Our college has great teachers, decent facilities, amazing campus life, but placements are poor.

Placements: Placement opportunities in this college are pretty poor, and less than 20% of the students got placed. Our college doesn't give a lot of emphasis on providing placements for UG courses and functions more like training for students to pursue their post-graduation. The salary package offered to students is in between 3 LPA and 4 LPA.

This college is a perfect place for students to study.

Placements: About 60% of students were placed after graduation. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 18,000 per month. EY, Infosys, Wipro were the top recruiting companies for our course. Roles like accountants, software engineers and many more were offered to students.

St. Berchmans College is a vibrant hub of energetic youngsters.

Placements: Very good placements is a strong feature that St. Berchmans College can promote about. Compared to other arts and sciences colleges in south Kerala, St. Berchmans College dominates in the placements field. There are a lot of industries which only conduct placement drives in St. Berchmans College in south Kerala.

The infrastructure, faculty members, placements and hostel facilities are good.

Placements: Several well-reputed companies visited our college and provided placements. Almost 10% of the students were placed. Companies offered salaries between Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 35,000 per month. Companies like Infosys, Earnest and Young, and banks such as ICICI, SBI and several others used to visit our college. Though many students get placed, a few of them would not be interested in joining. Many students get chances to appear for these interviews and GDs, which develop their confidence and i...

Placements: Banks are the ones who invite students for jobs. Out of 100, almost 75 students get placed, and the banks like SBI, Federal bank, and SIB are the 3 banks came with jobs and were very much satisfied with students performance. The HR department also makes sure that all get a fair opportunity for students to attend this kind of job fair.

A college that pretends to be a premiere institution without even having a Wi-Fi connectivity.

Placements: The placements here are very poor in the science subjects. Students here, absolutely get no placements, but for the commerce streams, there are placement drives from the companies like EY. But, they too are not regular, and only a few students get placed in these companies. Even if they are placed, the average salary package is as low as Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum. There is no placement cell in the college and also a few to zero internships are given to the students with no stipend or proper guidan...

SB, best u can get if you are willing to work.

Placements: I got placed in the Ernst and Young GDS, Bangalore. It's only because I had my graduation in SB. Comparing the placements in colleges in Kerala, it is pretty clear that SB has the best corporate connections. The other list of placements were Mckinsey, Federal Bank, ITC, KPMG, HUL, ICICI Bank, etc.

SB College is the best place to learn and feel the campus life.

Placements: The placements are very low as no one in my class got placed. Some of my seniors rarely got placements. I studied a graduation course, but PG students have more chances to get placed from here. Some business and service provider companies like Hinduja Global Solutions and Sutherland Global Services are taking students from here. They are only looking for communication skills and they do not need any academic skills. Some students failed in exams but got placement because their communication skil...

Infrastructure and facilities are really good.

Placements: More than 25% of students have been placed in top IT companies like TCS, Infopark, and Wipro. In our college, we have a PAC (placement assistant cell) that helps you with more and more mock interviews, and group discussions are also provided from the side of the college. After completing the BCA, which is a three-year program, one can work as a software engineer, programmer, or in any IT job.

The college is enough for students to get good grades and to improve their academic skills.

Placements: Above 40% of the students got placed, but major companies lack their attention, as SBI, Axis, and many national banks should be promoted. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month, and the highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. A minimum of 10 students gets placements every year. A placement cell is available in our college, which helps students to perform well.
