Good college life but poor facilities and college system.

Placements: Students are placed, but big company packages are not offered; it is a basic salary package that is provided. The highest-level package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruitment goes to Infopark companies at Kochi itself. Most of the students get internships, or the college provides internship support for students.

The college and the faculty members are good but there's not much programs like Onam, Christmas etc.

Placements: Almost 50 percent of students were placed in my course. The average package offered is 3 LPA to 6 LPA after training. There are different companies offering jobs in all streams. Almost seventy percent of students got internships from my college in various companies and were placed.

Not a good college for people seeking placements.

Placements: Honestly, this college was the best around 6-8 years ago. It was so famous that literally everyone started joining the college at that time. But the initial hype did not stop students from joining the college, even though the college is currently not as good as before. Around 85% of students get placed per year, but only 10% or less get placed in well-reputed companies with a minimum of 30000 per month. About 90% of students join internships in companies like Infosys and others.

Good campus experience.

Placements: Almost 90% of students were placed. The college promotes doing internships and even takes the students to experience site execution as well as visiting many sites. The course is quite good, simple, and cool. The campus is very good for the course and has the facilities.

This college is very good .

Sngce: Great or at stake.

Placements: Placements are pretty rare coming to mechanical engineering. Placements are available with other batches but won't be that efficient. It depends on the seasonal arrangement of the KTU. Placements are great but will have to sacrifice a year or two for it.

We are the 2019 scheme. It's a good campus to enjoy, but the syllabus sticks with us.

Placements: I would give 4 stars because the percentage of placed students was less, around 60%. Moreover, there are now very few companies that visit our college for placements, as it is under KTU. The syllabus is very relevant.

Beautiful campus beyond engineering .

Placements: My seniors—about 20 of them—are placed; I think I have only seen some posters in CS. When I got into SNGCE, one student got a package of 33 LPA. The average, I guess, is about INR 20,000 per month. UsT and TCs are some of the top recruiters. Some got opportunities with internships.

I recommend this college for the students interested in naval architecture.

Placements: Every passed-out student got placed in our college. The starting salary package is very low which is average compared to other colleges.

Our college has friendly teachers and a good atmosphere.

Placements: The placement cell is very active and always trains students to crack placement interviews. Many reputed companies are coming for placement drives with good salary packages. Our faculty members train you for at least one placement.

Great vibes. Good teachers.

Placements: Hundred percent of SNGCE students get placement opportunities from recruiters/ companies across India and outside. Majority of them get placed in reputed companies through campus placements. Those students who are unplaced in campus recruitments are provided special training sessions, and job opportunities are made available through off campus drives.

It was the best experience of college life and outstanding opportunity facilities.

Placements: SNGCE provided all the basic engineering courses and along with that, we also have various extra courses like cyber security, naval architecture, shipbuilding, etc. Our college provided every course and lots of opportunities for placements. Being a CSE student, I got placed in Accenture with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. About 92% of students had been placed in various companies with good salary packages. The placement cell in our college helped us very well to get benefitted. I am thankful to th...

I was satisfied. College creates an atmosphere to study. More skilled teachers must be recruited.

Placements: Mostly we went for pool drives in other colleges. The companies that came to our college were only a few. Around 70% might have got placed from our batch. All the companies were IT based and no core companies came to our college. Yes, there is a placement cell and it is quite active.

Gurukulam of Engineering in Ernakulam, study learn and work.

Placements: I worked as a part of the SNGCE placement cell based on my experience and knowledge. Many good companies are hiring people from SNGCE. The company E&Y visited the campus. Hosting their pooled placement in SNGCE only. All categories are taken, from small companies until MNCs. Infosys, TCS, and other leading companies hire every year. I was placed in a Bangalore based telecom company.

A good place to study, but not good to enjoy campus life.

Placements: The placement cell needs to improve for AOR branch. i.e., naval architecture and shipbuilding, and I hope it will get improved. For this year, about 500 students from different colleges got shortlisted. Good placement for other branches and a good number of students get placed every year.

Good study environment with low profile faculty members is present.

Placements: No core companies are visiting our college. A lot of BPOs and IT companies are visiting. Only 20% students are getting placed. Number of placements provided in the advertisements is wrong. Placement offers are very poor. Infosys is one of the big company recruiting companies from our college.
