Decent placements in 2016 batch compared to 2015 batch, which was excellent.

Placements: Good placements. Equally for all branches. Mostly students of CS/IT get a high paying company. Placement sure for all branches. If you are into circuit branch, guaranteed placement. If you are a non-circuit, you must be a high pointer to get placed in a good company.

Great college to study engineering in Mysore.

Placements: Placements commence from the beginning of the 7th semester or the 4th year of engineering. Software companies are the first to hire with 7 lakh+ packages. The technical companies come with a package range of 3 LPA to 5 LPA. The highest paid salaries are around 12 to 14 LPA. Around 95% of students get placed in about 3 LPA salaried jobs. Internships are offered from the beginning of 6th semester and can go up to the 8th-semester final. Starting stipend would be around 10,000 up to 30,000 per mont...

The perfect choice for an engineering student.

Placements: SJCE has a 100% placements. It's the right place where students can start their career by placing themselves in good core companies. Nowadays, we have huge competition, but if the student puts his effort he can be easily placed. The placements for our senior was not as good as the previous batch. About 60-70% students get placed yearly in our branch. Companies of construction, Accenture, TCS, L&T etc will visit our branch. Roles offered are project manager, site engineer etc. ...

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty. Good placements in 2015 and good infrastructure.

Placements: All top most IT companies will come to hire. Even mechanical related companies like Benz and Toyota come. IT students need not worry. There are 100% placement for them. For the other courses, they will have around 80% placements. For internships also, many companies will come in the 3rd year of engineering.

Almost satisfied, but could have been fully satisfied if some drawbacks mentioned are overcome.

Placements: Placements are quite good. There are high chances of getting placed in mass companies as they recruit in high number. Around 70% of students in my batch are placed. Around 15/70 got placed in core companies like Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Applied Materials (7L CTC, highest one), TE Connectivity, 3DPLM etc. Lowest salary was for mass profiles. Students were offered graduate trainee role. Internships aren't offered from college. We need to apply on our own.

Cool campus to spend your 4 years of engineering.

Placements: About 85-90% of the students get placed throughout the year. The placement activity starts in the month of July wherein Cisco takes its first slot. Many other companies like Microsoft come for the internship during the pre-final year. Around 80-90 companies visit the campus throughout the year.

Very happy to have joined SJCE.

Placements: In our batch, 40 out of 74 students got placed. Out of the remaining students, 10 opted for higher studies so they did not attend the placement. More than 100 companies visit the campus including Microsoft, Google, Schneider, Bosch, Dell, TCS, Wipro, Amazon etc. A few students were selected for the internship with a varying monthly stipend.

Good infrastructure, facilities and faculty.

Placements: The placements are better if you are in the CSE branch as compared to the other branches, Many good dream companies like Microsoft, Intuit, Cisco, Bosch, Benz etc are the recruiters here along with mass companies like TCS, Infosys etc also coming this year. Intuit came to select the girl students for internships(paid) and also if they are selected, they would recruit them for their company for a 32 lakhs package per annum, Coming to the seniors' placement, one ISE senior got placed in Microsoft ...

Good investment, select it as your first option as it is the place where you will actually grow.

Placements: Placements are not much basically it depends on the person's caliber, capability. if you're good enough to place yourself in the placement with your skills and creativity then you can hit a jackpot. The highest salary would be around 40- 50 k monthly again it differs according to the individual's capability. To talk about the internship the answer is no but not to worry the period of 2 months will be given to the student for the internship purpose and complete support will be given by the facul...

It has the best faculty and the fee structure is average compared to other colleges as it is private aided college. Core placements are about 40% and total placements are 85%. Many more programs and groups are there for curricular activities. Transportation is a problem as college buses are not available.

Placements are awesome, computer science is the best branch you can choose. The computer science department faculty are very helpful, especially the head of the department. The facilities like Library and canteen are better than other colleges in Mysore. And the place is very peaceful. It stands in the city of palaces, the cleanest city in India. The culture and tradition of Mysore and the college are worth mentioning, which make them standalone in a gigantic world of engineering colleges.
