Satisfied with the college.

Placements: Recently, our branch students have been placed but most of them are placed in mass companies and some were placed in core companies. A very few were placed in dream companies. The highest package is around 10 lakhs for mechanical and the average salary is around 4 lakhs.

Good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements in our college are good for all branches, especially for CS and IS. Almost everyone gets placed with a minimum of 3 lakhs per annum. The highest package reaches up to around 15 lakhs. Major companies like Bosch, Mercedes, HP, SAP, etc. recruit the students. A very good placement committee is appointed for ensuring that the best is attained for the students.

The faculty experience and quality is a spectrum. The infrastructure and administration is weak.

Placements: The placements go great for the circuit branches. They have it all year round. The others don't get as much. 600-700 students got placed. Accenture, Infosys, Bosch, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Nokia, etc. are the recruiters. Packages varied between 3 and 23 lakhs per annum.

One of the best educational institutions. Not for the placements for MBA.

Placements: SJCE is known for placements, but placements are pathetic for MBA. The companies which come to hire are either start-ups or sales. The students who have taken up marketing and wish to pursue their career in it whatever the scenario is, then this would be apt for them. But if you have taken up any other specialization and if you are dreaming about big companies coming to hire you, it is better that you forget.

Reasonably Satisfied. Well recognized college.

Placements: Excellent placements are offered. The companies that are invited for placements are not just mass recruiters but also core companies. Everyone is given a fair chance through placements. All branches of engineering are offered jobs from various companies.

One of the best colleges for engineering in Karnataka, beautiful campus and great study with great student life. It is situated in one of the well-known areas in ‘Mysore’. Best faculty with great hands on experience in the relevant fields. Segregation of people from different ethnicity can also be seen.

The college infrastructure is exceptional and the campus environment is good and vast. The crowd is also very engaging and a host of extra-curricular activities are planned throughout the academic year. Faculty is also above average and have industry experience to back their teaching credentials. The placement is average but 100 % placements have been achieved in 2015. Top recruiters and mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Wipro recruits.

One if the best engineering colleges in Karnataka. A few branches are aided by the government, and hence the fee is pretty low. The placements are good, but it can be improved. Hostel facility not so good. Since it is an autonomous college, life is pretty chilled out there. Campus is beautiful. The annual college fest is the biggest college fest in Mysore.

I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: Placements are good here. CS and IS dept have great placement records over the years and thanks to the placement officer who has done a fantastic job of bringing companies to the college despite the location disadvantage of SJCE. Even the EC department has a good record but most of the folks who get dream offer end up with software profile. If you are from another department, you will likely get placed in service-based companies like Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.
