible for sitting in most of the company's placement drive and among them around 50 students got placed considering core and noncore both profile. Companies like Reliance, L&T, Adani, CEAT, Milacron, Gujarat gas, Hitachi, TATA chemicals etc. Core companies amd and other non core were visited our time for mechan...

If you are able to set your tempo with high skills this college is must for you.

Placements: A very good college for the placements but if you are good at study it does't mean that you just have theoretical knowledge the practical implement is must. Around 60-70. Is placement is there but sometimes if someone not get good marks it mean if someone is not have the average score then he/she will not be able to qualify for the placements.

Risk worth taking? May be.

Placements: Not so good. Not so bad. PDPU is great for those who plan to do Masters. You can get a job easily to show the experience. Many companies come to take Mech students. Rest all branches have less frequency of visiting companies. Petroleum offers 20 LPA to 20 students out of 130, including reservation by ONGC. So take your chances. Average pay would be 3 to 3.5 LPA. But you will grow, if you keep patience. Trust me, during placements you won't think about money. You would rather want any job to star...

Placements: Yes, there were placements. In fact, I was 1st person to placed in core company. There were 7-8 companies came for the placements in our branch. And package varies from 3 to 6 lac. Per annum. Major companies visited that time was " Larsen and Toubro", Tata Chemicals Limited, Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Mega.

Really good infrastructure and facilities, faculties are very friendly, very good placements for spt

Placements: As far as the placements of my batch to. I think only 4 ~ 5 students from class of total 51 students have been placed. Such less numbers just because the others want to go for higher studies or else they just opt out of the placements. The highest package I've heard of in my batch is 4 LPA, which is a pretty modest amount. I don't know much about how the senior years placements went. There are certainly many opportunities for the good students who want to get placed so terms of that, there's no ...
