It is the best college with all facilites.

Placements: Companies for other departments came in a good number, but as computer science was newly introduced at that time. Placements at that time were low for our batch. Two companies, EY and Brain, came in the year 2021 and selected a few students. The salary package offered that year was 3.3 LPA. Khalsa provides good exposure for internships. Many internships were provided to students and were also in many streams. This is a huge opportunity for students to explore and find their dream job.

Faculty and placements are good, some improvements in infrastructure could be done.

Placements: I'm a second-year student, so we haven't had our campus placement drive yet, but my seniors have. Almost all of the students who went for the campus placement have got job offers from many renowned companies and conglomerates like a brain. The average package offered in my course this year is around 5.3 LPA, meanwhile, the lowest and the highest package is 3 LPA and 8 LPA. Most prominent recruiters are D. E shaw, McKinsey and co and Deloitte. Our internship and placement cell (ignite) is very ac...

The infrastructure is good, placements are above average, and the campus is clean.

Placements: The average package offered is around 10 LPA, which is a good thing. If a student's priorities are placements, then may be this college is not up to their expectations. This college also organizes internship fairs which helps students to get internships in big firms.

Our college helps in the overall development of a student.

Placements: Coming from a history honors background, the exposure and internships opportunities here are very helpful. Guidance for further studies also helped in shaping my upcoming future opportunities for me. Overall, it is a very good college. The annual extravaganza for careers held in the college boosts students' confidence.

SGTB Khalsa review by a Khalsaiet.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good but only for commerce. Computer science students won't get placements in computer science fields. Rather they give marketing opportunities to CS students. There are no good placements for science students. In case you get in, do not go for taking part in the placement cell.

It is a place to make life long memories and learn lessons.

Placements: The placements in Khalsa are good. But, since B.Sc. computer science is a new course, it needs structure. I got placed through Anubhava, an online internship fair organised by the college placement cell. Companies from all domains come here. Internships can be easily converted into PPOs if one is dedicated enough.

It has good faculty and students are also very good and competitive.

Placements: A decent amount of students get placed every year, but it is not true for all the courses. Courses like B.Com (Hons), B.Com Eco Hons, etc., have good placements and other courses are lacking behind. The average salary package offered in placements is about 9 LPA - 10 LPA, and the highest has gone up to 14 LPA. The top recruiters in SGTB Khalsa College are KPMG, Deloitte USI, Deshaw, Brain, and Company. In our course, generally, audit associate roles are offered to most of the students in these a...
