Faculty: The teaching quality must be improved. The teachers must guide students to be active learners rather than simply be spectators, who have the minimum academic qualification required for teaching their subjects.

Faculty: In our college, there is no qualified teacher in all the departments students do not even go to college to study for one day in the whole course cycle. Students never prepare for exams, they just pass because students cheat in front of college staff. Students must pass their exams and take nominal degrees.
